Water line replacement from street into the basement of the home. Great experience all the way around. I submitted a web inquiry that was responded to timely and an bid/estimate followed shortly thereafter. The owner showed up as scheduled to complete bid/estimate. Strong back office support and good use of technology to automate email communication to schedule the work, e-sign quote, and provide technician movement updates. Work quality was timely and spot on. Permit and inspections were handled timely with City of Hillsboro. All Pro back office (Thank you Jade and Dawn) did a great job.

Jimmy did an excellent job repairing our plumbing issues. We have used All Pro Plumbing Services in the past, and they are always knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable in their repair costs. Saved hundreds of dollars versus a quote from another plumbing company. Very satisfied!

Okay, I was desperate. A pipe burst and I called All PRO Plumbing of Hillsboro, OR. I asked for their rate. $160 per hour. Gulp. But, I did mention I was desperate right? With cold temps here in Portland, all plumbing companies were busy. So I call the fire dept non emergency unit and they helped me turn off the water at the property line. Three hours later All PRO shows up (5:00pm) and they are very nice. Within 30 minutes they've turned off my water valve to the hose bib and turned back on the water at the property line. They give me a tutorial on how to do this myself for both my outdoor faucets. Then they write up my bill. For less than 30 min of service, which is now after hours, $365! That's 2 hours minimum service (what?!) and a $45 trip charge. Funny, they didn't mention that on the phone. Mind you, they didn't fix the broken pipe or remove the damaged sheetrock and insulation. No, but they're willing to come back to fix the pipe and recommend a company to handle the sheetrock. No thank you. Nice fellows but I've never felt so taken advantage of. I know it's cold and plumbers are busy, but All PRO didn't gain a loyal customer through this experience.

We were on a tight time budget looking to get an assessment done on a home we're looking to purchase, and All Pro was the first company to get back to us out of the 20+ I'd messaged on a (holiday) Sunday evening. They could get out same-day, ended up fixing the problem same-day, and for $200 less than any other quote I'd been given by other companies who got back to me! John even included pictures of what he'd fixed, before and after, in the invoice for us. Definitely a company we want to keep in our back pocket, I feel incredibly lucky to have found them!

Dan came to fix a leak and was super friendly and informative. He also took on some on the spot work installing a sink and faucet that my other plumber had said was a two man job and couldn’t get done when he was here last. Way to go, Dan!

Also, this company emailed me before my appointment, advising me of the hourly cost, trip charge and cancellation time and fee. Then day of my appointment I got an email saying Dan was in route with a photo, yes a photo of Dan! Amazing! I was invoiced the day of and received and email day after showing paid.

Hired All Pro to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system. After the install, there was no hot water pressure to the sink due to something becoming dislodged and caught in the water line. All Pro came out on at least three different visits to troubleshoot the issue, but they couldn't figure it out. Hired a different plumber and the issue was diagnosed and resolved in less than 5 minutes. This was particularly frustrating because All Pro swore they checked the line and found nothing. I understand that mistakes happen, and sometimes things get missed, but it seemed like all of the plumbers we worked with were inexperienced or incompetent. Additionally, the communication was pretty rude and accusatory. Considering that we were without hot water in the kitchen sink and unable to use the water filter for several months, we believed a partial refund was in order. All Pro disagreed. We will not do business with All Pro again. There are better service providers in the area.

Really like these guys. John, serviced both my primary home and my rental and did great work. Will definitely use them again.

I got 2 quotes to replace some old leaking pipes in my basement and install a utility sink. All Pro came in ~$200 less than the other quote. Work was done as scheduled. About a week later, I noticed a small leak at a joint where a newly installed pipe meets the old cast iron drain. The repair man (Mel) came back promptly and re-sealed the joint at no charge.

Used this company twice. Technician Marcus Shorts serviced my home both times. Tech was on time, professional and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this company and more specifically tech Marcus Shorts to anyone.

My water heater died and needed a new one ASAP. Looked at the big box stores and some other well known water heater joints and they were mostly out 2 weeks or more before I could be a real human and take a proper shower instead of heating buckets on the stove like I am a cave man. Well spoke to Whitney I believe and she gave me my options I wanted the water heater with the 12 year warranty and asked when I can have it installed if I did the deal and she said tomorrow! SOLD. Gave credit card over the phone next day had Jimmy come and install my new water heater and he did a great job and was very good and able to trouble shoot on the spot to make the unit fit got the 50lb water heater from Reliance and the water is HOT HOT HOT. Next time I need a plumber I will be going with All Pro. Give them a call they are the new water heater kings in my book.

I called All Pro Plumbing after the previous plumbing company (Service Plus Plumbing) did an awful job fixing our toilet. The plumber from the other company didn't install all the correct parts and lied about the installation such as replacing the toilet bolts that would cost us another $300 on top of the $300 we already paid for the flush value and the toilet handle and labor! So they would charge around $650 for replacing a few toilet parts!
This plumber tried to get us to buy a brand new lower quality toilet just to make more money for his company.
All Pro Plumbing replaced everything including brand new brass toilet bolts for just over $300.

Johnny from All Pro Plumbing let us know that our toilet is a high end toilet so why would we want to downgrade to a lower quality toilet as the other plumber tried to convince us to do? Parts are a little harder to find but worth keeping the toilet we have now.

I couldn't be happier with All Pro Plumbing! From the initial phone call with Emme who is kind and professional to Johnny who completely fixed our toilet for the same price as the previous company charged just for a couple parts that didn't work correctly so our toilet kept running every couple minutes until Johnny arrived with the correct kit and installed all the parts including new toilet bolts for the same price as what we were charged from the other company for installing only a few parts!

Johnny was also friendly and professional and considerate! He answered all of my questions I had and cleaned up immaculately after he was finished. He was pleasant to talk with too!

For any future plumbing services that we will need to do, we will definitely be using All Pro Plumbing Services now!

1. Returned my call. 2. Would service my area without excessive additional fees even though I was less than 15 miles from them. 3. The plumber Nick was fast, efficient, friendly, and fixed the broken pipe in my wall with minimal drywall work. 4. The military discount. 5. Emme was friendly over the phone and quick to help with any questions we had.
They were not the cheapest of the other companies I was able to contact ( I reached out to 14 different companies I was only able to speak with 3. Most did not return my call).
It is a rare day I give a company five stars because I believe everyone can improve, but it was difficult to give them lower based on how well we were taken care of. We could have went with less expensive companies, but I am pretty sure we would have gotten what we paid for. Worth the money! Great job All Pro Plumbing Services!

I had a few plumbing problems and I called All Pro Plumbing to see if they could help me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful and they got someone out to see me the next day. The day of the appointment, Art (the plumber) called me about a half hour before the appointment just to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time, took great care in everything he did, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I could not be happier with the service they provided. I recently purchased a new washer & dryer - and after I hooked it up, realized the drain pipe wasn't draining. I googled plumbers in my area & called the first one listed, no answer - I left a message... second one just rang & rang... the third picked up right away & put me on a 'wait list' for the next day.
They called in the morning & said they could send someone over in the afternoon, which was perfect! Jimmy came over & started working right away. He was very polite & informative. He got the drain unplugged only to find that due to issues with the pipe - it still wasn't going to work.
He gave me a quote to replace the pipe & I called the office to schedule it.
He and Kaleo came back a day later & got working away. I couldn't be home the whole time, so Kaleo was very good at keeping me informed of what was going on. They found another crack that they let me know about, so I had everything fixed. They were both very polite & professional. I always dread calling any sort of service in a trade... but these guys were awesome!

John from All-Pro did an excellent job of fixing the leaking supply lines under my bathroom sink. I had also purchased a new vanity top with built-in sink which didn't align with my existing drain, which required redoing the pipes connecting the pop-up and p-trap. He was very fast, finishing that in under an hour. No more leaks! Prices for labor and supplies were very reasonable. All Covid-19 protocols were followed.

We were remodeling our half bathroom and I came across a fifty year old drain and all the problems that come with it. I called around looking for a plumber. Jossy Plumbing didn't send me to a call center, answering service but I got a real human being. And surprise, they wanted my business. They had me text a photo of the problem. They were out in two hours, they were done in an hour. Not only did a plumber arrive but he had his assistant, and the business owner should up. They went above and beyond. They were funny, informative and the bill... exactly as estimated. 3 things you should have... a good dentist, a good electrician and plumber. For me, I'm set. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor.

Adrian quickly diagnosed our issue to be a failed shower cartridge. He installed a new cartridge and tested to be sure that the problem was resolved. Adrian was prompt, on-time, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have found my plumber.

Had a leaking shower faucet and called 3 different plumbers. 1st one cancelled on day of appointment, the second called day of appointment and said I needed to get the parts and they would just install it. All Pro sourced the parts, showed up on time and quickly installed a new part and fixed the problem. Hopefully I wont have any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if I do I'm calling these guys again.

Excellent remote experience. I had All Pro Plumbing come to our house which was for sale and needed a few leak and clog repairs. I was several states away. They came the next business day after we spoke on the phone and made the repairs exactly as we needed. They promptly sent and invoice after the repairs were complete. I was able to pay over the phone. I then received paperwork via email exactly as my realtor needed. It was an extremely smooth process and I would definitely highly recommend All Pro Plumbing!

You charge for a bid? 100 dollars not cool and over bid on the project! We will never recommend you to anyone. Very disappointed.

Seems as if cold weather this year took a toll on two of our outside lines and faucets. They were protected and insulated but failed to no avail. All Pro sent out a plumber the day of my call, diagnosed the leaks, and within an hour had both faucets and lines to the main system replaced. Good job and wonderful people to work with.

I was impressed from my first call with Bruce to the work being done. Professional and timely service. Kaleo & Jose that came out to do the job were courteous and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable and they did not go over budget or try to add on an extra work, they actually did additional work at no further charge because it just seemed the right thing to do. Super nice guys and would use them again.

We have used All Pro twice now, both times to help us fix a couple different types of leaks. We had John Aker come over both times. We have had a very good experience with John - he is very knowledgeable, excellent and very professional and detailed with his work. Henry was great with the scheduling. Chad was excellent with the removal and installation of the new toilets. I would highly recommend contacting All Pro for any plumbing services. They are prompt and courteous.

My project was a year and half in the making. Just a sink/faucet issue but I can't tell you how many plumbers and people I talked to were not helpful. I finally gave up. Partly due to wrist break but mostly because I thought futile. My beautiful shutters are what a big issue was. Jake got me through it and Emme was amazing in helping me get the direction. They don't make faucets low enough. It barely made it and I love it! Thank you!

Great service, fast response time, friendly workers. I was a bit surprised by the $200 Crawlspace surcharge. That wasn't mentioned on the phone or by the tech who came out the day before to look at the job. I have a 3' tall, dry crawlspace with plastic--not sure that is worth a $200 surcharge....

Owner contacted me about an issue with billing that wasn't disclosed to me prior to work being done. The issue related to an office worker who had made a mistake before the had left the company. We needed to replace our aging water heater. All Pro Plumbing had concise and clear answers to my questions regarding all water heater options. Kaleo and crew came out the next day and completed the install quickly, efficiently and left everything in pristine condition. I had a flange that needed repair and they were quick to respond with availability. Professional work and plumber johnny was a personable and knowledgeable plumber.

Been using them for a while but last trip they had to come back out the day after because they hadn't really done the job properly. Also discovered they bought us a piece we asked them not to purchase since we needed brushed nickel but they still bought and charged us for the more expensive version. Also, the job seemed to be done in a rush, the piping wasn't straight or set correctly. We will be looking for an alternate plumber moving forward.

We recently contacted All Pro Plumbing to correct an existing hose bib installation and to add another hose bib to the side of the house where there was none. I thought we'd need to go through the sheetrock wall of either our laundry room or garage for sure. When they arrived for a free estimate I was given multiple options, plus a wonderful idea to tap into the existing waterline in the crawlspace below the laundry room. The shouldn't be more than time and materials bid was 20% less than others who hadn't even come out to the site to see what we wanted, and the probably around amount was 50% less than other bids. I realize that time and materials doesn't set a fixed price and if they were to run into problems it could be higher, but I felt real comfortable after talking to them in person about it.

The day of the job Marcus showed up on time, pleasant and ready to work. He was extremely thorough, conscientious and efficient. He finished the job quickly and without snags - - and at even less than the probably around amount.

If I could, I'd give All Pro Plumbing, and especially Marcus a 6 star rating! We'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Called for a quote on the tankless water heater I wanted and All Pro far beat out other companies. Also had them install an additional drain line. Kaleo, Jose, & Nate came out and did a terrific job. I suggested possible shortcuts that would make the job easier but not look nearly as good and they came up with even better options within budget. They were able to far surpass even the most fickle person's needs! Can't recommend them enough.

After coming home to find water coming out of my garage walls, a friend referred All Pro Plumbing. I was extremely lucky to have them schedule on short notice. I called two other plumbing companies prior, but they didn't sound like they cared much, and charged about 20-30% more than All Pro!

I booked with All Pro and they weren't only professional, but had that down to earth demeanor I appreciated. I ended up calling them back to do some work while we had our kitchen renovated and use them for all my clients as well.

As a realtor, I need to be I refer quality contractors. Otherwise, it's really me that looks bad overall. All Pro has helped a number of my clients now and will be my go to company for life.

I ended up meeting the owners and team and have to say, they are downright as humble and real as people can get. Trust in this company, and they will not do you wrong.

We've used these folks for years, had to use others when they were swamped with calls, and gone back to them; NEVER dissatisfied!
We used them in our old house, where the kitchen sink faucet had slipped out of its mounting; the gentleman let me know how to get the cheapest, highest quality & most exact, best-fitting replacement (hint: it wasn't on his truck that day), and he installed it for labor only.
In our newer house, another one of their gentlemen fixed the P-trap from our kitchen faucet when it leaked, letting us know why it was happening, and that it would happen again. Nevertheless, their work lasted for 1.5 years! When it happened again and they were too busy (holidays or a rain rush, I believe), we went with someone else & their work lasted almost five months. We went with the others again out of convenience, and they corroborated the installation problem & that this would happen again, but tried to sell either major kitchen rebuilding to lower the drain in the wall, or taking out the garbage disposal by calling it trendy. Yuk; had the other guys fix it without heroic measures again, and this time the their work lasted just less than a MONTH!!!
Enough! We had always been happy with All Pro Plumbing, and even if they had to charge to drive in from Hillsboro, even if we had to wait for them to be available, their second opinion, their consumer-oriented honesty & their lack of upsell HAD to be better than what we had been getting with the other guys.
So we called, got a third gentleman from All Pro Plumbing out THAT DAY (phew!), who corroborated that either a new lower drain hole needed to go into the wall or the garbage disposal needed to come out. The latter was his recommendation, even though it would make them less money, with a much more practical why than the other guys:
Basically, chopping food pieces smaller doesn't make them go down old pipes better, it just lets food bits get jammed in smaller places to build up anyway. We should all, always, have been composting solid food waste so it didn't go down the drain. That's not trendy; I take it as common sense!
I had to get approval from all concerned members of the household for such a big change, but his explanation worked much better for us than the other guys' pandering, and we elected to get it done.
Two points on getting it done:
FIRST, without approval, the gentleman from All Pro Plumbing couldn't get it done that day, but because it was something misidentified over the phone as a quick & easy fix, he DIDN'T charge for the initial visit (which, coming from Hillsboro to Portland, usually starts at at least the first hour of labor). That was above and beyond, definitely wasn't (and I feel, shouldn't be) expected, and ENSURED that we would call them back to schedule once a decision was made!
SECOND, as all good plumbers do, they got busy, and their next availability was at the end of the week (when he had just visited at the beginning of the week).
That said, the same gentleman showed up bright & early Friday morning with a friendly smile on his face, ready to get to work. And he did, hauling off the old disposal when he was done, and leaving us with a much more functional, leak-proof, properly graded* PVC line away from the sink.
*(Going, other than the P-trap, consistently DOWN so water doesn't pool and eventually leak through pipe joints.)
In his work, he also noticed that the drain line from the dishwasher was improperly spooled on the floor under the sink, and properly hung it: just solved a problem unrelated to the original call, without making it a whole other issue!
I was once again impressed when All Pro Plumbing called us back a week later TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AS EXPECTED (to which we heartily said YES!).
If All Pro Plumbing is available, we won't go back to another plumber in the Portland area again!

Technician John A worked quite efficiently. The work was done neatly. He seemed quite happy to explain what he was doing and why while I lurked and watched over his shoulder. I enjoy watching a true craftsman. When he was finished, he left everything cleaner and neater than it had been before he arrived. This is the 3rd time I've used All Pro and they are consistently honest, professional and reasonably priced. Got a quote from another company with a cheap response charge (3 Mountains) and their tech was unsure about her ability to repair (pushing replacement) for a leaking faucet and at a price that started at double the All Pro total repair price. I'm done wasting my time with anybody but All Pro Plumbing.

My toilet was clogged BAD. I called several places and they could see me in a week or two. I called All Pro Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. What a relief!

The plumber, Delton, gave me a 30 minute warning when he was going to arrive, which I appreciated. He fixed two sinks, a toilet, and installed a garbage disposal all in about 15 minutes. He did a good job of explaining what the problems were and how I could prevent or fix them myself in the future. In my opinion the bill was very reasonable. Plus my cat really liked him, so that was cool.

Appointment was made over the phone with a live person that spoke perfect English. 10 minutes before they arrived I received a text indicating they were just 10min away. Johnny arrived and got right to work. Evaluating the situation and reviewing the faucet we had to replaced. On the phone an estimate of 1hr was given to me with the rates. Johnny prepped the area to work. Kept his tools close by as he worked. Showed me the things I should keep and things I can dispose. 54min later (6min ahead of estimated time) he was finished. Charged my credit card the estimated rate and all were happy especially my wife

Kaleo efficiently fixed our leaking bathroom sink (replaced angle stop and nipple), replaced our kitchen faucet with faucet we supplied, fixed our leaking hose faucet (replaced vacuum breaker on frost free hose bib), secured another hose bib, and diagnosed problem in master bath faucet (need a new faucet as suspected). Found lead near hot water heater & furnace and called All Pro. Plumber Johnny showed ups and correctly diagnosed problem as a leaking air conditioner condensate line, not a water supply leak. Since he was able to do this without any tools from his truck, he didn't charge me anything. Way to go All Pro!!! Will be calling you guys again if we have any real plumbing issues! Thank you!

Called for what I thought was a roof vent/toilet drain problem. Kaleo talked me through my situation and he helped me realize what the problem really is. He spent 15 minutes describing how I might fix it myself and gave me his cell phone number in case I need more help. He charged me nothing and may or may not get any revenue from me. We've used All Pro multiple times but very recently had a huge issue with a kitchen drain pipe that they fixed. There was a break in the pipe which caused water to leak into our finished basement. Kaleo and Chris were over here making the fix as soon as the water mitigation people were done with their part. They were incredibly easy to work with and very professional. The situation was very stressful on us as we just recently bought this home, but the guys from All Pro saved the day!!!! Can't recommend them enough.

Water heater went out on Sunday night. Called All Pro and they worked to get someone scheduled at 10 am on Moday. The plumber who came out was very helpful, explained everything, knew what the problem was right away just by looking at the name on the water heater, and was able to fix it very quickly. I felt the prices were good and walked away with a good experience. Definitely recommend them and will be using their services again the future.

Showed up for the appointment on time which I find is becoming increasingly rare. The plumber was very polite and professional in every way. He was able to promptly fix the problem and charged a fair price. How refreshing not to have to endure up selling and blah blah service warranty double speak. These are my go to plumbers from now on. Couldn't be more pleased with their responsive service.

Needed a plumber STAT one morning because of faucet leakage. Called nearly all plumbing companies around my area but All Pro Plumbing services were the only ones that was able to come same day, about an hour later or so. Thankful for the speedy service

We called All Pro for some recent plumbing work we needed done. They had a cancellation and were able to come out same day - on a Friday afternoon no less. The price was more than reasonable. Nick was efficient and detailed. Highly recommend.

We had our master bath completely remodeled a year ago. The hot water volume was less than half and we lived with it for a few months then called a plumber where we were a monthly member with. They came out and replaced a mixing valve. Zero effect. They said that to fix it then they'd need to repipe to the shower for $1,600. Then we called All Pro. Kaleo and Nathan came out and quickly saw that the remodeling plumber set it too shallow, limiting the range the hot could turn and it was simply hitting other parts behind the tile. They adjusted it and created more room for it. Perfect, and they cleaned up. It was HALF the cost the other plumber charged even with our 'discount' to NOT fix it. If we'd of gone with their $1,600 advice it still would not of worked. Needless to say, we promptly cancelled that membership!!

I was very pleased with the repair Adrian Hanson did on my guest bath, tub faucet. Adrian showed up on time, repaired my seized faucet quickly and was very polite and personable. I will certainly use All Pro Plumbing again when I need plumbing work done.

This company is absolutely fantastic to work with. We have had them help with 2 bathroom remodels and most recently, repair a broken pipe. They do very high quality work and are very professional.

They jammed open are back flow when they were snaking our drain. As result it caused almost 20,000 in damages. They refused to pay for the damages. Luckily we had good insurance that covered the damages. If u want a company that will not stand by its work when they cause damage all pro is the way to go.

Let me tell you, these people are amazing! We are doing an addition to our house and unexpectedly came upon the water lines and drain for our master bath vanity in a wall that was being removed. Kaleo came out and looked at the job. He told me this was gonna be easier to fix then I had been told by another plumber and much less cheaper. Kaleo and Nathan showed up, did the work that ended up including demo, and were complete in about 4 hours. Every question answered and pointed out that I have another issue under the house that doesn't even have to do with the plumbing. I would have never known about it and it would probably cost me damage in the future. I just couldn't ask for better service. Did I mention that they saved me more than half what the other company wanted to charge me? High quality work and very personable people. I will call them and highly recommend them to anyone.

Called to help with repair on rental property. Could not do repair per company policy. Suggested thousands of dollar alternative or find someone else. Personnel were rude and non communicative. I would suggest you find a different company for your plumbing needs.

Yesterday afternoon I found that water was dripping onto the burner of my gas water heater (evidently from a crack in the tank). So I called All Pro ASAP and left a message.

First this morning, I got a call back. The price I was quoted was more than acceptable, so I said, Come on down.

Nicholas was here less than 3 hours later. He is very professional and competent. (And a nice guy, too!)

The bottom line is, less than 24 hours after I left the message, I had a working water heater!

You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone who can top that.

I don’t review much - but I love it when I see a person care about the quality of their job. I’ve hired them twice now and both times it’s been all about quality.

This time the had to fix a main line in the front yard of a rental. Plastic down for the dirt and sod cut in one section ready to put back on top.

First of all, I want to thank Johnny for being a straight up AWESOME human being! Long story short, the higher-up's at work told me to cancel the plumber which I totally forgot to do. When he showed up and I explained the situation he offered to just come in and take a look at it anyway, instructed me what to do, and said if I had any questions to call him. This place is awesome-not to mention when the higher-up's were trying to find a plumber in the first place, they just couldn't find one who had the 'know how' for my unique situation. I looked myself, on my lunch, found these guys in 5 minutes, and BOOM! Problem solved! Highly reccomended!

Detected a small leaking from water bill in June 2015, had All Pro Plumbing came for the repair, they had someone else to detect the location to find the leak because the leak isn't noticeable. Costed $1160. In Feb 2016, the previous leak location started bubbling, called them to come take a look, they said will charge for the service call. The same technician dug out where he did the repair, the leaking location was a Z shape, he replaced the lower L shape joint and the connection part of the upper and lower joint, this time the upper joint was bursting with water, but he said that is a new leak even he has touched the joint. If I don't agree to pay, he would leave the location uncover and would not come back to fix it. I said I was unsatisfied but I would pay so that he came back to do the repair. On next day, he finished the repair, and they called me to collect the payment of $459 (charge two trips and said can only have 3 month warranty) , I told them to send me bill either mail it to me or send me electronic copy through email. I never received a bill, instead, I got a certified mail from BMDA, they put my property on Notice Of Right To A Lien and also sent it to my mortgage company. I called them to find out why, they said they sent bill through email, I asked them to show me the evidence, then they found out they had a wrong email address, even they had sent me the first bill through email. they threw me a rude apology.
I hope you see my experience before you call them.

Johnny was extremely professional and friendly. Obviously very experienced. The charge was very reasonable. I would recommend All Pro without hesitation and will certainly use them next time I need a plumber.

Reasonable price, professional technician, provide the arrival time frame when scheduling the appointment. I had leaking under the kitchen sink and replace the bathtub spout. They didn't charge high price for the bathtub spout. Very good service.

They sent a technician, John out to my house. He was running late due to a previous client, so he hit my house about 5pm. He installed a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal in two hours. It was cheaper than any of the other 6 quotes I got for the job, done quickly and cleanly. Very professional. I highly recommend.

Johnny installed a new toilet for us, and hauled away the existing one. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. Would definitely work with these folks again!

1 great experience, 2 terrible ones. Had a very nice and knowledgeable plumber install a kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal. Hired them again to replace my hot water heater and got a guy who did something crazy at every turn...made a permanent mess removing my old one, installed a different new one from the model we discussed, didn't have any parts he needed, etc. Despite that, I hired them a third time. I called 1.5 weeks in advance to have someone install a shower valve while my wall was opened up, before tiling it the next day. They were scheduled to come at 1pm. Oh, she'll be there before 3. Oh, she'll definitely be there before 4. Oh, she's stuck under a house. Never showed up. Oh, and if you call them, don't let them put you on hold. Their phone system is messed up and it will cut you off every time.

All Pro has been my go-to for any plumbing issues for over 10 years now. They've seen my through 2 NG leaks, a failed water heater, a failed sump, and recently are helping me recover from a collapsed sewer drain under my pad. Always reliable, capable, and quick to the job, that's why they will always be my first call when things get messy.

Very happy with the job. My plumber was earlier than I expected (right at the beginning of the 2 hour window) and used a bit of creative carpentry to fill a big gap between my outside faucet and the siding from an old job not done correctly. He checked and re-caulked all the other outside faucets and was fast, friendly and efficient. Will be hiring again!

Nicolas was very helpful and was able to confirm I had some pipes that had burst under my house but before any plumbing repairs could be done the crawl space under my house needed a restoration company to do a cleanup of the water and replace the barrier and insulation. He referred me a restoration company and they were just as prompt getting the cleanup done for Nicolas to come back and replace the damaged pipes under my house. Overall, All Pro Plumbing exceeded my expectations in pricing customer and customer service.

Had All Pro install sink trap. It leaked less than one month later. Plumber was inexperienced.
