We can't say enough good things about Patrick's service and attention to detail. He was incredibly responsive and thorough in his work. And just so friendly! We had a break in the water main in a really tight spot and he was able to fix it same day. It was great to find a plumber we feel like we can trust and plan to have him back again in the future.

Patrick was great! He came out on a Sunday and was there within 30 minutes. He found the problem and discussed with us the cause of the leak and what was needed to repair it. We will definitely use his company and recommend him again if needed.

Had a leak that was causing severe damage to the floor in the bathroom. Started calling around to plumbers Friday late afternoon. No other plumbing companies even returned our calls. Patrick was willing to drive from Vancouver to Warren after hours to fix the issue. He did it happily and made the experience a little less painful. Since he realized my super powers!!! It not taking life to seriously.
He made sure WE did the job right!
He fixed the leak and a couple other smaller issues within a couple hours. We understood that it was Friday night after 9pm by the time he was able to leave, the bill was what was expected. 😬. Thanks for everything.

Columbia river plumbing was extremely responsive even over the christmas holidays. After appointment was confirmed team member was at the house within 20 minutes. Repair was fast and thorough.

I was having sewage line issues, the customer service representative that answered the phone listened to what my situation was, advised that a different service was needed before they attempted to help but took my info so when the first service was completed they would try and get me set next day appointment. Luckily the city finally fixed there problem they caused, but reason I gave 5 stars is because my questions and concerns were given with an empathic response to my situation and even given a call back the next day to make sure my needs were taken care of. That is rare in customer service these days. Thank you
It was an emergency and Patrick did a great job! He was prompt, efficient, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about our situation. We highly reccomend CRPD. We will call them again when we have a need.
Patrick was great. Came on time, very professional. Aside from finding and fixing the leak in the wall, he even discovered a problem with sub-par work from another plumber that had been done on my water heater (overflow tank had been connected with a galvanized pipe, while the outflow pipe was copper with a brass connection --very bad, led to electrolytic corrosion after only 4 years and ruined the tank).

We had a pipe burst 1 o'clock in the morning and Patrick can out and help get our water shut. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable!
Columbia River plumbing showed up at my house within an hour of calling them for help. They were awesome they fixed my water heater at a fair price they were very courteous and honest I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Just so happy I found this company I called them out to check out my toilet in my kids room that constantly clogged time and time again I had plumbers come out auger it and leave at 200 dollars per auger this happened 3 times I do realize now I could've had 3 toilets but honestly was never given the options Patrick showed up on time with a phone call apon arrival he let me know my toilet had a very weak flush and gave me 3-4 different options including the auger i then had him proceed with installing a power assisted toilet I was honestly just happy a plumber gave me options for a new toilet as well as angering the toilet with no warranty I have had zero problems since and will highly recommend this company to everyone I know thanks Patrick you saved the day from the incompetent plumbers I've had at my house.
Patrick was our SPECIAL PLUMBER this evening after I had called re a leak under my son's home. Patrick came out, after hours, cleaned up the area, replaced the pipe, told us all that we needed to know (succinctly and thoroughly) about the problem and the repair. What great customer service skills he has...and so very courteous and friendly. But, THERE'S MORE.....he called the business that will take care of the restoration of the underflooring and insulation and got them to come out tonight!! What service -- I will definitely call CRPandDS any time we have a plumbing problem. And, I got my military discount ! (And he looks great in his spacesuit !!!!)

We had Patrick out to install our new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal in our renovated kitchen. He did an excellent job and was quick, professional, and very personable. He was also very understanding of our limited budget and was kind enough to give us advice on where we could save money on the project. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I have had many plumbers out over the years but none as responsive efficient than Columbia River. Patrick came out within an hour on a Sunday afternoon and fixed my pipe leak within 30 minutes. Patrick also helped me out with a re-pipe quote on the spot. Very knowledgeable and professional!!
Was able to have this plumber at my home within an hour of calling. They explained everything he was doing and most importantly, fixed it. Very grateful.

If you want a Excellent Experienced 24hr. Plumber Patrick is your guy. Had a pipe leak in between my floor joists which he had to cut out a piece of to gain access to the leaking pipe elbow. This was not an easy job but he fixed it with top notch work in a timely and professional manner. He arrived within 20mins of calling him in after hours work when nobody else would come or was open. Highly recommend his company and will definitely be using him again if needed but hopefully not Lol. Thank you so much Patrick you are the man. Alohaz...

We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship and honestly of Columbia River Plumbing and Drain Services. We previously hired 2 plumbers to troubleshoot our clogged drain and the problem was never resolved. Patrick scoped the drain thoroughly and identified broken pipes further down. He also scoped the rest of the lines feeding the sewer to ensure it was clear. And, he offered a partial refund for work that was not needed.
