The service team canceled the trip onthe first day for no reason. And when I called checking on what time they would arrive they were rude and blamed me. The next day they called to put me on the schedule and were beyond rude. I have not ever had an interaction with a so-called service company like this.

Acting fast at emergency

YIKES, HELP!!! My 19 year old reliable, workhorse water-heater sprung a very disconcerting leak! Ugh! What do I do?! Where do I go?! Who can I turn to?! A bucket under the spray, a hose to drain, water & gas turned off, head exploding, I head out.

Yay! The jingle answered my distress. I knew where to go! Upon arrival, the building is older, but the showroom is filled with everything from quaint farmhouse sinks, to ultra-modern soaker tubs. Everyone looked professional, observing precautions by masking & distancing. My wait was not long.

Neely took great care of me. Once he got the pertinent information about my broken water heater, he took care of all the rest. There were no disconcerting details to handle. He quoted me a price, & the very next morning, (a weekend) a reputable plumbing company was at my door, draining, detaching, removing the old one, then installing a shiny new water heater. The whole process was faster, & cheaper than I had feared.

Fantastic!! My water heater of 10 years started leaking out the bottom. Looked up my paperwork and, lo and behold, it was on a 12 year warranty. Still, I expected there would be some catch but there totally wasn't! I called, they looked it up, and said it would be a warranty replacement, a brand new 50 gallon water heater, and they came out the next day (punctual, nice, efficient, and informative guy, Vinnie) and installed the new one and took the old one away. All I had to pay was an installation/hauling charge. And the new one is warrantied for the remainder of my term. I had the option of paying for the new unit and then it would have been on a new 12 year warranty but I didn't do that. Thanks to several great people I spoke with at Geo Morlan, including Brady and Chad and probably others but those are the names I remember...thank you, everyone at George Morlan for being a great, honest, honorable company!!! So rare.

Knowledgeable, professional service, both on the phone and in person. Cost was a bit higher than some, but I wanted a name I could trust. I was quite happy with the response time and the finished product. The only negative I can point out, is I met the tech at my front door, he worked in my garage the whole time, interacting with me at least twice while he was doing his work. It wasn't until the very end, when he presented me with the bill/ receipt, that he bothered to put a mask on. I found this very unsettling, as I said he did speak to me at least three times, in close proximity, without bothering to put a mask on.

Our 18 yo water heater started leaking water on a Sunday morning. I called George Morlan and they picked up on the 2nd ring. He took all of my information, gave me a flat cost that included a new water heater plus labor costs and said someone could be out the next day. I loved that they give you the cost upfront. Many other companies need a technician to come out and give you an estimate. I was too impatient and we were without hot water. I’m so happy we went with George Morlan!!

This company was amazing! I called them at 10:30 am to replace my water heater and someone arrived at my house a couple hours later. The gentleman was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He left the area spotless as well.

Great work on my water heater--technician called before arriving, arrived on time, and did the work needed. Needed to have some galvanized connection pipes to the expansion unit changed because of corrosion and leaking. Highly recommend them.

Gave a quote over the phone, services matched what was quoted. Called on Saturday and installed water heater Monday in about 2 hours.
