We had a kitchen faucet that had quit working. Upon examination, it was going to cost about the same to diagnose (the problem was NOT obvious) and fix the problem as to buy a new fixture.
Our very kind installer uninstalled the old faucet while we made a flying trip to Home Depot to purchase brand he suggested (a cut above our contractor's choice! LOL).
It only took him a few minutes to install and test the new faucet and we can now use our kitchen sink again!

Jordan and Alex were incredibly professional, courteous, quick and responsive. We had a leaky drainage pipe in the basement that required concrete getting jacked up to replace it. The job took less than a week and they took care of all the permitting and replacement concrete work. I would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing job big or small.

We had worked with this company before to install a toilet. The owner was so kind to come quickly and manage the situation. We had a little more time to plan his go around as we were installing a new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and another toilet. They came out and gave us a quote and installed items a week later. Everything is working great. Now if we could just find an electrician as good as these guys we’d be set.

The repair technician Chris deL. showed up promptly and even sent a text when he was on the way. He was courteous, masked and put on paper footies before entering. I hired them to inspect under my house for potential leaks. The plumber arrived on time and did an inspection. No leaks... no charge. Just gave me peace of mind. So technically they didn’t preform a service but I will use them if and when I do need a plumber since they were so prompt and professional. I always worry that I’ll get taken for a ride because they could literally tell me anything and I’d believe... but now I won’t worry about that. Honesty and professionalism is top priority and they delivered!

They also went above and beyond for us by wearing a mask when asked to, like it was no big deal. My son is two, can’t get a Covid vaccine yet, and I’m very protective of him. So to have my plumber wear a mask without hesitation was a very big deal for me. Thanks again!

My review is so glowing that I want to make it clear that I have no personal affiliation with this company; they were referred to me by a neighbor and that turns out to have been great luck.
I've been managing properties for 20 years and so I have dealt with countless plumbing companies. Service Plus is by far my favorite plumbing company to deal with. Everyone involved with the company goes the extra mile, from Yvette in the front office, to Aleks who does on-site work, to Landon who is the owner. What I most appreciate is that Aleks makes sure that I hear about everything I need to know. Those of us who don't do plumbing for a living don't know what we don't know; sometimes if you don't know to ask the right questions you don’t get the info you need. Aleks makes sure I know everything important about every plumbing job - including any future issues or costs that could arrise. I really appreciate the heads up. Most importantly, the work he's done has been superb - efficient, tidy, and skilled. I also appreciate that at no time did anyone at the company ever try to upsell me services. Landon gave a competitive bid, was responsive to communications during the bid process and after he started the work on the project; the work was done on time and the water heater and the replumb look outstanding. We had been using another company to repair a complicated drain problem caused by a large tree.
The other company basically abandoned the project left us with a pool of water in the backyard and a disconnected drain, plus a hole in our driveway for 5 months. I called Service Plus they came right out evaluated the situation and within two days the problem was fixed. Then refer to us to a concrete company who's going to repave our driveway at a fair price. I couldn't recommend this company more very happy with the service big shout out to Jordan. Thank you.
I called service Plus out for what we thought was a pipe leak in our basement. Everyone from the booking agent Christina to Aleks the plumber was professional and friendly. It turned out our issue was a foundation leak and not a plumbing issue. Aleks referred us to a company that can do what we need and they did not charge us a fee. Overall a great experience and if and when we do have a plumbing problem we will definitely use them again!

Well I failed to put on one of those styrofoam insulators on the outdoor faucet during winter and the pipe cracked. Aleks immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired it same day in just under 2 hours. Had to cut in the wall to fix the shoddy home builder's work as the copper pipe was not angled the correct way for drainage either. $620 for his expertise, materials, and labor later and all is working great now. Thanks Aleks!

The main water supply line from the street to our house was cracked and leaking. Our water was shut off because of this and when I called Service Plus, they fit us into a completely booked schedule. Within 24 hours they had repaired the pipe and restored our water. Since all of the plumbers were booked out, the owner of the company came out himself and did the work. Everyone that we spoke with/talked to at Service Plus was exceedingly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of us.

They had a man at my house the same day I called (later that evening) and started and completed the job that evening. It included pulling out a leaking garbage grinder and replacing it with a new one and using high pressure water through a special hose fitting to clean the drain all the way to the connection with the sewer.

Service Plus was outstanding. The city came by to let us know we probably had a water leak, and after calling Service Plus, they were out that day to have a look! They covered all the referrals for the leak finder, and had us set up to a temporary water connection within 24 hours. The quality of work was well worth the price, which was also reasonable, considering they installed a new water line, handled all permitting and even brought in topsoil, leaving our yard nicer than they found it.

What a professional company! Plenty of great things to say, from the receptionist getting back to me at a timely manner.. A courtesy text message the day prior for reminder.. And the plumber’s communication the day of the repair. All grade A service. Jordan gave us the initial quote for a full house repipe and of all the companies we interviewed for the job, he was the only one who actually went into the crawlspace to assess the situation before making recommendations. We were impressed and booked Service Plus Plumbing for the job. Chris came out and did the full house repipe job over 2 days, and he and Jordan came back to tweak a couple minor/superficial things a few days later, which I greatly appreciated. I hired Service Plus Plumbing to repair or replace our water heater as it was 25 years old and not putting out much hot water. With a crazy busy schedule, they came out the same day after a cancellation. Quick diagnosis determined time for a new water heater. The price was very reasonable and the water heater is made in America. Alex was in and done in 2 hours!!!

My technician, Joseph, wore an n95 mask, showed me his vaccination card, and even wore booties to keep my floors clean. I felt absolutely safe even during the pandemic. I would absolutely recommend this plumber to anyone.
He fixed my garbage disposal in seconds with a special wrench I don't have. Sometimes you just need a professional, and this was one of those times.

The plumbers have been on time & helpful on each visit.
Alex came in my house few days ago and fix up my freestanding faucet and hook up the freestanding tub for the master bathroom. Alex didn't give up and try to fix it until it fixed and make sure no leakage.

I called Service Plus Plumbing when I moved into a new house and realized that the water in the shower wouldn't turn on. They were able to send someone out within 24 hours.
Yvette, the receptionist/scheduler, was professional, responsive, and very kind to me while I was freaking out about not being able to shower. Aleks, the technician who came out, was knowledgeable, clearly laid out my options, and completed the job quickly. He was also super sweet to my attention-seeking dog.
The work cost exactly what Aleks said it would.
This was a fairly small job, but Yvette and Aleks saved me a lot of stress with their communication and good work.

Service Plus fixed our leaking stack pipe located in an inaccessible corner of the basement. I imagine it was not the easiest of tasks but Landon solved it elegantly with care to detail. I highly recommend.
While we were waiting for our appointment date, the office called and offered an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. Very appreciative of that thoughtfulness. Jordan, the technician, called in advance and arrived on time. He wore booties! He quickly diagnosed a sewer clog and efficiently repaired the problem. He gave us some tips on symptoms to look out for and how to handle. We are grateful to Jordan and the entire Service Plus Plumbing team and they are now on our speed dial!
Our Delta touch faucet (we disconnected the touch feature immediately upon first using the faucet in 2011) would no longer turn off completely without gymnastic wrist maneuvers. Charles installed a new faucet cartridge which had been supplied by Delta. He had to free a stuck set-screw to get the handle off. The handle can't be properly replaced because the threads are damaged (it is still usable though). We ordered a new handle/set-screw, and as long as we're at it, a new spray nozzle. Delta is sending the parts at no charge. Charles told us that if we aren't able to install the replacements ourselves, to call him and he will come out again, also at no charge. While he was here, Charles identified the water-connection reason that our refrigerator ice maker is no longer working. We were able to cancel the refrigerator repair service call. Thank you, Charles!
We are very impressed with this company. We had a serious leak and thought we would need to wait a week for a repair. The owner came out himself the next day and completed the repair in a short time. From the estimator Charles, through the subs who drilled through our hillside, to Landon, the owner, Service Plus plumbing did a thorough, professional, cheerful, and careful replacement of our leaking main water line to the house. Everyone seemed to like their work, take challenges in stride, and were good about explaining what was to be done.
Their work involved two outdoor holes in the yard to drill under the ground and monitor crossing utilities, and one through concrete in a work room attached to the house. In each case the excavated material was put in sacks or on tarps so that when they replaced these materials it was hard to see that any work had been done in that area: really remarkable! The job took a little longer than they expected but there was no change in the price we paid from the estimate.
We got three estimates to start with and we picked the middle bid from Service Plus because of their superior ratings and because the estimator emphasized how thorough and careful the owner is that the work be done right. We now have no leaking water on our hillside and beautiful looking new pipe in our house to the main water line. The total cost was $7,500.

My dad used to say if it looks good it works good. Had a 500 foot water main replaced by Service Plus. Landon cares about the details that make the difference between just functional and excellence. I never felt like I was being talked down to when I had questions; everything that needed to be done was explained thoroughly and in enough detail that I never had to worry about fixing anything after the job was done. Areas where they had to dig look better than they did before the work! Definitely would recommend.

They where able to send someone out the day we called..Alex was very friendly and professional. We have an old bathtub faucet that needed replaced. Alex was able to find a replacement in the warehouse and was able to replace ours. The price we paid was cheaper than any other quotes we received. To be honest, I think the price was a little high, but I don't feel that it was unfair at all. Having had the work done, I'm extremely happy with the results (I needed a sharkbite and saddle valve removed, and a toilet replaced). Now, I know as well as anybody that you can have A) Good, B) Fast, C) Cheap. Cannot have all three.
I have zero regrets, and am absolutely over the moon about getting the first two.
Chris and his helper (sorry helper guy, I'm terrible with names!) were in and out in about 3 hours, which was fantastic, since I'd been expecting the job to take closer to 5 hours. They were (as a neat little bonus) very knowledgeable and personable.
For what I paid for this job, the work is expected to live longer than I will. And you know, that's 100% worth it. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
Next time I have something needing to be fixed or redone, this company will be the only one I call. Honestly, if you continue to take care of your customer, I'm willing to throw any amount of money at you for it, and sleep peacefully knowing that it was well spent.
Edit: definitely my favorite. Lose my trust and you'll never get it back, but today I'm told that i don't really need what i thought i might. I feel bad for wasting their time. Y'all are awesome. I'm definitely not going to look elsewhere next time.

I called Service Plus when my garbage disposal stopped working on me for the second time in 2 months and I wasn't able to fix it myself. They were able to come out next day and Landon was very communicative about when he would be arriving. He diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to replace my garbage disposal immediately. The young man explained well what the problem was and fixed what had been building up for over 25 years.
Had an on-going dripping tub faucet that was tough to determine the cause (I had another company come out 2x, charged me a lot of money to not fix). We had an excellent experience. Landon arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to replace a distressed kitchen faucet and clear out the debris in the pipes that was reducing the flow of water. He was courteous and personable. We recommend him enthusiastically.

Jordan and Joseph fixed a cracked/clogged sewer main at my home in April 2021. Once they determined the issue, they prioritized my job and had it fixed within three days. They were knowledgeable and professional, and left the spot in the yard where they had to excavate clean and level. I would definitely use them again in the future for a small or large job. Everything from my first call to the office speaking with Christina to Joseph arriving at my door was professional and friendly. I had a clogged shower drain that I attempted to fix myself, which resulted in any time I used the bathroom sink, water would fill in the tub. Super. Christina found me the soonest appointment to get someone out (I called late Mon, appointment on Wed). They texted me the night before to confirm my appt. Joseph, the delightful plumber, aka magical person who saved me, texted when he was on his way. He wore a mask and booties inside my house. He was super friendly, courteous in my home, knowledgeable, and efficient. I explained how my pipes are original and some are in bad shape so he took the extra time to look under the house to see what would be the best plan of attack given the location of the clog. We talked about potential problems (and price) before he began so I knew all details up front. Joseph was super careful and took his time (again, old pipes), I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to the next customer. Service Plus has saved the day for us twice with frozen pipe bursts two years apart. In both cases, the whole city was in crisis from ice storms, making plumbing repair scarce. In the most recent situation, it happened to be Christmas Eve. We thought we’d never find help to restore our water on a holiday and we’d have to move to a hotel. But Landon, the company’s owner, came in right before he had a family event, capped the burst pipe and made sure we could stay in our home on Christmas. He was thorough, professional and kind, and we couldn’t be more grateful for Service Repair salvaging the holiday for us. Thank you, Landon!

Our 1906 plumbing failed 2 months after moving into our new house {causing a lot of damage in the process}. All the plumbing..sewer included..had to be redone.
We got estimates from 3 plumbing companies. Service Plus landed in the low middle..at a very fair price for such a huge job.
From the first meeting they were far superior to any plumber I’ve {ever} worked with. They are absolutely worth every penny {and then some}!
Even the first time I called..Yvette was great. She was kind & personable. Communication was excellent..and they were able to come out really quickly.
The estimate was extremely thorough. The information provided and their knowledge far exceeded that of the other 2 companies we met with.
They even gave us the estimate on site that day.
To this day none of that has changed. I’ve called for clogged toilets..leaky faucets {old house..old fixtures😆} and they are always on site within a day..2 at most.
During the 2022 ice storm right before Christmas..one of my hose bibs cracked and I didn’t know where the main shut off was.
This is the first house I’ve owned somewhere with real winters & didn’t know to cover the hose bibs. I had also {admittedly NoT very smartly} hung the hose on it🙀
It started flooding first outside then in my kitchen..and it was after hours. I left a message at their office then called Charles {he did all our inside plumbing}. He answered {when off the clock!} & directed me to the shut off.
Before we were even off the phone Landon..the owner of the company..was calling to tell me he’d be out in the morning to repair it.
He came out early on Christmas Eve morning despite there being ice all over the roads..despite them being closed that day for safety reasons..so that we’d have water over the holiday.
Over the past year..I worked with a lot of companies. Builders..electricians..etc..to repair all the water damage. I can say without a doubt that not one of them would have gone this far above and beyond.
Service Plus is small enough to make customer service its top priority but big enough to handle any plumbing problem you might have and accommodate you quickly.
In addition to that they treat their employees like family {so turnover is very low}…and only hire the best {so you get the best}!
You will not regret hiring them..the are hands down THE best plumbing company {in at least 4 states!😆}.

Overall the service was excellent. Alek informed my other plumbing needs in the future. For the type of job I need done, it was a little high with the amount of prep was done before his arrival. Although, it was in the ballpark of the others.

Landon was amazing! I so appreciated his service approach, honesty and responsiveness. I had reached out to 9 different plumbing companies this morning to see if there was anyone who could come out today to fix our clogged garbage disposal. Landon was willing to fit me in between two jobs to address the problem. Nearly everyone else indicated they could come out next week! In addition, he was friendly, gave me helpful advice, and was able to resolve the problem efficiently. I now have a working kitchen sink (hallelujah!) His magnet is on my fridge now, and he'll be my first plumbing contact from now on!
We had a water leak on Thanksgiving and Service Plus was there within a day! Landon was very professional and knowledgeable to quickly guide us towards the right solution. This was a huge job! They repiped water pipes in the entire house and replaced the drain lines. We were totally without water and with a 3 day weekend coming we were sure no one would come help us. Landon and his team (including Steve) were amazing to work with! They first off were very responsive and got onsite quickly to a call for a drained sink. Once they came out they discovered after using a micro camera that there was a broken pipe under the house. So they came back quickly for an entire days works and got the job done well quickly, under warranty and inspected within less than 36 hours. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Service Plus Plumbing recently did a major job for us. A few days ago we had a smaller but no less important problem and a master plumber was dispatched and solved it immediately at a fair price. Bravo!
The very next day I called Service plus Plumbing, Alex came by. It was a bit of a difficult diagnosis, but my immediate issue(no hot watet) was fixed! More needs to be done, but Alex is the only person I want to do work at my house.

Company responded quickly for same day service. I called them at 10am and by 2pm my new water heater was installed and ready to go. The technician was friendly and professional.

Alex came out promptly after calling me to say he was on his way. This is a duplex and we had different problems in each unit. He knew right away what needed to be done, gave me a quote and I had him go ahead and do the work. I'm so happy with the results, water flow is back to what it should be and faucets working properly. I think their fees were very reasonable and it was a pleasure to work with Alex. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Replacement of out hot water heater was done very thoroughly. Attention to detail had the end result flawless. Everything in and around the old heater was cleaned before installing the new one. Protective drop cloths were put down to keep anything from falling on the floor during the installation.

When the water main outside our 1926 home failed, we started calling every plumbing company in the area for an immediate fix. Many were booked 1-2 weeks out. (How long can you go without a shower?) Service Plus Plumbing had great reviews and Landon the owner responded to my text right away. He came over the same afternoon to locate the leak and provide a free estimate. The next morning (a holiday) he and the horizontal directional drilling contractor went right to work. They wore booties inside out home and masks, were respectful and efficient, no detail was missed, including city permitting and utility location. He set up a temporary water connection so we had water during the main replacement. He filled in the outside hole and even seeded the grass! Inside he patched the hole nicely and showed us the new shut offs in and out. While it wasn’t cheap, Landon and his crew were professional, competent and efficient. We were very pleased with their work and will hire them again in the future, hopefully for smaller jobs!

He advised on different options, and he was very patient with his explanations during the free estimate. There was zero pressure or up up-selling, but rather a trustworthy common-sense style of problem solving. Their prices are fair and reasonable, especially considering their expertise. It was all done very timely. It’s only been a few days, but so far, everything works great. We will use them again in the future.

Amazing same day service for a leaking water main. After discovering water flowing from our meter box at the street and having the City of Portland determine the issue was our responsibility, I quickly reviewed my options for repair work. Based on very positive reviews, I called Service Plus at 7:30 AM and Jessica was able to schedule Landon for later that day. Landon was awesome – he let me know when he would be arriving, put on protective gear when he entered our home, quickly identified the issue and explained the situation to me. He repaired the problem, cleaned up the area and provided me information about our existing water line and potential concerns for the future all in a very professional manner. Nobody likes to be faced with an emergency home repair but working with an outstanding service company makes all the difference. A bit panicky to discover our carpet wet and our wall saturated with water behind our TV. Landon came out immediately on a Sunday to help us out. He was professional and knew fairly quickly the problem, but too made recommendations to help protect us. Although this was not a job we could complete with Service Plumbing because of our insurance requirement, we’ve used them in the past and the last job was too professional and completed efficiently. My sump pump stopped working and I found 18 inches of water in my crawlspace. Joseph came out and assessed the situation, and the next day, Jordon installed a new sump pump, drained the water and enclosed the new pump with a protective basket that was not provided by the previous installer. He also found and unblocked a drain blockage that might have caused the old pump to fail. I appreciated the rapid response and thorough explanation of everything they did. Both technicians were extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely call them again for future plumbing problems.

This was a very smooth experience. Steve arrived right on time with a call to let me know when to expect his arrival. He quickly assessed the concerns I had and provided excellent guidance as to what was needed for repair and replacement. Had a leaking water heater. They were onsite the next business day and offered to replace it that night. The work that Mr. Peldo did was beyond expectations. He was a man with a professional attitude who took the time to explain what he was planning on doing for the job without leaving us in the dark. When problems came as they always tend to do. He explained about the options he could take to take care of the problems that are usually relegated to the out of sight out of mind mentality. His opinions were informed and understanding of a customers standpoint. He was promptly here at his expected time of arrival, and carried out his work consistently. He worked diligently even though some of the conditions were unfair for him. The work he did has obtained the approval of the family, and I couldn't be more inclined to seek his help if I need plumbing services in the future. Although hopefully something less labor intensive.

Pt. 1 - (2022) Left an email on a Sunday. Had someone (the owner no less!) at my house on Monday. Very knowledgeable, didn’t push to upsell - but made the upgrade options known. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.
Pt. 2 - (2023) Service Plus did a total re-pipe of our house. Not only were Chris and Lane friendly, but they were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I was recommended to you by a man from Hall Plumbing . So I was happy because often people are leary as I am of some service providers. My opinion is my provider was so darn negative it felt manipulative to me going on and on about my terrible situation that oh boy this is gonna be expensive what a disaster 😫. All I needed was to get my hot and cold going in my kitchen. Oh boy that's gonna cost you $1200 . Frustrating because I've sold the home and was trying to make sure people coming in can create a clean environment. We finally got it going at an ok price $645 for 1.5 hours and a foot of pipe. I appreciate it's done but not without a fight. Gee.

Jordan and Charles performed a full re-pipe, service line replacement, sewer line replacement due to root intrusion, water heater replacement, toilet replacement, garbage disposal, and shower installation for a very fair price.
They were both professional, quick, and punctual with good communication skills. Their work was also outstanding. I am extremely pleased with their service. They both pointed out various issues with the new house that even our inspector when purchasing the house missed. Just to be clear, these are issues that are not plumbing issues. It's frustrating that the new house has these issues, but very useful to know about them before more damage accrues.
I will definitely be using Service Plus again in the future!

I will only use Service Plus plumbing for my plumbing needs. They are excellent!! I have a 100 year old Portland house and they added a disposal, replaced an old laundry sink, updated some of the plumbing and installed a new water heater. Everyone was incredibly courteous and respectful of me and my home. Last week I thought my water heater was leaking so I contacted them at 10:00 on Friday night and left a voicemail. It turns out that the water heater was just fine and it was water seeping in the basement wall near the water heater. However, the owner of the company called me first thing Saturday morning!! That type of service is incredible. I immediately told him that I made a mistake and the water heater was fine. The owner stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes talking about flooding in Portland basements and waterproofing work. This isn't even his business - he was just that genuinely interested in helping me!! I highly, highly recommend Service Plus Plumbing!

I received my water bill and it was 10 times higher than usual. This had happened to me several years ago and the problem was a broken supply pipe from my main water supply. I used a company then that had done a good job. After checking what I could inside, I called them but they couldn't come out for weeks. I called a couple of other companies that I knew but they were also booked for weeks. Then I found the reviews for Service Plus. They were all excellent. I decided to try them. Landon the owner came out right away and checked my meter and the bill for the charges and right away noticed that the utility company has misread the meter. That never would have occurred to me.
He didn't even charge for his time and I had peace of mind right away. The woman (Yvette?) who answered the phone when I first called was very helpful and took my concerns very seriously. I would not hesitate to call them first with my next plumbing emergency!!!

This company, Service Plus Plumbing, is awesome. I had a severe outside water main line leak, and Jordan came over right away, and was prompt with an estimate. He told me that it could most probably be repaired at the site of the leak, rather than having to run an entire new line like another company told me, and he was right, saving me over $1000. He even scheduled the work on Saturday! He was professional, courteous, and fun to talk to. He explained everything to me as he worked, and showed me the broken parts and replacement parts. This kind of service is refreshing in this day and age. I couldn’t be happier with Service Plus Plumbing, and Jordan. I will be recommending them to all my peeps, and will call them first with any future plumbing needs. A+

I'm very impressed with this company and with Landon. My issue involved pipe issues under my kitchen sink so I needed it fixed as quickly as possible. Landon arrived the day after I reached out for assistance. Two other companies were a week and half out and that would not have worked. Landon was able to add us to his schedule the next day in a semi-emergent situation (my 104 year-old mother had fallen and, though she hit her head, SHE was okay, but, she cracked the porcelain toilet and it would leak a large amount every time it was flushed. Her mobility is very limited, using a walker, and, she is unable to go upstairs to our other bathroom!). He arrived within the 1/2 hour window, was professional, courteous, and explained his recommendations and why. He is now going in my contacts as our plumber and we couldn’t be more pleased!

Chris and his apprentice were great! They took no time at all to replace a little section of galvanized plumbing and my main water shutoff valve. After they were done, they walked around my basement pointing out potential concerns and answering every single question that I threw at them. Thanks!

She was so kind and helpful! She went the extra mile to try to get us booked as soon as possible. She was just as concerned about our situation as we were which made us feel valued from the start. I needed a new water line from the street to my house, which required drilling a new line and punching through the basement wall. The owner, Landon, is very knowledgeable and professional. His quote was not the cheapest, but he uses quality materials and he does not cut corners. Aside from the required city inspection, Landon ensured that the city update my meter and meter box. Everything was left clean, and the basement wall was patched perfectly. Hopefully this new water line will last 100 years like the original.

If time is money and time is precious Landon saved me both! After doing my due diligence and getting several bids for a major water leak, Landon was the only one that took the time to explain my options. My leak was going to cost me thousands and thousands. My water line is 300' from the street meter to my house and buried along side boulders the size of cars and all the utilities. None of the quotes matched up and some of the plumbers wouldn't even take the job. Landon who is the owner of Service Plus came out himself to give me his honest opinion and a bid. I was ready to sign with another company and fall down the debt hole with this leak. My whole driveway would flood when I had the street meter on. Landon suggested we tackle the problem at the source using leak detection and not heavy equipment. No one else took the time to understand the scope of the work and just wanted to start charging me. I will never use another plumber! Service Plus is my go-to and I cannot thank them enough!

I had some construction work done in the house and the last contractor left me high and dry ( literally dry. The hot water to the kitchen island never worked ). Charles came over gave me VERY first assessments and found the issue with the last contractors work and fixed it correctly and In fact reduced the estimate based on actual work done …. We had Chris come and help us with a free inspection of a possible pipe leak. He checked in the crawl space and in the ventilation and found no leaks or damage, which was good news. Landon was great. I called for a ballpark estimate for installing a water heater, got one, and we discussed what that meant. I was satisfied enough after our discussion, that I requested he come over and give me a detailed estimate. He did, and even though it was a little more, it was reasonable.
I asked when I could expect the install once I decided I wanted proceed. He said he could do it right away if I wanted. It wasn't immediately urgent, but I appreciated the offer and accepted.
That night, my family and I had a new water heater - installed professionally, by a plumber - not just a water heater installer. I would periodically look in during the installation to see how things were going, and was impressed with what I saw every time I looked.
I've hated calling plumbers in the past, but after this experience, I will definitely call Service Plus Plumbing again - maybe for repiping my house, maybe for taking care of a few other things I've been thinking about. He wasn't pushy about trying to drum up additional business, upselling, or adding costs to the agreed upon estimate. He came across as a real professional.

I was very impressed with Joseph. He was friendly and professional. I had a toilet with some hard to get parts. He was able to track them down and also replace another toilet that wasn’t working. I am very happy with the results!
I asked for 3 specific services when I booked the appointment. The plumber only did one and said he was unable to do the other 2, very disappointing and inefficient. The incomplete services were repair of a loose bathroom faucet and leaky shower head.

Our old galvanized water main started leaking. Not only were they able to quickly get to the house and assess the situation, but they gave us a temp line so we had water to the house again. Several problems arose during the replacement of our water main, but they didn’t charge us extra from the original bid to fix the problems. All around a great job and friendly company. Would 10/10 recommend!

We needed a new water heater and were curious about our options. Impressive service from start to finish!
Yvette took the call, Jordan reviewed the work, looked at photos of the prior repair and got a bid to me within hours.
Jordan was clearly very experienced with my situation and knowledgeable, communicated well and explained the recommendations and pricing.
Due to volume of the exterior service line leak they adjusted their schedule to take care of it quickly. From the first phone call to completed repair was 5 days from including a weekend. Called Friday, visit and bid Saturday, repaired Tuesday.
During the repair Jordan explained all the steps, took photos for my reference and showed me the buried leak.
The service was appropriately priced and as expected. Due to slope and access he had to hand dig, also required drilling concrete, replace an external to internal access line and a new shut off valve. He made clean, sensible dry wall cuts which will make repair easier, wore shoe covers and mask and cleaned up everything perfectly when he was done. He left no mixed junk when filling the hole (he took out junk found from the prior plumbers’ incomplete repair 4 years ago).
I didn’t have to ask for any of this, he just did good work from start to to finish. Absolutely no issue.
Impressive.
I will use them again and have already referred friends.

Super Cool guy. Really nice and did a great job. Service was responsive and communication was fantastic. He wore a Mask and gloves while in my house which is great because people are dying... don't let people tell you they aren't. Wear a mask people. That's besides the point. THis guy does great business. I'm going to call him again if my toilet explodes, so get ready for that. There is a price for doing a terrific job, and it's getting to see my toilet. 5 stars.

I called a number of plumbers in town looking for a quote to get a new water supply installed, as my current line had a leak. Not only did the owner, Landon, meet me right away to take a look at the problem, he also suggested a temporary solution that would get me back up and running immediately - without continuing the damage in my basement due to the leak. None of the other companies offered the same level of creative thinking to solve my specific problem.
Service Plus wasn’t the cheapest quote I received for the job, but by the time Landon was done the following week, you wouldn’t even know he was here. Very professional, easy to work with, and highly recommend him for anyone looking to get the job done right.

I called Service Plus Plumbing in a pinch and they delivered! Had an appointment next day with Joesph and had a straightforward and professional service. Joseph provided a lot of good advice and was honest about the service provided. I would highly recommend Service Plus to others.

What a positive experience, starting with talking to Yvette who scheduled Joseph to come out the same day,Friday, to inspect a water leak near the city meter. That same day Joseph called a leak detection company to schedule service. Leak was located on Monday and info/pictures were sent to service plus. Landon was able to repair the leak on Wednesday at a reasonable cost. I very much appreciate everyone’s positive and professional attitude.

We recently purchased our new home and it is a bit older. 114 years to be exact. So when our sewer pipe was clogged we reached out to the Service Plus Plumbing team (Great Google Rating and Reviews). From Landon scheduling our appointment to our technician Jordan getting out to the house to address our issue. It was a fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable are words that come to mind when looking back on what otherwise could have been a horrible time. I not only highly recommend these folks for home plumbing needs but will be using them in the future when issues arise or maintenance is needed.
Landon, Steve, and Alex saved the day! My water line was compromised and Landon was able to get right out to my house within an hour after being notified. He set up the repair/replacement process immediately, dotted the i's and crossed the t's of the surrounding issues (electrical updates, etc.). Follow-through was great, only personable interactions, and no mess. It was so great to have water again! Alex installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. Yes, a returning customer! At the start of the pandemic, Justin helped me out with a root invaded sewer line. Thanks Justin! He was great then so I didn't hesitate to call Service Plus Plumbing this time which all started with a new washer, a washer repairman and the discovery of no hot water into the laundry room. And, even though we don't use hot water for laundry the new machine requires the water pressure from it to operate. In walks plumber Charles...turns out my water pipes were a mixture of galvanized steel and copper and because I had not used hot water in the laundry room for years that pipe was most likely corroded. He gave me the option to run a new hot water line into the laundry room which would be the cheapest and fix the immediate problem. However this would not resolve the galvanized steel issue and although it wasn't leaking now there were signs of corrosion that would eventually leak becoming a huge problem unless the crawlspace was regularly inspected. I've been in this house for over 25 years and have never been down there...so yeah-it ain't happening now! With his advice I was able to make a proactive decision, and take advantage of a substantial reduction in price when all the work can be done at once; new water service, new kitchen drain, and re-piping to remove all the galvanized steel. Now, I am pleasantly surprised by all the improvements that I didn't even know were missing such as better water pressure and faster hot water delivery to the bathroom! A big shout out and THANK YOU to Yvette, Charles, and Landon!

We were in desperate need of a plumber after going through the weekend without ANY water to the house. Very hard to find a plumber who could come right out for our emergency. Most were booked up for a week!
Chris listened to our urgent pleas and said he’d come out sometime today between his other calls. He was very professional and knowledgeable. These guys had me scheduled and came out for a quote very quickly. Chris, the journeyman who did the pipe repair, was on time, excellent at his craft, and a pleasure to work with. My old 1900 house threw plenty of curveballs as he started opening up the walls, and he knocked them all out of the park. 10/10 would hire again.
Landon replied to my call within an hour; he located the leak and got it repaired in no time, explaining each step to me. He even planted grass seeds where he'd dug up the soil. Landon came by the same day we called to provide an estimate on the repair to our water main. Estimate was comparable with others we received, but Landon went above-and-beyond the call of duty by getting down-and-dirty in the crawlspace to check things out. Work was scheduled for the next week while others were requiring 2 to 4 weeks out. Landon was professional and personable, giving detailed explanations of the work needed, and left the repair site in the yard much cleaner and limited in space than I was expecting.

We noticed what we thought was a sewage smell coming from our guest bathroom, out of the multiple companies we contacted....Landon and his team were the first to call me back, and were willing to fit us in the same day to come take at least assess our situation and figure out what was going on. He showed up right in his scheduled window and was willing to go down in the crawlspace to assess things. The issue ended up being a dead rodent, not our pipes. Landon took his own time to call a Restoration company and walk them through what he found and help us get the issue taken care of. He stood by their free estimate and did not charge me for the visit, I can't name a single other plumbing company I know of that is willing to do that. Usually you are charged just for the site visit. While we didn't immediately need plumbing services, he noted a small leak under one of our showers and walked me through what cost might look like, if the repair could wait a bit, etc. I will absolutely be looking to schedule that repair with them and be contacting them for any furure plumbing repairs we many have come up.

I had a damp & somewhat soggy patch of lawn that was over the water main. Suspecting a leak, I started reading reviews at various sites such as angi.com and google reviews, to find a plumbing company. I called ServicePlus Plumbing based on their glowing reviews. Landon drove out all the way from NE Portland to West Beaverton to evaluate the problem. After monitoring the water meter for several minutes, he told me he didn’t think there was a leak as there was no movement of the needle. He gave me some tips on monitoring the needle over longer periods of time, and a referral to a leak detection service they use. Landon didn’t even charge me a trip fee for his time and fuel driving out here. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity; ServicePlus Plumbing has earned a customer for life because of this. And will refer them to my neighbors.

We awoke the other morning to a small fountain emanating from our water meter. After contacting the City of Portland, we learned the break was on our side of the meter and, other than shutting our water off, we were on our own. We called Service Plus and Yvette (their super kind receptionist) got the owner to call us back within the hour. Not even two hours later, they had someone onsite to not only diagnose our issue, but set up temporary water service to our home.
Service plus was back within the week to complete the repair. Their plumbers were super courteous, on time and clean! They even reseeded our grass where they needed to excavate. We were so pleased, we also worked with them to completely replace our water main as part of a planned remodel. I highly recommend Landon, Chris, Yvette and the team at Service Plus!

We had a drippy toilet shut off valve. I called to have it fixed and to replace the valves on the other 2 toilets, as well. Chris was able to come out in the same week. He showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He gave us a fair price on the expected work.
After he started working on the first valve, what seemed like a very simple job turned into something far more complicated. Four and a half hours later, I was breaking out the checkbook, resigned to the fact that this was going to be far more than we had planned for. Surprisingly, Chris honored the same quote that he gave me at the start of the job. We have done lots of repairs and upgrades on our home and have worked with various trades people, none have impressed me like this company.

Requested quotes for a new tankless water heater install through Yelp when our existing was damaged. They were able to get someone out same day for an estimate and get the install done that day also. Price was lower than quoted by another company and a better experience with the office and on site. Aleksey was very professional and easy to work with and did a great job.
Chris came to the rescue and capped off the unused drain pipes, removed and cut up all the old pvc and copper pipes. He worked fairly quickly because it was an easy job for him. He was friendly, professional, and was able to analyze and located the shut off valves in a 100+ year old basement. He also cleaned up his work areas. These guys are BUSY and he was worth the wait. Thank you again for being so awesome and taking care of us!

I contacted several Plumbing Companies to have a leak in our water main looked at. I consulted the BBB for their ratings and reviews, based my choice on availability and quote, and Service Plus was on my top 3.
Landon got to our place early, looked at our problem, listened to what I had to say and gave me an honest appraisal as well as gave his professional objective view on some problems that we currently need to address (I.e. gas leak, a/c). He took the time to help us out so that we would be safe, and worked with us to resolve our issue.
He fixed and replaced our water main pipe with the appropriate size to ensure adequate pressure, was able to make sure it was up to code and done right after. It took him the whole day but he was determined to do it right (which We appreciate, since who wants to keep calling the plumber again and again when a problem could’ve been fixed when done right the first time!)
Long story short, we are very satisfied with Service Plus’ service, especially Landon! And would recommend them to anyone needing Plumbing services.

We had a total re-plumbing of our home including a new main. It took a few days and chris and Jordan did an amazing job. We are more than happy. Would highly recommend them.
Woke up to a broken water main at my house on Friday morning and I called Service Plus. Landon came out first thing and hooked me up with a temp connection so I had water service that day. Came back Saturday and replaced the main. A true master of his craft and dedicated to doing every step correctly. Here are some words I’d use to describe my experience: Professional, Quality, Thorough, Attention to detail, Expert, and Cleanliness. It was hard to even tell that he was here once he completed his work and cleaned everything up. I’m glad I decided to call them.
We had been quoted for a repair but the repair involved more than thought. Our quote was still held valid. Plumber was great!

Awesome! I called another plumbing company initially and received a ridiculous estimate. I called Landon and he gave me a fair price quote for the work and completed the work timely and on budget. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the owner of the company, Landon, was the one who took my service call. He and Steve did an excellent job installing my insinkerator, as well as plumbing for my new refrigerator/water/ice maker. He had to saw a hole in the wall, but his finish work was top notch and it looks great!! Highly recommend this company and would use their services again. Thanks you guys!!

These people are AMAZING. We called them over the weekend when our main pipe from the meter had a leak and needed to be replaced. They came on a Saturday and came back on Tuesday did a stellar repair in ONE day and did not try to sell us anything else. I love these people. They also might I add, do this all the time explain the whole process do not do a lot of handwaving with confusing terms and did it cheaper than anyone else I called- between 500-3000 dollars cheaper. Call them if you need a main water line. They are gods among men.
Chris came today to fix a leaking water valve. The valve was in a tricky position with the potential for more issues if done incorrectly. Chris addressed the project with professionalism and enthusiasm. He was also able to quickly help us with replacing an outdoor faucet on top of the original problem. I would highly recommend Chris and Service First Plumbing. They will be our first call for any future plumbing needs.

I chose Service Plus Plumbing because the are family owned.
From my initial call requesting service to Joseph repairing the sink drain, my experience was excellent! I received a detailed confirmation the day before my appointment, received a text letting me know they were on their way the day of service.
Joseph explained the options available to clear the drain. He started with the least expensive service, which did the job!
I would high recommend this company. Some of the best service I have had in a long time.

Very professional, Chris was respectful of our house, he put booties on when entering. Opened up the wall with surgical precision, found the leak and repaired it. He also reduced the price after discovering a smaller job than originally thought. I would use them again!
Alex showed up at the promised time and went the extra mile to troubleshoot and fix our issue. He was polite and conscientious and left the area clean when finished. I called Service Plus on Thursday, and was lucky enough to get an appointment window for the very next day. Joseph arrived at our house within the first hour of our appointment window to diagnose a leak under the kitchen sink and garbage disposal that stopped working.
Joseph was professional, friendly, and efficient. He identified the issue and gave a straightforward and reasonable quote for a remedy. He had everything he needed to propose the fix, and successfully completed the job. He finished installing our new garbage disposal quickly, and it’s great to have the kitchen sink and garbage disposal back in working order. Service Plus responded right away. I really appreciate that they evaluated the issue and then explained everything to me so that I could choose the solution that best fit our situation. I've altered my original rating of 2 stars, after Landon (owner of Service Plus) contacted me about my review. He explained at length about various overhead costs contributing to plumbing costs (health insurance for employees, permits, etc.). Landon did end up providing us a 10% Senior discount. While the total cost still seems like a lot to us, since we did not get multiple bids on this project, we don't know how much another plumber might have charged.

Cost of this minor plumbing repair was exorbitant!! We were charged $1,127 for work that took only 1.5 hours. Cost of parts should have been no more than $258 (faucet @ $208, two stop valves $30 max, basket strainer $20). So that means either they charged Labor @ $579/hr or they more than tripled the price of the parts.
Very happy with their professionalism and prompt service. Happy that I could speak with a human being who actually answered the phone (which is a problem I’ve faced with other plumbers). Pricing is competitive. Joseph diagnosed and fixed our issues quickly.

Based on good reviews from others I've had Service Plus out twice now over the past year (Jordan and Joseph). Both times the experience was excellent. They didn't even charge me for the first visit because we couldn't determine there was actually leak. He was here 20 minutes helping me troubleshoot and didn't charge me. Today they fixed my toilet which had a clog that I could not repair myself, even with an augur. Both times they were very friendly and professional. They are my go-to plumbers now.
Service Plus initially did a pipe leak fix for us, and we ended up using them for a full repipe. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Layne was great as well. We would highly recommend Service Plus!

Chris inspected the water pipes first and reported on their condition. Danze had sent a replacement part for the faucet along with a schematic. Once it was installed and tested, we were good to go. We would have Chris back for future issues. He’s thorough and explains his findings well.

I had only a one-day window to get my water heater repaired, so I was happy to get them scheduled. They didn't show up. Very apologetic, but I missed my repair window. Update - I spoke with the owner and he wants to make it right, so we have a repair rescheduled. Final comment. They arrived as scheduled on time, clearly understood the issue, and did some additional research to make sure the strange issue in my neighborhood was addressed. I'm super happy with the work and will call them again.
SPP did an exceptional job repairing our leaky toilets. Had great service and response time from getting calling to getting service even with the snow and ice was better than I could have hoped for. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.
