Grumpy is a misnomer! They were anything but grumpy. Very personable and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Grumpy’s! Called on Friday and got an appointment first thing Monday morning. The owner Keith showed up right on time. He scoped, jetted (even found a lot of roots in one pipe) and cleaned out my downspouts. He was very knowledgeable, workable and kind. Will defiantly use again and recommend.

Keith was great. I had clogged rain drains, and it was not an easy job but he stuck with it until he found the problem and it was resolved. They were on-time, responsive, professional and had the right equipment. Highly recommended!!

I had some clogged drains in my basement and called Grumpy's Drains. Keith was able to come out the morning and was on time and ready to go.

My house is older with narrower pipes and he had to do the process twice to get them clear. There was no extra charge for the extra work.

I am a happy customer and would definitely recommend.

If you use Grumpy’s service it will be you who is grumpy. I had them come in September to clean my drains. Soon thereafter it rained and the drains were plugged again. I thought perhaps it was my fault because some moss was left in the drains when I had the roof cleaned. That was not the case. I called them again, but this time I observed their attempt to blow the drain out. Their technician, the same one who performed the first service, could not even get his equipment down the drain where there are 90 degree turns. He tried for 30 minutes and could not perform the service. Now I was confronted with digging up the line and finding the obstruction myself. It took significant time, but it did find the problem and it was extensive. Years of fir needles were compacted in the pipe right before it entered the drain field. When confronting Rita at Grumpy’s she assures me that the drain was clean in September. That was impossible. I observed that they could not even get their equipment to the site of the clog and when I removed it the blockage was extensive.

Advise - save yourself the aggravation and use someone more trustworthy and honorable.

Grumpy's Drains is a awesome company! They came out to clean my kitchen sink last week, and when they left everything was very well taken care of. The drain cleaner was very personable and explained everything so I could understand. Would recommend to my friends & family.

I am very pleased to recommend Grumpys. We had a blocked drain that was causing quite a mess Memorial Day evening. Excellent service! My rain drain was clogging up even during a light rain storm. Keith came out and we found a broken pipe way down the drain line. I know what to do now! Thank you again Keith, very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions! Will continue to call them the next time I have any drain issues inside the house or out.

Hired Grumpy's Drains to come and hydro-jet and scope our downspout/rain drain that I found out was cut and had root intrusion problems. The damage caused by the large roots turned out to be too severe and Keith wasn't able to get it unclogged. That being said, he was able to clean out the rest of the line and was professional, friendly and very helpful with a few suggestions about how we should fix the pipe. Would definitely recommend Grumpy's Drains.

Great service! Fast response and Keith did a great job in diagnosing our underground rain drain plumbing issue. He was able to pinpoint the location of the pipe breakage as well as the depth of the pipes, so that after the service call, we were able to dig down and find and fix it fairly easily. Keith also was very responsive helpful when we called back a couple of days later to ask questions. Highly recommended!

A breath of fresh air--Honest, Straightforward and Ethical!
So glad I had the opportunity to work with these folks. Before discovering Grumpy's Drains, we had the misfortune of being referred to Three Mountains Plumbing, who told us we would need to spend $10-15K in order to make my childhood home sellable.
Enter Grumpy's; after scoping the drain and showing us the video as he examined the drain, we could see there were no breaks in the sewer. Cost us less than 5% of Three Mountain's quote.

We had a slow drain in our tub that was only getting slower, and when my wife and I had to bail out the water from taking a morning shower just so there wouldn't be standing water for a long while, I decided it was time to call a professional. I saw the positive reviews for Grumpy's Drains, and gave them a call. Rita called me back in no time and was able to set up an appointment window for later that day. Keith arrived early in that window, and took care of the drain in no time! They were upfront about the costs and were great to work with! Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier. Had a clog in my tub, mainly due to my cat throwing things down the drain, and gave Grumpy's a call. I got a call back within 45 minutes APOLOGIZING for not calling me back sooner. And an appointment the next morning at 9am.

Both the woman on the phone, and the man who came out to do the work (husband and wife) were efficient and helpful, the work was done quickly, and he even showed me how to pull some parts off my tub and take a look myself next time so I don't have to call him.

I honestly don't know what unclogging a drain costs, but Grumpy's charges a flat rate to get it done however long it takes. Knowing the cost up front made this far more pleasant for me.

These guys are amazing! I have a 110 year old house and about once every 3 years, need their assistance. They always are able to come on time or earlier, so sweet and understandable, quick and tidy, and really reasonably priced! Plus, got to love that name! Thanks guys!

After some heavy rain I noticed two downspouts / drains were getting overwhelmed. Keith was able to come out the next day and, even when he found that the issue was some roots growing into the drain, he fixed the issue in under an hour. Much appreciated.
