I'll start with the fact that he owns his own business and he takes great pride in his work. He responded to our message about our leaking water heater within a couple hours! Joe shared with us all the information we needed to make a decision (no pressure or sly sales tricks) and he came out the following morning! He's honest, knowledgeable, fast, and pays attention to detail. Our house was back in working order in no time. He offered affordable prices and was pleasant to work with. He will be our go-to guy for anything water heater related and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ti and Cameron. I had a main water line and water heater that needed replacing and they came out the same day I called the office to diagnose my problem at no cost for the estimate. After explaining all the fundamentals of what needed to be done, they were back within two days and got the job done. They went above and beyond to clean up the landscaping near the job site as well. Exactly what you want in a plumbing company. Trustworthy, honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. We needed a faucet installed in the basement along with a washer/dryer hookup. Bob provided great advice, did great work, and charged a reasonable price that was significantly lower than bids we received from larger companies.

I had a furnace out and Greenbox was able to be at my house soon after I called. They did a great job fixing the unit. I have also had them work on plumbing another time. They are so quick to respond and very professional

I've used Derek and Garden Home Plumbing probably 8 times across 3 homes and have been very happy every time. Derek does great work and his pricing is very competitive.

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

I worked with a technician named Josh who was extremely professional and polite. Explained the situation clearly and fixed the problem. Pricing was very fair. Would 100% work with them again.

This company was amazing! I called them at 10:30 am to replace my water heater and someone arrived at my house a couple hours later. The gentleman was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He left the area spotless as well.

I talked with Home depot professional install at 10:12 am on 5-2-2020 and was given a quote over the phone with the model of the gas water heater they would put in and explained the process. I received a call exactly 1 hr later from the installer saying that he was on his way. The installer was here at 11:30 went over the job for replacing the water heater to ensure that there would not be any complications and that the quote is correct, and the quote was right on. I did have to replace the expansion tank and that was extra but i expected it. At 3:00 he was cleaned up and pulling away. Excellent job, thank you

My wife and I had a waste-water pipe rupture under out kitchen sink in the middle of the night. I called Einstein the following morning and they sent out a plumber within a couple of hours.

Kenney Bush arrived right on-time and was able to assess the situation and provide us with a couple of options. Even though we ended up needing to call a Restoration company to remove some of our basement ceiling and drywall, Kenney was right by our side providing detailed information and suggestions. He was able to repair our broken pipe and even installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher, checking all of our water access points in the process.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Einstein Plumbing, as well as Kenney's professional attitude and dedication. I will be contacting Einstein again if I need any maintenance performed on my house in the future. I would strongly recommend Einstein, especially Kenney, to anyone looking for dedicated customer service, fair pricing, and professional expert advice. Thanks Kenney!

Negative experience. Very sad that I used them. Charged for their 'drive time' versus the actual 'work time' which translated to 1.5 hrs for 20 minutes of work. At their rate of $135/hr, that meant a real rate of $600/hr. Yikes. Nick said the best solution was to rebuilt the guts of a 2014 American Standard toilet....really? And he did not have the basic parts and had to go get them. American Standard is the basic model they recommend and were informed in advance that it was the one to be fixed....yet no parts on his truck, even though he said that he came from their supply warehouse directly to my residence.
If you need plumbing service, my advice is to go to another company!!

Fast after hours service and Ben was very professional and kind to 2 senior citizens. He made us feel that our leak was important to get fixed and we really appreciated all his efforts fixing our the leak in our very awkward corner kitchen sink cupboard.
