Beaverton Plumbing is great! I needed a toilet repaired Friday afternoon not only did they come out right away. They were very reasonable. Mike went above and beyond to fix the problem. I wouldn't call anyone other than Beaverton Plumbing.

I am a property manager and I have relied on Beaverton Plumbing for all of our plumbing jobs in the last 10 years. They never try to upsale or do unnecessary work. They are experienced, reliable, respectful, and friendly.

I can not recommend this company enough. One of their plumbers, Azzeddine, went above and beyond to get my appliances hooked back up, even making an extra trip to Home Depot when my dishwasher required a special part. He was very professional and got everything working great again.

I have had bad experiences with other plumbers (notably Kennedy Plumbing), but this company has been great both times I have used them. They also have a good scheduler who was able to get me an appointment without too much delay. Thank you again!

Call Beaverton Plumbing, we had clogged pipes in our new home, They came right
out fixed the problem and yahoo we can shower again. Very nice plumber and did not
cost us nearly what we thought.

We were able to get same day service on an exterior frost free faucet issue, which was leaking onto an interior wall sill and draining into our crawl space. Mike was highly professional and built-out a better solution for us. Extremely pleased. Beaverton Plumbing (and Mike) will be our go-to experts for future plumbing issues.

Fantastic service for many reasons. I had a new washing machine delivered but Best Buy was unable to complete installation as they noticed a leak on the hose/valves and told me to call a plumber. After calling around various plumbers in the area and being told there was no availability for weeks, Beaverton Plumbing was happy to give me an appointment within 2 days. They provided me with a quote and laid out the details, which included that there would be a minimum one hour charge plus parts. The plumber came by around 2pm- he was extremely well mannered, pleasant and efficient- he finished the job,replacing the valves with high quality ones within about half hour.

His total time spent working was 30 min, and because the was the nicest guy, he chatted away for a good 15 minutes in our foyer after we signed off on the receipt. Later, I saw that the total time he charged was for 1.25 hours, which was over what he spent while he was here, including the travel time to reach our home. This pushed out total to over $200, which was more than what was quoted. I called the company to figure this out and they quickly refunded me for the .25 overage, no hesitation. I was very impressed by the overall service provided and the cherry attitude of everyone I interacted with at the company.

Will surely call them again for our plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them! Thanks Stephanie, Jenni and Felix!

He was at our apt bldg yesterday doing multiple repairs in the building, when he finally got to my apt after 4p.m., he took all the time needed (until past 7 pm) to fix my hot water DRIP, after he left, I was super excited to get to cook & wash dishes with HOT WATER! Steven Ackerman Jr. was the Journeymann Plummer who came to my rescue! in my newly purchased condo.. I was only able to take 10 min. showers due to a small and old water heater tank. Beaverton Plumbing came out to take a look to help me come up with a plan on the best way to improve my hot water situation. The Condo did not have room to replace the heater with a 50gal tank unless I placed in a bedroom closet and the cost was above my budget. So it was decided to replace the old 30gal tank with a new one and to add a booster! Due to a very small amount of space under the sink, that was a difficult task! Steven would not give up no matter how many times he had to come back due to the tank having an issue with it's re-set button and faulty thermometer. He only charged me what they originally quoted to get the job done (which was below the cost of what I was quoted by other Companies) and didn't charge me a penny more. He came out a total of 4x's because he wanted to be sure that it worked (at no additional charge)! I was so impressed on how quickly he responded to my calls and his tenacity and expertise in getting this heater to work for me! Now there is hot water still available even after I am done with my 20min+ shower and I can even fill up my deep tub to enjoy a hot bath. Steven went over and beyond - he even changed out my shower head for me! I would HIGHLY recommend Beaverton Plumbing! Called today and showed up today.. Nice plumber as well, and went over and beyond. Happy customer for sure.

I got 3 quotes for a completely exposed plumbing job. Beaverton Plumbing was 3x higher than the others. The plumbing company I went with had a great rating, passed inspection with no issues, and did a great job. Definitely get other quotes as the price Beaverton Plumbing quoted me was ridiculous.

They advertise that other plumbers are bozos because other plumbers have horrible quality of service. I think it is very unprofessional to just say in an advertisement that competing companies are bozos who have poor quality of service just so you can make yourself look better. No good reason to insult all other competing companies. Just be professional instead of acting like children in something like advertising. Makes me sad to see that a company thinks this a good way to highlight their business. They can still say that they have good quality of service, but please don't insult others for your own gain, especially when you are just telling a lie.

Best plumbing shop around

Made an appointment two weeks in advance for a quote because they were booked. They called the day before the appointment and canceled saying they weren't taking any new work. Super rude. Wasted two weeks when I could have found someone else.

Hello - I suggest you do not call Beaverton Plumbing, unless you have $$ to throw away. Call around for better service. It took the service guy 2 minutes to unclog the toilet, which was great. After being quoted $165 for the service call, the service man charged me an extra $15 for wearing a mask. I'm on a fixed income and I was so angry to have to pay $180 for a 5 minute service call. He called the office right after fixing the toilet and I thought it was odd to spend so much time on the phone...and then he hit me with the additional charge. Trust me...who would like to be treated like this??? Then I called the office after he left and spoke with a Stephanie and mentioned what happened...she said and I quote Awwww - seriously! I called back later in the day and left message for the owner...never heard back! Recommend you call around.

Felix from Beaverton Plumbing arrived at our residence to unplug a drain line. Prior to entering our house he was properly equipped with face mask and shoe covering. He did an excellent job unplugging our drain and offered suggestions as to how perform routine maintenance. He was polite and very professional.

Horrible drivers. They think they can park wherever they want. All kinds of parking and they choose to park in the road? It was a white chevy canyon. Teach your workers how to drive

had been a good company, up until the recent work we had done to perform a minor drainpipe repair. parts were billed at 4-5x of what I could get them for from lowes/home depot. and was charge 2-3x the time it took to do the repair work, with no explanation of what the extra time was for - except some attempt to say it took like 1-2 hours to grab 5 parts from the parts warehouse. And the parts were probably already on the stocked company van anyway. sign of the times: Contruction is booming and you should stay away from all things construction until the easy money dries up and companies come back to earth.

They not only worked with my wishy washy schedule; but Nick arrived early, fixed the main draining issues, AND changed out old leaky pipes in a difficult to reach location. All in a quick, professional, and courteous manner. I can finally take a care free shower without soaking my feet!

Negative experience. Very sad that I used them. Charged for their 'drive time' versus the actual 'work time' which translated to 1.5 hrs for 20 minutes of work. At their rate of $135/hr, that meant a real rate of $600/hr. Yikes. Nick said the best solution was to rebuilt the guts of a 2014 American Standard toilet....really? And he did not have the basic parts and had to go get them. American Standard is the basic model they recommend and were informed in advance that it was the one to be fixed....yet no parts on his truck, even though he said that he came from their supply warehouse directly to my residence.
If you need plumbing service, my advice is to go to another company!!

I stand by my one star posting. A nasty reply rationalizing unprofessional behavior does not make my original posting any less true. Beaverton Plumbing would not stand by their work and used the weather to reject my claim for a faulty part that was originally installed.

I've dealt with Beaverton Plumbing for a couple years now between two bathroom remodels and general repairs around the house. We recently had Jim out to help me install plumbing for the master bath remodel. He did a great job and was courteous, clean, knowledgeable, and best of all honest about the work being done. I've dealt with my share of bad contractors and its nice to see a local company who's doing it the right way. Jim is an asset to the company and I'm sure we'll have him out many more times... but hopefully not too much! Ha. Stephanie has been great to deal with in the office also! I would recommend this company to family and friends any day!

Fixed the issue right away. I wish my leasing office were this efficient!

I called Beaverton Plumbing in the morning and they were there in an hour. Our hot water heater didn't work. It turned out that we needed to replace it. But the replacement water heater was in stock and it was replaced within an hour and a half. The plumber was efficient, friendly and good at his job. We were charged a fair price and the plumber left the area clean and took the old heater.
I will definately use these guys again.

I had recently called Beaverton Plumbing for a few plumbing issues that needed to be looked at and fixed. My kitchen faucet had poor hot water pressure, the outside faucet was completely broken and I had a leak looked out that sounded like it was in the wall. After receiving a call 20 minutes to when Azzeddine was arriving to let me know he was coming, he arrived right on time. Azzaddine was very personable and definitely knew his plumbing! He addressed all issues after thoroughly listening to me and looking at all issues that needed to be looked at. He fixed the kitchen faucet and the outside faucet in a timely manner, all working so much better. I also believed he saved us money by not having to replace the entire outside faucet, just fixing what needed to be replaced only. He diagnosed what we thought was a leak in the wall and figured it had to do with the furnace which will be looked at by an HVAC company. Beaverton Plumbing is my go to for all my plumbing needs (they also replaced a hot water heater that is working very well a few years ago) Thank you!!

The most unprofessional office manager I have ever experienced talking to. Yells, gets personal, foul, nasty, lies, mental instability. Do yourself a favor.

Have used Beaverton Plumbing 4 times over 12 years (water heater replacement and fawcett, tub and pressure reducer repairs). They are always courteous, reliable and exceptionally capable. Azzeddine recently diagnosed and fixed tub connector leak - very fast and very reasonable price. He took extra time to explain the problem and ways to prevent recurrence. They are responsive to calls and have given great advice over the phone to try to help me problem solve. Beaverton Plumbing has my strongest recommendation! Kevin Sherwood

If I could give them more than 5-stars, I would! We had an emergency plumbing issue this morning, and they were here same day! I am a high-risk individual during this time of COVID, and the plumber showed up with a face mask, gloves, and booties on his face. He was so thorough with the work, found the leak/issue, and kept me safe the whole time. They are amazing, and I will never go anywhere else after this experience! If you need qualified individuals to work on plumbing, who also take social-distancing seriously, then this is the company for you!

They will charge you just to come out and look at the issue then charge again to come back and fix. Not recommended

I had used Beaverton Plumbing twice in the past for more minor work and been thrilled with the courtesy of the plumbers and quality of the work. When it came time for a major home remodel, I insisted on Beaverton Plumbing. I gave them a challenging set of circumstances to relocate some major utilities. They did so with incredible detail and even bested my expectations. Brett and Steve really thought through the project and came through for us. I highly recommend Beaverton Plumbing!

They did a great job and fair price.

Beaverton Plumbing does all of our commercial plumbing. They are thoughtful estimators and good communicators. Pricing and billing procedures are fair and transparent. Their plumbers are professional and tidy. I highly recommend them.

They called ahead, were on time, and did a great job.

I booked a appointment with them on Tuesday and they no showed and never even had the common courtesy to call me. They rescheduled me for Wednesday and did it again! Promised they would have someone call me and make it right....well now it's Friday and nobody called me or has shown up. I have since hired another plumber. I'm also a contractor and would NEVER do that to a customer of mine. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

Nice service person, but just didnt get the job done, and it was very expensive. Tried a second opinion/service, and was satified-suceessful job for 1/4th the cost of not getting the blockage cleared.

The plumber went to wrong address and 15 minutes late for the appointment but he said I should pay this travel time. Reinstall garage disposal of under the kitchen sink, took 2 and half hours. Very expensive.

I hired Beaverton Plumbing as a contractor on a TI project. It was the worst decision I made during the project. Multiple issues, missed appointments, good luck getting them to return your phone call. Incompetent, inept, unprofessional, the list goes on and on. Would not recommend.

I gave three stars because it's in the middle, I'll tell my story and you decide if it should be a 5 star review or a one star review.
We paid nearly $800 (would have been much more but they gave us a break) to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. It was barely leaking, it probably wouldn't have used $10 worth of water a year, if they told us in advance it would have cost a hundred dollars to fix I would have told them no thanks.
Now their side, an old pipe broke off when he was repairing it, that probably wasn't his fault it was old. It was in a very difficult place to repair with out showers being back to back the way they are, to make the repair he had to cut a hole and make the repairs by soddering pipe inside the wall. A supervisor described it as doing surgery, and I suppose that's fair. The supervisor came to help and did for a couple of hours and he basically didn't charge us for his labor. They were great about returning my calls and answering my questions.
At the end if the day though $800 for repairing a leaky faucet I wouldn't have paid $50 to fix had I known the cost is really hard to swallow.

Very happy with Beaverton Plumbing & the work they did & the price, so much so I have saved their number in my phone & will never call another plumber. These are my go to people! Told them my situation over the phone (Main water valve broke, & was stuck on off so we had NO WATER) & they knew exactly what I was talking about & sounded so confident on fixing it, that we knew we were sold on them. The guy was fast & did a great job, & was super nice. Highly recommend Beaverton Plumbing.
