Joe was fantastic. He quickly give me a quote with plenty of detail via text and arrived with my chosen heater within a few hours of our first communication. He was also hundreds of dollars less than the competition. He was a pleasure to talk to while he was working and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who asks!

I've hired these guys twice now, and they're just great. Not only are they professional and fix the problem, but from the first call in to the office, to job done, they've acted like I was the most important job they had going. They're good, they're very pleasant, they clean up after themselves really well and even have company booties they wear in your house, and they'll fix quick, miscellaneous, plumbing issues elsewhere, leaving your home in perfect plumbing order. Hire them.

Kaleo efficiently fixed our leaking bathroom sink (replaced angle stop and nipple), replaced our kitchen faucet with faucet we supplied, fixed our leaking hose faucet (replaced vacuum breaker on frost free hose bib), secured another hose bib, and diagnosed problem in master bath faucet (need a new faucet as suspected). Kaleo was pleasant, knowledgable and charged a reasonable price. Many thanks! We'll refer him to neighbors!

This was my first time using Apollo Plumbing. They were quick to schedule in a time where it is hard to schedule service calls. Our repair person called first thing in the morning and was very punctual. I really appreciated the company texting the picture, name and phone number of the person doing the repair. Bryan was great! Explained what was the problem and quickly repaired it. I will definitely use Apollo Plumbing!

Yesterday, late afternoon we discovered water on our basement floor. So we called Pacific Crest Plumbing. I asked the receptionist if anyone was available immediately, knowing that the chances were slim. She said she couldn't get anyone there right away, but the owner could come out early this morning. And Nick and an apprentice arrived this morning, as expected. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem, explained it to us, and then fixed it.

I would recommend Nick and his assistant for their prompt response, expert diagnosis and repair, and also because they are nice people.

They were able to respond quickly and fix my problem very effciently . Both people who came were professional and worked well together. Straight forward and job well done!

Derrick and Loni are wonderful to work with. I recommend strongly. Knowledgeable and efficient.

Update: Well, since I cannot figure out how to delete a Google Review, I'll just update this one and revise the 1-star star rating I had previously given. I received an email from this company's answering service, saying this was their fault. They had some technical difficulties that day and didn't realize that Paul's actually did take emergency calls. So the information I was given was incorrect. I'll revise my rating, I suppose. But Paul's should consider their relationship with that company. As a business owner, I certainly wouldn't want an answering service who I entrusted to care for my clients giving them incorrect information that would leave them upset and conflicts with what my website says. But it sounds like this company is pretty contrite. So hopefully they will not leave someone else hanging next time during an emergency.

The emergency service they list on their website is a lie. Called on Saturday middle of the day for service and just got an answering service that told me they're closed until Monday. :(

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

So rude

I got three quotes and I'm glad I did. The first was from Mick's Plumbing.
He said I needed a new line from the water meter to the house for $3000 + an electrician to hook up the grounding. The second was from D & L Plumbing. He said I needed a new line from the water meter to the house for $5000 + an electrician to hook up the grounding. Just to get them to come out I had to pay them $119.

Terry Miller from Crouchley asked if he could come in to the house to see the pipe which came in from the street. He said that because it was copper it could be patched. He recommended Innovative Leak Detector who would do a sonic test to locate the leak underground. $325. Then his plumber would come out to dig and patch for an estimated $520. The plumber he sent was a ex-veteran and a good guy. Crouchley's bill was $348.50. That's $171.50 under the estimate! On top of that, it was my neighbors tree roots that broke my pipe. Putting a new line in would not have removed the tree roots that broke my pipe.

Cornel's plumbing has done a bunch of work for me at my house, as well as a rental. They've done drain clean-out, as well as 2 significant remodels. They are on time and on budget, and extremely clean and professional. I strongly recommend them.

The service team canceled the trip onthe first day for no reason. And when I called checking on what time they would arrive they were rude and blamed me. The next day they called to put me on the schedule and were beyond rude. I have not ever had an interaction with a so-called service company like this.

They were quick, fair priced, and did a great job replacing a water heater.

After reading the reviews I booked an appointment on line. I was pleasantly surprised to get a confirmation call the next morning going over my needs. All this seemed great and got even better with the reminder emails and texts from my team confirming arrival. My team of Jay and Allen were top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They discovered the problem, conducted a complete inspection and provided well priced solutions. Allen kept a smile in his face even after having to navigate through the puddles in the crawl space. As if that wasn't enough, I spotted Jay on his hands and knees with a spray bottle cleaning my floor before they left. I highly recommend Einstein Plumbing.

I stand by my one star posting. A nasty reply rationalizing unprofessional behavior does not make my original posting any less true. Beaverton Plumbing would not stand by their work and used the weather to reject my claim for a faulty part that was originally installed.

Used them for a repiping of a large old home that has been converted into dual residence. Huge job and they did excellent work. Great service, work and cleanup.
