Nate was great and fixed my problem. Bill was much higher than I expected it to be, but I needed it fixed right away and Apollo was there for me.

We have relied on Apollo for several things in the last year. They have been prompt, punctual, professional, and patient. Our special thanks to Joseph Qualls our fixing a complicated intermittent bathtub leak that has befuddled others for years. We are grateful.

Nick came out Tuesday to repair a leak. He was on time and really knows his job. He was very professional and kept me explained everything that was going on. I would use him again and recommend.

Jennifer was super friendly and efficient getting my HVAC service booked. Brandon came on time and did all the work efficiently, explains things clearly.

Daniel was fantastic. He spent 40 minutes giving me an honest assessment of my sewer that had been ruled a failure during home inspection. He patiently explained what he saw and what it meant in his 20 years experience as a plumber which was basically that it appeared ok but showed some bellies in the line and if I was worried I could get another sewer scope in 6 months. Another company had given me a bid at a starting cost of $17,000 without explaining anything.I am thrilled to follow his advice and will utilize Apollo Plumbing in the future because of the time he took to explain what I should be looking for if my sewer started to fail. He did recommend full home re pipe and full water service which echoed what the home inspector recommended as well.Thanks Daniel and Apollo Plumbing.

Eli and his manager Chad came by to do some work at our house today, and both were extremely approachable and professional. The price was very affordable, with no fall off when it came to the quality of their work. Would highly recommend them, seriously doubt anyone would be disappointed.

My experience with Apollo has been awful. My furnace stopped working two weeks ago. They came out a total of four times, requiring me to take time off work to meet them, charged me $1,986 and we still don’t have any heat. When I tried to get my money back they told me I needed a new furnace. They said they would help us with space heaters in the meantime. It has been three days since I spoke to them and nothing. No heaters, no estimate on replacing the gas valve which it turns out is the problem. My kids and I have been without heat for TWO WEEKS.

Very impressed with Apollo. We called to have our new furnace looked at after a bad install with another outfit, and to have our AC unit serviced. Whomever my wife spoke to on the phone that set up our appointment was really lovely to talk to (wish I had her name).But the phone call setup is often the easy part. When you patronize a business like Apollo, your experience all comes down to one thing; the person who comes into your home and the impression they leave on you.Brandon Chin came out to do the work. We got a text with his picture so that we'd know who to expect (which is very necessary these days with door-to-door scammers). He gave us a much appreciated 15min call ahead, and showed up wearing a quality mask (we had requested a mask due to having a severely immunocompromised family member). I really want to highlight our appreciation of Brandon for this part; we're at a point in the pandemic where precautions aren't the norm anymore, and you never know what you're getting when a technician of any kind comes to your home. Are they just wearing a t-shirt sleeve on their face? A bandana? Nah. Brandon had a better mask than I did (and mine is a good one). He was very conscientious about having it on when he would re-enter the house. We never had to stress about it for a second.On top of that, Brandon was just a cool guy. Like, it felt like having a buddy over who was also very knowledgeable about HVAC stuff, and professional. He could seamlessly switch between casual banter and getting down to brass tacks about our HVAC service. He was clear and concise about what we needed, what he was doing before he did it, and how much it was going to cost us, but it never felt sterile or without a personal touch. He was also very friendly to our dog, who is very excited by visitors. That part is so above and beyond to me. He's here to do a job and not required at all to give our pup the time of day, but he did, and it means a lot.In this day and age it is just so refreshing to deal with someone who is very good at their job, and who seems to take pride in it. Apollo should feel great that they have Brandon out there representing them in the field. We'll be calling again when we need their services, for sure.

Chad came to my site, was very willing to help and offered additional help in contacting and speaking to the City of Portland for information to obtain the necessary permit. Thank you Chad/Apollo!

Eric B. Came out to the house and was a great help with not only snaking our shower drain but also jetting our kitchen sink which was causing a back up. He cleaned up after himself like they were never here and did amazing work!

Dan Brinser, Apollo technician was friendly, professional, listened to our problem and promptly told us what he felt was the solution. He quickly begin, explaining all the while. Having heard similar comments from others who had previously been called to say i was a little skeptical is an understatement. But Dan was true to his word, finishing and cleaning up with our drain problem solved. Dan is a credit to the company, and represents you well.

This was my first time using Apollo Plumbing. They were quick to schedule in a time where it is hard to schedule service calls. Our repair person called first thing in the morning and was very punctual. I really appreciated the company texting the picture, name and phone number of the person doing the repair. Bryan was great! Explained what was the problem and quickly repaired it. I will definitely use Apollo Plumbing!

I noticed flooding Wednesday morning and Apollo was able to have someone out by Thursday morning. Eric Buckner was my service technician and he was absolutely incredible, 10/10 would recommend! He was really informative and explained things communicated really well, was respectful to me and my home, and was great with my furry ones at home! If we ever have problems again, I'll be calling and asking for Eric personally!

Apollo is professional, fairly priced, and TRULY 24 hours of service.Our sewer backed up on a Friday night after normal business hours. It was an awful mess and I discovered that most establishments that advertised 24 hour actually mean that someone will answer the phone and schedule services at anytime, but no one had plumbers available to actually provide services until the next day.Apollo, on the other hand, responded quickly. Eulises got some information from me over the phone regarding the issue, and told me he was currently on another call but could get back to me in about an hour and come over. His quoted time was extremely accurate, and he was here quickly after his other job was completed.His price quote was accurate, too, and the pricing was reasonable.Eulises was very professional, courteous, and efficient and was able to get us draining again quickly.I will definitely be using Apollo again whenever we need plumbing services.

We recently had a plumbing disaster when our sewer plugged and backed up flooding both bathrooms. Apollo came highly recommended by another plumber we trusted but who didn't do sewer work. Sean Kenyon responded to our emergency and came the same afternoon. After making friends with Flynn, our labradoodle, he went to work and before long had the situation diagnosed and well in hand. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder asking questions he had probably answered a hundred times at other places. He worked very confidently and skillfully at unplugging the sewer line and we both cheered when we heard the sound of water flowing freely down the pipe. I would trust him with any future sewer problems we might have.Additionally, Kevin Middal came as offered by Sean, a couple days later and ran his TV camera down the line to check the general health of the sewer pipe. Kevin was very personable and easy to engage with. He too was skillful and confident in his skills and I trusted his final diagnosis which was a clean bill of health for the sewer pipe. Flynn gave his enthusiastic approval of both guys as well. Well done guys.

Technician, Justus McCabe, was prompt, professional, friendly, and thorough. He was also very helpful explaining a couple things that were not part of the original job order. We had a wonderful experience with Apollo! Eric was both unbelievably fast at resolving our plumbing issue and an absolute delight as a person. Hilariously funny and incredibly skilled!

We needed extensive work done on our Well distribution system. Every step of the process the Representatives have been profession and a pleasure to work with. Very happy with our service! We didn’t know where to turn when our gutter line was clogged in the yard and two hydro flushes didn’t work. Luckily Wayne was able to assist by locating where there was an issue and figuring out the pipe just stopped underground with no where to go! He installed the correct piping, cleaned up the yard, and showed me the new pipe system was working with draining water down the downspout. He went the extra mile and tried it on the other side of the house to make sure it was properly tied into the existing line so we didn’t run into the same problem. Apollo was super professional and did a great job! Will definitely use again for future services as well as recommend to others.

Joseph Qualls was an amazing help at our DSA program fixing our sink issue and going above and beyond. Joseph not only made sure to keep everything clean and safe around our participants, but he also did the dishes and cleaned up the entire sink area for our team! We would definitely use Apollo again and request Joseph to come out again if possible.

I last used Apollo in 2011 and have referred them to others. The tips they gave me last time helped my drain line work until this week when I put a lot of lettuce down my disposer. (Apparently lettuce is actually glue.) Apollo’s service is excellent. I called them at 7:15 am and the technician was here by 8:30 and out the door at 9:30. All my options were carefully explained and Devin was very knowledgeable about drains, disposers and water pressure. I highly recommend Apollo. They’ve grown and now do HVAC and many other services too!

Cameron was on time, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We also use Apollo to maintain our heating and A/C. I would definitely recommend Apollo for all your plumbing needs.

Eric was amazing! Our sink wasn’t working, and it’s essential for our business due to the products and services we sell. Eric showed up on time and was extremely professional and very friendly to our customers as we were open for business while he was fixing our sink. He even left some solution and explained how to use it once a month so we didn’t have this problem again. I couldn’t be happier with his overall professionalism and work performed !

It is very clear that this company does not care about getting back to the customer or caring about getting the job done in a timely fashion. Almost 2 weeks waiting on a repair and supposedly the technician was waiting on a part. As I called everyday for a week from the time the part of supposed to be there, I was told continuously that that's all they were waiting on to do the repair. Called friday....got the same answer. Come Monday morning, the customer service person said that a message was sent to my landlord thursday and that's all the info she could give. Repeated it rudely 3 times. I have 2 little children and no hot water because most likely someone forgot to order the part. It's obscene how long we've waited for no result and they had no intention of calling me eventhough they had been dealing directly with me for over a week. Do not use this company. They don't care about their customers.

Our house is almost 60 years old, so pipes and drains are aged. We have called Apollo several times to unclog drains and they've always responded promptly and provided great service. We recently had a pipe burst during a severe ice storm and they came out as soon as roads were passable to do the repair. While the repair issue was pretty extensive and will require them coming back, Rob was able to do a temporary repair that gave us back our running hot and cold water. I highly recommend Apollo.Update: This week we found sludgy water backing up into our shower and couldn't run water anywhere on this floor without it rising. Apollo sent Eric Buckner and he quickly diagnosed the issue, offered options, then quickly went to work on the fix. When finished he left everything sparkling clean. Eric is very friendly, as well as very proficient. He's a drain master!

Eulises Lopez fixed our plugged downspout issue! He was great and figuring out where it was blocked and clearing it out. He shared photos of what he did, which was very helpful for us to see.Dealing with Apollo has been a pleasure and Eulises is a fabulous worker. Oh, and they got us scheduled for the day after I called them. We will definitely use Apollo's numerous services again.

My experience with Apollo was good from start to finish ...I received prompt same day service for my completly blocked up kitchen sink .Eric's picture was sent in a text once the appointment was made and he called me 30 mins before his arrival too.He was pleasant , professional and just a nice guy . My 20 year old home has a drainage system that might have been cutting edge 500 years ago but is sadly lacking in today’s environment.All was revealed when Apollo Plumbing showed up with their water jet to clear a malfunctioning gutter drain. It made short work of the job and revealed an unknown pipe headed to earth’s core. Plumber Wayne got down and dirty and wet to solve the mystery.On time and with a price I could live with, unlike a couple of the others I spoke with.Good Job Apollo Plumbing!

Have had this issue a few times over the last 13 years. This is the 1st time I have used Apollo Plumbing. Eric came out and listened to what I said. Kevin came out to help scope the sewer. The original iron pipe is rusty, scaly and the joints are buckling. So I finally have my answer. I'm going to have Apollo reline the iron. I'm very thankful t have the peace of mind knowing the cause of this issue. To further my peace of mind I'm joining their Total Home Care Club

We had a 70 year build up of grime clogging drain. Tyler utilized hydro power to expertly clear the obstruction.

Apollo did a fantastic job yesterday installing our new Bryant furnace and AC. Dennis and his team, including Juliana and Michael (with crawlspace assistance from Victor), were professional, competent, and all had great attitudes. Apollo's pricing was competitive and they provided a generous veteran's discount as well. My wife and I recommend them enthusiatically!

I live in an apartment complex and arrived home to a bathtub with standing water. I immediately called my apartments emergency maintenance line. Apparently, I was the first person to say something at 7pm. They sent out an internal maintenance guy to see how bad it was. 8 of us had standing water/sewage in our tubs, and were unable to flush our toilets without them overflowing.At 10pm they decided to call an emergency plumbing service.THANK GOODNESS FOR ERIC B AND APPOLO!!!Eric came out at darn near midnight to help out. To top it all off there was sidewalk construction and he had to use the weird side entrance that is hard to get to. Not to mention that door tries to slam in your face. And we have the worst shaped bathrooms ever, they are thin a narrow.Eric was super polite, professional, and friendly. And this took place between ~11:30 to 2:30 am. So that fact that he was this polite and professional is a testament to how amazing he is. After dealing with the nasty blockage Eric even wiped down the bathroom.I went to work a few hours later and told my coworkers not to flush “flushable” wipes or tampons. Apollo Plumbing text verified my Monday 1-5pm window to arrive. They called at 8am to arrive in 20 minutes. I had not purchased the toilet because I live in a small space and thought I had plenty of time in the morning...I thought. But apparently that was my one shot because they called at 4:30 to reschedule me for today. Today, another 3 hours into the window the plumber finally arrived. It took 30 minutes to get a quote as he kept trying to upsell me. To summarize; 475 to swap out my toilet with the one I had purchased and 900 to change out my outdoor faucet. I told him to leave my property, and that he knew they were price gouging and that he needed a better job. Also, if they wanted the $75 stop charge they would have to bill me and then I would submit it to the State Attorney General along with the story of their price fixing. Felt better after that. And the plus, a knowledgeable friend will do the toilet for free. Sheesh.

Kyle Boyd came to my property to consult about a water leak in my yard. He was respectful, explained the situation well, and fostered confidence in his knowledge.

My family and I just moved into our new home and the HVAC system desperately needed some TLC. We worked with Stacey and Joseph during the process and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We will absolutely be using Apollo going forward.

I had the technician Sean today to fix a clog in my kitchen/bathroom sink. My kitchen sink drained into my bathroom sink and would flood my bathroom. I was sent a text with a photo of Sean and also received a call from him telling me he would be arriving right at the beginning of the estimated time frame. Sean evaluated my problem and gave me multiple options from lowest cost to highest, never making me feel pressured on which option I chose. He was sure to mention the membership which were all reasonable options from 1-5 years. Sean cured my house’s ailments today and I have never felt so thankful to have someone I have never met in my house!! It was such a wonderful experience and I can’t believe my drain problem is over for such a reasonable price. I LOVE your radio commercials and they work!! Never change! Thank you guys!!!

This morning Joseph Garbuzov did an annual maintenance on our air conditioner unit. This is our first experience with Apollo Plumbing and we were pleased with the service. Joseph was courteous and informative. He explained in detail the service he performed as well as answered a number of our questions. We appreciated his work, his demeanor and knowledge.

Chris K just came by and replaced both toilets in our home that were super outdated and having problems. Chris was super nice, informative, and hardworking! It was such a smooth process and he explained everything super well. Very happy with our service and will be calling Apollo Plumbing and asking specifically for Chris K for all future needed services!! Thank you a lot again Chris you were great!!

Nate was friendly and efficient and did a great job installing a new toilet in an old house. I asked and found out he had only been with Apollo a short time. He said he wished he’d found them earlier in his plumbing career as they value and care for their customers and their employees. That impressed him and it impresses me. I recommend Apollo and Nate.

Jason Hunt from Apollo Drain was very efficient while inspecting the problem with my furnace. On time, pleasant, thorough with making sure I had heat coming in the house before he left. He seemed very detailed in is inspection. I definitely would recommend Apollo Drain Services.

This company should be everyone's go to company. I am currently going through the process of Apollo repairing my sewer line with a CIPP. Currently on my property I have Scott, Evan, Eli, and Angel. These guys are very professional and really care about what they do. I forgot Marquita....she is awesome. The level of communication and attitude of their employees is refreshing. The CIPP is not a cheap repair, but I feel I am in good hands. A hint to others out there......this is a winner.......plus they have cool sweatshirts!!Today I had the CIPP completed. I had Kevin, Steve, and Cliff out here. These guys are great, very professional, and transparent with the whole process. we have been pleased with the whole process. They all enjoy their jobs and are very engaging. This company really cares.

I had a storm drain badly clogged with construction debris. I had another plumber (different company) out the day I discovered the clog who tried futilely to snake it but he only pulled out mud. The plumber told me he thought the line was broken. Ugh. And then he collected $300 leaving me with a clogged drain. The next day Apollo came out. Eric ran a hydrojet in the drain for a few minutes but still only brought up mud. Instead of walking away from the job he decided to try clearing a nearby downspout drain and *boom* the line cleared. The storm drain was actually making a sucking noise. So, thanks Eric for saving me a headache and unnecessary work and quickly solving my problem! Next time I'll call Apollo first.

Joseph and Antonio were prompt, efficient and explained each step of the service. This follow up helped us understand the system better and how it works. One can tell they both enjoy their job which equates to amazing customer service ❗️

We just purchased a new home and our first load of laundry exposed a leak coming from the laundry room that leaked through the ceiling. I called Apollo and they came out within a couple of hours. Adam W. was very professional, and thorough. He made sure to explain everything and made suggestions as to how best to fix the problem. He went right to work and got everything fixed and cleaned up and even went above and beyond and rebalanced our washer and dryer that were still off from the move. Best experience I have ever had with this kind of service. They took a bad experience and made it bearable. I highly recommend Apollo and Adam W.

My furnace issue started in February of 2021. After dealing with multiple other companies, costing us money and ultimately leaving the issue unresolved, I called Apollo on 12/6/21 at 8:00am. Jason was there by 10:00am, same day. Diagnosed the problem, found parts and the furnace is finally repaired on 12/8/21, after dealing with it for months. Jason was a straight forward and knowledgeable technician and is currently my hero. The customer service people were awesome as well, I think Jenifer and Sam, but if I’m wrong, I apologize. I can’t say “thank you” enough! I’ll be using Apollo from here on out.

As a new homeowner I panicked when I saw a puddle forming around my hvac, after reaching out to a few different companies I went with Apollo and I’m glad I did (mind you this was around 9am on a Saturday). Kim was incredibly friendly and very approachable. After he completed diagnostics he walked me through how the system works and the things to do to keep it up and running. I really appreciate him taking the time to do that and not just taking the money and run. Very reasonable rates and excellent customer service. They just gained a life long customer!

We needed to have a new toilet installed, and asked our Realtor, Chris Olson at ACRE Realty for a recommendation. He referred us to Apollo, so I gave the company a call. A friendly voice assured me that they could send someone out for an estimate, so we set up a time. Rob and Jon came out the following week. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and decided to go ahead and have them do the work.While they were here, Rob asked if we had any questions about anything else we were concerned about, and my husband mentioned our ancient water heaters (both well over 30 years old); we've never had them drained, and Rob told us that we shouldn't do it because of their ages. Neither he nor Jon pressured us in any way, but told us that the chance of our 80-gallon tank and our 50-gallon tanks could cause quite a mess if they were to leak. 80 gallons of water all over the floor wouldn't be a pretty sight, and the smaller one could leak into walls.Again, we didn't feel pressured in any way, but decided to take Rob's advice and replace the water heaters as well as the toilet, and not take any chances of really major/expensive repairs.Rob and Jon came back about ten days later, and did all the work. It took an entire day, and they did a terrific job. They were professional and friendly, wore masks and booties inside our house, and worked very efficiently. They even put a mat outside our door to wipe their feet on before coming inside. They cleaned up completely after they were finished with all the installations.It turned out that our water heaters were corroded and rusty on the bottom, so it was a good decision to replace them. Yes, it was a big expense, but we feel that our peace of mind was worth it.I have nothing but highest praise for Apollo Plumbing. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and Rob and Jon did a great job for us. They explained everything that we'd need to know, answered all our questions, and treated us with courtesy and respect. They were on time both times they came out. We wouldn't hesitate to call Apollo Plumbing for any future need that we have. Thank you all for your great service.

Thank you to all the awesome Apollo folks that got my house out of the ice age. Upon my house temp plummeting to 42 degrees Apollo came out the next day to run diagnostics on the system. Brandon Chin trouble shot the system and confirmed with another tech that the motherboard had died. He clearly explained what the options were for repair versus replacement and pros and cons of each. He arranged for an estimator to come out the same day to run through options, pricing and finance options. David Nelson arrived on time and stood in the cold kitchen with me to arrange replacement logistics and was amazingly able to arrange to have the new furnace and AC unit installed the next day!!!Victor Espinoza and his team did an amazing job working all day in the cold to remove my existing furnace and AC units and replacing them with new ones. They kept the work area in my garage clean and covered my stairs and carpeting in the house when they needed to access the crawl space. While in the crawl space one of the team members noticed my dryer vent had become disconnected and was blowing dryer dust into the crawl space. He reconnected the hose pieces taping to avoid it coming loose again and secured it. The three person team worked hard, cleaned up all the parts and debris from the old system even sweeping my garage bay so nothing would damage a tire. They graciously waited with us in the cold while the system heated theHouse to a temp high enough to test the AC unit. They were enjoyable and hardworking.Couldn’t be more pleased with Apollo team!

They were hired to do a job and and it was the most terrible experience I have ever experienced, they wont even call back to rectify or talk about what happened. Their worker chipped out concrete to repair a leak and in the bid they had offered containment as the apartment was occupied, upon arriving home there was fine concrete powder on all of my belongings, dishes, individual plants leaves (I have a lot of them) even my my herbs I grew were destroyed with debris, all of my electronics! I also had an 18 yr old dog that was home and in that dust for 6 to 7 hours. Also my family has asthma and couldn't breath and we had eye irritation and headaches so we had to stay in our rooms. I had to look up how to clean the debris myself which is no small task! You have to start dusting from the ceiling down the walls then let it settle & then tackle vacuuming everything, had to wash all the covers on my couches, take down the blades on the ceiling fan, the debris was everywhere you could imaging!! The concrete debris is still in my flooring as it is the wood vinyl so hard to get out. I also found rocks behind my couch as it is the wood vinyl so hard to get out. It took a good 8 hours to clean it and I had to wear goggles and a mask and have 2 of my air purifiers on so I could breath. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY There was also rubble debris out the front door and to the parking lot where the worker left a pile of rocks by our tree. Blanton disregard!

Thank you, Apollo! Our washing machine backed up into the sink and wouldn't drain. I called Apollo, and within minutes Eric was at our house to fix the problem. It turned out the fluff from our dog's bed had majorly blocked the pipe. Eric went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the issue! We have galvanized plumbing from the 60s, and Eric miraculously fixed a blockage in our pipes that would have otherwise been beyond saving. Eric and Angel were prompt, professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. If I could give more than five stars, I would! We had an emergency on July 4th, a clogged drain in the second floor creating some leaking in our ceiling. Eric Buckner came and fixed the problem quickly. He was responsible and professional.

Apollo exceeded our expectations. We've had clogs on and off in our main drain for the longest time. Devin came out and unclogged the drain in no time. After he heard me complain about us having this as a constant problem, he went out of his way to look in our crawl. Devin was great! After talking with Kevin, they came up with the solution to install a clean-out and level out the main drain near the clean-out to avoid future clogs. Patrick and Tyler installed the clean-out. They did a great job, keeping us in the loop and did a nice job cleaning up. Jordy came out to do the final part of the job, fixing the main drain in the crawl. He came out 2 days later to replace the cartridge in our shower and it now works great. After the job he asked to go in the crawl again to inspect the main drain one more time to make sure all is good. I can't thank him enough for his time and extra time he took to make sure the job was done correctly. Jordy's amazing!!! He was so honest and was so patient to answer all questions. Such a nice guy with high integrity. There was a little misunderstanding on the invoice. Kevin was home sick, but still took time to call us during the job to make sure everything was ok. He assured us that Apollo will take care of us. Can't say enough great things about Kevin as a manager. Makes you feel valued as a customer. I was getting estimates for a ductless mini split. One of the companies was Apollo. Mario was my salesman, he did a good job. Gave me a competitive estimate, and even let me know I would qualify for energy trust if Oregon discount. Which they give up front, and they do the paperwork for, which is nice. Overall I would recommend them as they are local and family owned.

I have needed my water heater and hvac systems replaced within a few weeks of each other and Apollo was there every step of the way. I called Apollo Plumbing at nearly midnight to help deal with tenants issue with a tub/toilet overflow issue. It turned out to be a blocked sewer line. Our main house drain clogged on a Sunday, backing water up into the basement. After getting hung up on twice by Roto-Rooter, I tried giving a local company a shot and am glad I did. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Devin was at our house within a few hours. Since the service is charged per hour, I was happy to see that he was working quickly and diligently to solve our issue. We paid about $340 to have the drain unclogged, and that included an additional charge for a Sunday call, as well as an additional charge since he had to remove our toilet in order to access the clog (we live in an old house without other access points). Overall, we were satisfied and would use Apollo Drain & Rooter Service again.

Great company, called on a Saturday for an emergency 4 drain clog, Sean (sp?) was right on time, wasn't sure he had what he needed for the job on his van but approached it with a can do attitude. And he did. I love that. Thanks.

I was quoted $3500 by a technician named Zach to fix a pinhole leak in a brass fitting. The work would require less than eight dollars of material, and less than 30 mins of labor to fix. I believe this business is more interested in sales and judging people for what they think they can get from them, than actually helping people to fix simple plumbing problems. He couldn't quite explain how he came to the price he wanted, and could only refer to his expertise and advanced training for why it was going to be thousands of dollars. I ultimately payed a better, more honest man from Kruse Pluming to fix the leak. It was less than $200 and he was done in 30 mins and the work remains guaranteed.

Appolo plumbing, Rob Freestone, came to the house to see what was causing our dishwasher to leak. He was very professional, and told us it was the dishwasher it self, not the plumbing. He also shared information about a great product and about a service plan. He was very professional, pleasant, polite, and curtious and respectful.

Tyler was very professional and personable. He clearly explained our options, listened to our concerns and ultimately did an excellent job of cleaning our waste pipes. He also was very respectful of the house while moving in and out and left a spotless worksite.

There are several things I like about Apollo. First is that when I called about clearing a toilet drain, they gave me an estimate which turned out to be the actual cost. A lot of companies hedge on what you’ll eventually pay. In addition, they promptly offered me a service slot the same day and showed up within the window of time that they quoted. Tyler was the technician who came and he was great. He answered all my questions, offered advice, and fixed the problem. He was polite and friendly but didn’t try to talk me into services I didn’t need. A couple hours later, Stacy called to ask if I was satisfied with the service and if everything was working. To me, that showed that they are serious and conscientious about the quality of their work. I would definitely call Apollo again and I highly recommend them.

We had Apollo out to do a difficult sewer repair job with CIPP. Carlos and his team were great. Even though the project hit a hiccup (part of the difficulty of the job, not their fault) and didn't go exactly to plan, they communicated early and clearly about the issues and worked hard to make sure they were addressed and resolved as soon as possible, with no extra charge to us. The technician that came out was absolutely the best! The service call pertained to a broken water filter on our food cart. The water filter that I purchased wasn’t the right size, after calling around, we found out, that was the only size in stock. The technician went to his truck, drew up some calculations, and went for it. He felt confident that he could make it work. And he did just that, the water filter fits perfect, no leaks. My name is Brian, and I am a resident of K-Worth Apartments. Over the past year, three different plumbers showed up to fix our tub that's been backing up with soup from the neighbor's kitchen sink. Sunday night we had a clogged kitchen drain. Started calling for plumbers Monday morning. Apollo had an availability and even though I never used them before, I took it. I was set up for a same day appointment by a very well trained, professional scheduler/dispatcher. Our tech, Anthony, called prior to the appointment to alert me that he was on the way.. Anthony arrived and evaluated the situation and gave my wife and I a couple different options. We selected an option and Anthony proceeded to unclog the drain. He showed what he had found in the drain and tested the drainage. Anthony was well versed in the industry and was able to explain the issues in a manner that was informative and not condescending. I received an invoice for Apollo along with a description of the activity as well as pictures. I hope to never see a plumber again but if I do, he will be an employee of Apollo Drain and Rooter Service.

Not recommended. Ignitor on furnace went out and Apollo charged $530 to replace this $20 part held in by two easily accessible screws! Furnace went out 1 week later. This time we recieved 3 bids which we should have done the first time (but my wife was home alone with newborn & toddler at that time) and Apollo was not the most affordable. Always get 3 bids. Cameron was great: very clear communication, very competent in his work. Came out for a Sunday emergency call that another rooter service was unable to tackle. Based on his work and professionalism I will recommend Apollo to others, especially those with older plumbing like our multifamily in SE.

I have used Apollo drain for the past 25 years, and my prior experiences have been positive. However, the last two major services have been problematic. The first was a stairway drywell that had become plugged with tree roots. When it became evident that it was not possible to clear the line to the drywell, the workers installed a two gallon reservoir at the bottom of my stairwell and called the job done, $1800. It took a bit of negotiating, but the supervisor fabricated a 35 gallon reservoir for an additional thousand dollars. The sticking point for me was when they required another $250 to complete the concrete work.My most recent experience was disheartening, again cost wise. Scheduling and response time were excellent. Apollo technicians installed a 50 gallon Bradford White water heater the day after my old water heater was spraying hot water in the basement.When I was told the cost would be $2800, after the application of $100 senior discount and $150 water heater coupon, I question why it was so expensive and was told that the pricing was correct.I had the same water heater installed at the beach, the following week, by Cesar M&F Plumbing with a professional licensed plumber. The work included additional plumbing to code, $1520 total.Bottom line, get several quotes.

Called for replacing release valve on water tank. Technician arrived. Recommended a new tank. I declined, restated I wanted the valve replaced. He stood on my driveway for 5 minutes, then sat in his truck for 10 more. 2 hours later he returned.I declined his service.I do not recommend this company.

We are having an issue with our toilet fill valve and flapper. This is total of $20 in parts. They quoted $1,600 to fix the valve. I could get a new toilet for 90% less then this. We have a nice home and these guys were 100% trying to take advantage of the situation and that they were dealing with a women. Stay away from this company!I have since called multiple plumber's and I can get a new toilet installed if I choose for about 90% less then these guys fix price. Stay away! Dishonest company who clearly have no problem with taking advantage whenever they can.

We had a leaking toilet and a dripping bathroom faucet. Jordy did a great job fixing the toilet and replacing the two-tap faucet with a single tap. He left everything very clean and neat. During his visit we discovered that the valve to turn off the water in the house is corroded and would not be functional in an emergency. He is coming back to replace the valve. We have used Apollo in the past to replace the faucet and drain for the kitchen sink and to replace our sewer line. We were pleased with their work.

We started with Apollo when we bought our new home. They had done the sewer scope inspection and reported there was a belly in the line. The original project was to dig up the front lawn, repair the belly, and replace the displaced soil and grass. This bid was delivered to us along with the initial inspection (early February). We were told by our primary inspector they do good work. We were encouraged by the reviews and figured why not, no need for additional bids.Here's the saga:3/22: Estimate signed, job booked for 4/93/24: Deposit (half of bid) paidApril 7 or 8 (can't recall): phone call from Apollo saying they made scheduling mistakes and will have to reschedule for 4/134/13: Technician arrives and realizes the scope of the job is larger than expected. Here things get tricky: the original note identified the issue was under the house, the estimate implied under the lawn. When the technician arrived, he was operating under the latter assumption but found the former to be true. As such, he was insufficiently equipped and left. We received a call stating the original bid would be honored but the scope of work would be increased to include concrete demolition and repair. We didn't love this, but appreciated the customer service. I was told the office would call to reschedule.4/21: I call the office to reschedule. No luck.4/26: I call the office to reschedule. I was told they will tentatively schedule for 5/17 and 5/18. I'm told at the time the concrete repair won't happen same-day and will get subcontracted out, and am told this may happen 1-2 business days later. I'm told the subcontractor will reach out.5/3: I call to confirm the reschedule. No luck, so I cross my fingers.5/11: I call to confirm the reschedule. Reschedule confirmed.5/17-5/18: Excavation and belly repair completed, along with city inspection.5/23: I receive an email from Apollo asking for the remainder of the payment. I decline since the work has not been done.5/28: I call to followup on subcontractor rescheduling. I'm told I'll receive a call back Tuesday morning.Today (6/2): I call to followup on subcontractor rescheduling. I'm told I'll receive a call back.Throughout the calls, I've been polite and as understanding as possible. At this point, I have a sheet of plywood covering a 15 sq ft hole in the front porch. Note with the exception of the technicians calling to confirm they're on the way in the morning (omitted above), the only times Apollo has called me has been to report a mistake and to request final payment. There has been no customer service followup, though each time I called I was promised a followup call.It's been two months and my house is worse off than it was before. I try to remain positive, but on the whole I can't find a way to recommend them.

Tristan came and checked why the new water heater was not working after 4 months (installed incorrectly by another business). He called about parts warranty and even went and picked up the parts at Lowe’s! He came back the next day to check on the job! He was friendly and informative! I will ask for him again the next time I need Apollo Plumbing.

I needed leak detection help. Until last week I didn't even know there was such a service. I contacted five companies via Yelp and Apollo was the only one to respond who had time. Payton checked in with me first and was much more knowledgeable than I expected.Kyle came out the next day and spent nearly four hours which made me appreciate their flat rate even more. He narrowed the problem down, gave me a verbal review, made a couple of other recommendations I had not considered which were extremely helpful. He wore his mask the whole time at my request, made sure I understood the charge, and the discount coupon on their website and left me with a suggested action plan and a folder full of helpful information. When I asked him if this recommendation is what he would tell his own mother, he gave a thoughtful confirmation. These days this kind of service is unheard of. Yes, he put a sign in my front yard. People in my neighborhood need to know there are good companies still out there. I'm in a bit of shock that I have finally gotten to the bottom of a mystery problem. I'll call them first next time.

I have used Apollo for drain clearing on my properties for years, good guys. I recently decided to use their HVAC guys for an AC install on a property in Portland. I was impressed with detailed estimate and personality of the estimator. So I ordered the system. When the parts came in Antonio and Victor installed the system. They did a very nice job, the residents were so pleased with these guys they called me to say how much they liked them. Good technicians and good with people. Thanks guys, I will definitely use your HVAC services again.

I have been a customer for many years and was so pleased that I joined their Home Service Club. Then I had a faucet break and bought a replacement but noticed that I had a leak,and the access valves were corroded so I called my go to plumber Apollo.The plumber came and gave us an outrageous quote. We trimmed the request but he still wanted a $1,000. It took a week to get the appointment and we had come to trust Apollo so we went ahead. It took less than 2 hours to complete the job. I paid the bill but later I called and asked them to explain the bill, as $500 per hour seemed extreme.I ultimately talked to a manager who told me they quote by the job, and I okayed it, so essentially too bad for me. In other words, if it took a half hour the cost would have been the same because that was what they quoted.I called other plumbers and provided the information that was provided and asked them what they would charge. I provided them a quote that ranged between $450-$600 depending on the complexity of the problem.I asked Apollo to give me a breakdown of the hourly charges and parts or refund the dues I paid for the Home Service Club.It's been about a month, and they have not responded. I post this a warning to be careful and demand a detailed estimate.They have not

Heater went down and called Apollo, they sent Brandon right out to our house. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes had a quote with recommendations. He came out the next day with parts in hand fixed our heater in less then one hour! Great guy very friendly and knowledgeable, will always use Apollo for our future needs!

We had Mario come out on a Wednesday morning to go over the costs of installing AC and by that next Friday it was being installed.Mario was personable and honest. I am fearful that with all their great service I might not get a future appointment as quickly, but kiddos to the Apollo team for making a bad situation without any water in the house a fast and professional fix. I will call them again for plumbing needs and have already started telling my friends about my great experience.

While the tech who came out was young with a few years of experience the inspection issue was obvious. After about 20 minutes from greeting to payment completed $129 seemed a bit high but was even much higher than expected was the replacement cost of just south of $7000. The salesman didn't even bat an eye and there was not mention of even when it could be done. Being left in this heat as a senior citizen with very limited resources I expected around $5000, hoped for $3000 as it might have been only two years earlier. I also do not expect that I will win the $100 offered for a review so figured I would be honest about it... Been dealing with the result for over a month now and the heat is already upon us... looking for other estimates but no one seems to give a care unless there is a lot of money in it for them...

Nate Jenkins from Apollo plumbing correctly diagnosed our leaking toilet. He checked the flange and replaced the wax ring and reinstalled the toilet and properly resealed it on the floor. Nick Simon came out to check on a leak that had appeared on the ceiling underneath my shower. He was very professional and explained in detail how the leak could be fixed. He wrote up an estimate and wasn't pushy about how to go about which options to go with. I would definitely work with him again.

Last August Apollo installed a brand new garbage disposal in my kitchen. Less than a year later it is leaking. I called them back to fix it and there was little to no concern that their work was already performing poorly. The technician seemed much more focused on selling me gimmicky extras (subscription services, heating/cooling services I didn’t ask for, lawn sign, raffle drawings for 5 star reviews) than getting to the root of the problem. He barely even looked under the sink and said his “guess” was it needed a new p-trap, which would cost hundreds of $$. I very lightly pushed back and said I was surprised it needed a new part already - his company had installed it brand new less than a year ago and the previous disposal worked for years before any issues like this. He basically shrugged and said ok or I could just tighten it up. It did not inspire trust or confidence. The disposal is still leaking, and I will be looking for a new plumber.

Can't say enough good things about these people. Twice I've had an issue that really made life tough, no heat and sewer backing up through floor drain.They were busy, put me on an emergency list, and got to me in hours instead of days to weeks. Each fix was under 100.00.The guys that showed up were nice, personable, easy going and made the process so easy.They truly care about their customers and are all around d good people. Will always call them first.Also want to add, when I had the heating issue I called 7 companies before Apollo. 1 put me on an emergency wait list and said it should be a fee days. The others never even called me back. Their wait list was weeks out. Apollo had my house warm in a couple of hours.If you need help you won't be sorry with these guys.Heart warming also, the tech needed a knife to cut weed barrier and was headed to his truck. I grabbed one from my tool bag to save him a trip. After he left, I remembered the new knife I'd handed him and thought he'd probably put it in a pocket for safe keeping and forgot about it. A couple days later I went by the tool bag and there was the knife, right where he saw me pull it from. That had me crying. Not a expensive item, but a priceless feeling.

My rain gutter drain was real slow. Dan found that a neighbor tree root was growing up the end of the pipe. He cleaned out the roots and flushed the pipe. Works great now. Dan was very through and told me what he was doing. I would have him work on my house again if I needed am repairs.

The technician that came out to take a look at our project was nice and professional however the cost he estimated was astronomical. He said our drain for our new shower needed to be 2 in in diameter when our's was 1.5inches. He happened to not mention that the state of Oregon now allows 1.5 diameter drains. Seemed like he wanted us to spend a boatload of money for something we didn't need. Just be careful and always get more than 1 quote.

Eric did a thorough job of cleaning out the shower drain, which is now draining well, and provided good advice about keeping the drain clean.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday. I was thrilled to know that Apollo had normal business hours on Saturdays and they were able to get someone sent out within 2.5 hours of me calling. Joe was helpful, quick and knowledgeable which put us at ease as new homeowners with our first major appliance replacement.

Ben came over Wednesday and found the basic problem and replaced my garbage disposal. He was friendly, courteous and did a great job!Tyler came over Thursday and cleaned out the drain/pipes with a machine. Explained why the problem and told me things I should and should not do as far as the disposal. He was also friendly, courteous and did a great job, without making a mess! Was told I could call any time I needed help.Am very pleased with Apollo and their staff! Will definitely use them when I need to. Would recommend them to anyone!

An overnight guest managed to block two toilets and affect a third. DIY unblocking didn’t work. I called Apollo and was given a scheduled time that afternoon. Devin arrived ahead of schedule and solved the problem, which turned out to be more extensive than we realised. He was professional, efficient and friendly. I felt confident with his work, and that he wasn’t trying to oversell me. He pulled out own toilet and reseated it without causing any damage to the surrounding tiles or cabinet.I highly recommend them, and Devin in particular.Excellent service, they have gone onto my contact list.

I contacted this company and told them what I needed done, which was adding a line set and charging a new AC/Heat pump system. They sent out a technician who looked at the job and charged me a “diagnostic fee” of $156.60 (after veteran’s discount) and told me the work would cost $3650.65 (after the $48.22 veteran’s discount).I questioned the high cost for a fairly easy job and was told, rudely via email, the material cost was $1324.40, and the labor cost was $2426.25 which included, according to the email: paying for the tech to do the work, office staff to book the call, their vehicles, “etc.”.While I understand how business works and the cost of doing it as I was in construction for 20 years, I found three other reputable, highly rated companies which have the same associated costs but bid the job at $1600-1800.I don’t like to be cheated or treated poorly when I request a service and question the cost so did not go with this company. You do what you will but there are other companies which will treat you better and for a fair price.

Update 2/8One week later Joseph returned and completed the repairs properly, with additional $300.00 + part, free of charge!!!My reason for 3 stars, is I would have thought that part, would have been replaced on the original visit. But what really bothered me was the service department, did not immediately send someone out the following work day. I was put back on the schedule as if I had just called in, and I was not the 1st visit on the day they rescheduled me for. I did not feel there was a sense of urgency or compassion or concern that it had not been done correctly.Would I use them again?? YES.1/29I found the pipe/nut joint was leaking right after he left, and in the same place it was leaking before he replaced all the pipes under my bathroom sink. $350 quoted for a 1/2 hour of work, I am very disappointed at the moment. I will update my review if and after it is properly fixed.**Note **I have had Joseph previously update all the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink, other than a quoting issue, that was made right, I would give that visit 5 Stars!!!!I appreciate that they are a local company.

The kitchen drain became clogged late Saturday. We unsuccessfully tried unclogging it by plunging, using a biodegradable chemicals, Dawn dishsoap, etc.So, first thing Monday morning I called various companies looking for help. All were one to three days out and all had quite expensive service call fees.Conversely, Apollo had someone available that was here within the hour, and they only charged a very reasonable $60.00 service-fee.Our technician Eric was friendly and professional. He got to work immediately and quickly resolved our issue. His work area was kept neat & clean, and there was no evidence left behind that someone had been doing plumbing work here. Eric took the time to explain the procedure to me, both before and after he performed the work.Apollo is a reputable service provider employing highly trained professionals plying their expert skills to help homeowners like myself. I would highly recommend Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for help with their plumbing & HVAC needs.

I have used this company twice. Both times they pushed the most expensive option to replace rather than repair small leaks in brand new sink fixtures. My big issue is if they diagnose a leak and fix it they won’t guarantee their work if they didn’t install the original fixture. Their solution was to replace the 13 month old drain stopper for a completely new one for $500 due to an issue with the seal on the stopper, even though the stopper wasn’t defective, just the seal around it. I decided to go through with it because I felt very pressured to do given scare tactics that if he sealed it and it didn’t work, I would have to pay to have it fixed again.I decided to try again in my wish to offer the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a one time thing. My mother in law’s kitchen sink sprung a small leak. They came out and determined that a hose was loose and defective. Rather than order a new hose and install. Once again their solution is to replace the ENTIRE faucet for $1200. It’s three years old. Now I understand that companies don’t keep every part for every brand of product in stock. No problem. But I was once again pressed that it would be hard to find the part and it would require lots of money and time. So the best solution was to replace. Meanwhile, I found the part online at a spare parts retailer for $23 in a matter of minutes. Then the argument once again was that if I order and they install the new hose they won’t guarantee the work and if they do a shoddy job installing it. I’ll have to pay to fix it again. This exact exchange happened “so even if you install the part incorrectly and it still leaks you won’t come back and fix it properly?” “No Because we didn’t install the whole faucet.”What? Makes no sense. So basically if you didn’t install all the plumbing and fixtures in my house you won’t guarantee your work unless you replace everything?No thanks. I’ll take my chances and find someone who is a little more practical and professional. I understand it’s not the plumber who decides the protocol and the rates but it seems like protocol for this company is pushing the most expensive option, that makes them the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time possible.

Tyler Males from Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, came today to clear the drains in my kitchen and tub. He did a great job, was super friendly, and he was fast and efficient!He cleaned the drains that had been clogged. Yuck had begun backing up into the kitchen sink and tub. Water was no longer flowing.All this has been resolved. Tyler was able to get everything cleaned out and back in working order.I appreciate his time and am very satisfied with his work performance.

So it's 10pm on a holiday eve (Thanksgiving) and my shower has backed up garbage disposal water in it...plunger doesn't work. I had two new faucets replaced in the master bathroom. Nick Simon was the plumber who came to do the work.He did a great job and was very professional & friendly. He answered the questions that I had and explained about the process.Once the faucets were installed he checked & double checked that both faucets were secured properly and that there was No leaking anywhere. Our furnace and thermostat quit working early this morning—in the 16 degree and 30mph winds. We called Apollo, since they serviced our furnace in the past. Even in this busy winter weather, we got a call back from Antonio. He offered to FaceTime with us to troubleshoot the situation. He was able to talk us through step by step to fix the problem. This saved us an expensive service call on a holiday weekend!! Antonio is absolutely the best!

Our drain was not clearing and after trying traditional chemicals like draino, combo of baking soda and vinegar then a snake were not enough. Although Eric was able to clear the drain in a fast and professional manner. I am beyond grateful and would recommend their great service to anyone with plumbing needs!

We had an initial appointment and then decided to wait on the repair. They quoted us quite a bit and it wasn’t urgent. I decided to get it done, called two weeks ago and scheduled for today between 8 and 12. When I didn’t get a confirmation call I decided to call this morning and was told I didn’t have an appointment and that they never would have scheduled it without a signed contract. Nobody ever emailed me anything to sign and yes it was scheduled. When I initially called to schedule, I was told her computer was down and someone else would call me right back when she was off the phone. Nobody did and I called back the next day to be told that was weird and they wouldn’t have just not called back. Should have been a red flag but I stupidly went ahead and scheduled. The receptionist didn’t care and was very rude to me on the phone. I ended up hanging up and have another company coming out today. Don’t waste your time with this company.

they were notified at around 11 at night that my apartment was flooding, the amazing maintenance guy cleaned up the water and got ahold of this company who came the next day while i was at work and fixed the problem and then cleaned everything more thorough than they needed to. 10/10 would recommend. the service professional was eric buckner

Great experience all around. Tyler was my technician and was there before the time told so it was great for opening in time. Which we all know if you run a restaurant that the timing is never good for a repair. He gave me the options and explained them all in detail also sharing the impact of each one. Very helpful. We had a clogged drain under the main dishwasher and they used the high pressure method to clear it.The best part is he was there at 3pm, and said it takes an hour. Just imagine, the only toilet in the house not working, and not working in the scariest of all possible ways. I begin to call plumber after plumber. No one is able to make an appointment for days, some will take weeks. Apollo to the rescue! The helpful, sympathetic and honest woman on the phone tells me it might be during overtime hours. I have no choice. They call and are able to come earlier. Yay, no overtime charge. Cameron and Angel show up. They are so polite and knowledgeable. They explain everything before they do it and what it will cost. No surprises. They even offer a chance to be part of a “Home Care Club” where I pay a monthly fee and get free inspections for heating and AC, discounts on services and the promise that I’ll never have to live for weeks without a working toilet. We have an issue with our basement floor drain that is in the beginning stages of being understood and serviced. Despite the fact that there is so much more to learn, still, and I imagine much more to pay for, I felt the need to write a review now. Tyler is the tech who came to my house this morning. He is attentive, knowledgable, and very good at explaining all of the factors that should be considered. From what he told me, I was able to reflect back to him what my understanding of the process(es) was and he was able to respond in a way that I could deeper understand the project. This is not my first time hiring Apollo and it won't be my last. This company is run like a family business in Small Town USA. I'm also very intrigued by their *new* Total Home Care Club that they are offering. I can see the benefit of using such a service.

I was more than surprised to find a live rat in my toilet the other night. For obvious reasons, I freaked out! The staff immediately responded. Sara who books appointments was wonderful and brought some sense a humor to the situation. Eric Buckner came shortly thereafter to resolve the issue. Fortunately it had left the scene by the time he arrived. He scoped out the drain and was able to locate the dead rat and pushed it back to the city with his camera. A bit disturbing that it came from our city line and could happen again but apparently it is very rare. Eric also provided the video of the scoping which is great to have for future reference.The response was very prompt, and the staff was very helpful, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend. Our toilet had a clog near the ejection pump, which is 40 ft away from the toilet. The job was too big for me to handle with a small auger but they were able to see us same day and had all the necessary tools for the job. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The entire job cost ~$200, which is about what I would expect to pay for a more complicated clog. I would work with this company again.

Wayne came out to jet a clogged rain drain that was causing our gutters to back up and yard to flood. The rain drain was full of rocks but he expertly handled the situation, removing all the large debris before jetting. He was courteous, professional and kind. I’ll definitely be recommending Apollo & Wayne highly to friends and family.

Apollo came recommended from a newtworking group I belong to. I called to schedule and appointment and due to high call volume I listened to the most hilarious hold music. Honestly it eased my tension surrounding the myriad of probable issues I could be having. My original issue was my laundry down spout was back flowing terribly to the point of flooding my laundry room. I was able to secure an appointment and just as stated the technician called 30 min before arrival. My technician was Eric Buckner. I immediately felt secure and safe and at ease. He doned the proper PPE and was receptive to my explanation of issues. I hired Apollo for a sewer line repair. Apollo was hired to simply replace a sewer line but it was near a tree that was very important to me that we save. This made the project far more complicated than a simple sewer line repair. Brad and his team were understanding of that and they worked tirelessly, one attempt after another, to find a solution to replace the line without damaging the giant tree in my yard. It wasn’t simple, and I am sure at times very frustrating but they never showed that frustration and continued to seek solutions. I greatly appreciate the care and efforts made! Highly recommend!

Kyle B. called before showing up, was there at the beginning of the time window allotted & for a same day appointment. Other places I called, said they couldn’t get me in today, tomorrow or even for the next few weeks. The whole process took about 3.5 hours, from viewing our current water heater, going to get the new water heater, removing our old one and installing our new one. Different options for financing available, easy to do. Very polite, quick and efficient. A little on the pricy side, but what isn’t these days.

Apollo installed a new heat pump in our house and did an excellent job making sure that we were very well taken care of. Antonio our tech was super respectful and knowledgeable. He made sure to take the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. They gave me an excellent price on the new system and had it installed in less than a week from the failure of our previous equipment. One of our participants was very interested in his work and he allowed them to watch and even explained some of the process to them. Once the sink was fixed at the end of the day I went to clean the dishes that had pilled up and Joseph was already happily working on them! They came out for an estimate on an AC installation. 5 minutes in, when I wasn’t looking, guy slapped a big Apollo sticker over the existing sticker to call for service. When I noticed, he awkwardly apologized and agreed to scrape it off. It was a slimy move. He continued the estimate and gave me a price of 2K more than the others I got. No thanks Apollo!

I had a plumbing problem surface this morning. I called Apollo Plumbing and was able to get help very quickly. Wayne Mackay was the tech who arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the inside drain problems were discovered to be problems with rocks that were clogging the sewer clean out pipe outside that is going to involve digging the pipe up for many feet to be able to flush out the rocks. So job isn't done yet as I'm waiting for excavators to arrive. But I was very happy with the service I received from Wayne and also from Angel who arrived to help Wayne with diagnosing the problem. Thank you, Wayne and Angel. Hoping the excavation and flushing job yet to be done goes as well. Though the job isn't completed yet, Apollo staff involved have been so kind to try to get this unexpected problem taken care of as quickly as possible for me.Update: The excavation and repair part of my job was just completed and I'm very happy. A big thank you to the fabulous guys who finished off the repair of my pipe clogged with rocks. That would be the excavators, Landon and Andy, who did a great job digging up the problem pipe (and patiently and nicely answering all my questions about what they were doing); and Eli who located and jet sprayed the rocks out of the pipe; with Landon finishing up by replacing the portion of pipe that had been cut open to get to the rocks.This is my first experience with Apollo and their great team. I'm very happy and would certainly recommend them!

Apollo was responsive and came on time. If they did the work on the 1st call and charged a fair price they would receive 5 stars but that was not the case. The 1st tech clearly did not want to do the work and stated that they needed to have Restoration 1 to come out - they did not need to do so. The second tech - a day later - cleared the line and perfumed a camera scope. I have no issue with the second tech - he was very competent and courteous and explained all of the work. The cost of the service was another matter entirely. Over $800 to clear a toilet line and perform a scope - that is an outrageous cost given the numerous plumbers I have now talked with. The sewer line has root damage and is now being replaced. Apollo also said that they could use CIPP on the line to clear the root damage but all other plumbers (I got 4 estimates) stated that the line has a belly and CIPP cannot be used. I will not be recommending Apollo plumbing .

David was very communicative, very thorough, listening to all my concerns, very patient, took his time, and I could tell he was assessing what was the best options for my unique home rather than to just sell me the most expensive options. I appreciate the time David took to listen and answer all my questions.

Paul Rouse was very easy and professional to work with. He listened to my concerns and moved forward with solutions. I used a competitor a few days earlier who was only interested in telling me why he could not snake the drain and everything else that could be an issue down the road. Zach (plumber) arrived promptly, assessed the problem within minutes (multiple leaks on an older/ 19 year old faucet), and provided options for a fix, up to & including installation of an entire new /similar faucet assembly - which he carried in his van/parts supply inventory. Decided to go with the new faucet, and Zach completed the swap/installation in under an hour! Entire fix was done with 1 appointment (5 stars ⭐️), and at a reasonable price, with zero headaches & multiple trips to the hardware stores for me! 🙂 I highly recommend Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Cooling (in Troutdale) - whenever a plumber maybe needed.

Wow! Anthony Valdez went above and beyond to find out why our sewer was draining into our basement (NOT a fun job). He was honest, diligent, communicated the whole way through, and ensured we knew what was going on at all times. It's now 7:40 PM -- well after hours -- and he did not leave until the job was done. We were so impressed with Anthony and Apollo. We would DEFINITELY recommend!

Have used Apollo many times. They do a great job. Devin in particular, did a fantastic job locating, identifying, and unclogging a root ball in the drain line from the house to the sewer. I even got to watch the video as he worked.

Mike and Brendan did a great job on our home. Their bid was reasonable and they were very communicative and respectful. We had a new water heater installed, in addition to a full basement re-pipe and new service from the water meter into our house. A 3 day project finished on schedule with high quality workmanship. They were even able to rearrange the project schedule when an unforeseen roadblock was encountered, and still finished on time. I highly recommend these folks and will call again with any future plumbing needs.

We hired Apollo Plumbing because we have used them before and we expected that a replacement of the toilet would be done correctly. And it was. Doug was professional, competent and knowledgable. Although it was a 100 degree day, he courteously replied to questions, making sure we understood the floor flange attachment and new type of flushing mechanism so that we would be satisfied with the product. His service and attention to detail were excellent. Very happy.

Had Jamie come by for a weirdly stubborn shower clog and got it fixed, left us with their recommended drain cleaner and a three month warranty! All in under an hour!!

We recently received a service from Apollo. Our pipes were backed up and the plumber completely handled the situation. However, I had a disagreement about the payment arrangement. I wrote Apollo expressing my perspective. They listened and paid attention to what I had to say. They very honorably settled the matter. Good service and good, honest people!

We had a leak on the main line coming into the house. My wife was home and called them, they came out quickly and did good work. My problem is there were two guys there for about 4 hours, replaced a half a foot section of 1 inch PVC and a ball valve. Total bill was $2200. Way overpriced and they took full advantage of me likely because we live in a nice house in a good neighborhood. Wish I would have read all the one star reviews first, this seems to be a common complaint with this company.Update:Like other poor reviews here, the owner responded to the review online. I believe this is just for show, I have not been personally contacted by the company, so they really don't actually try to work with you to ensure customer satisfaction.

Be ready to spend a minimum of $400 to unclog a kitchen sink…. that’s the minimum. They don’t give an estimate because every jobs different but a minimum cost would be nice knowing that’s just a starting point. I ended up not having them complete the job because it’s nearly double industry standards. I wasn’t going to leave a review, after receiving 3 text to leave a 5 star review to be entered into a drawing for 100.00. I decided to warn other homeowners. I can say I’ve used them in the past for my own house and for my construction company and paid 150.00 a few years ago with no problems. They use to be upfront and honest.

The plumbers that Apollo sent out, Justus and Duane, were very professional and did a good job from start to finish. We had a blockage in our sewer line; the guys used a hydrojet to clean out the drain and then scoped it out with a camera, discovering a break in the sewer line outside of the house. We've already accepted their bid to replace it. I was impressed with the level of meticulousness in their taking photos, describing/explaining the issues with our pipes (we have a hundred-year old house) and they cleaned up after themselves. Looking forward to working with them again.

I hired Apollo at the cost of $18000 to install a mini-split HVAC system on my home in early November. I am still trying to get the installed unit successfully set up/programmed and promised items delivered upon. I have an appointment on 1/4 coming up, but in the meantime I have been sent a Right to Lien and an Intent to Lien from the company who has failed to complete their service in nearly two months.Mario at Apollo has promised several things about the installation which turned out to be either incorrect or misleading. Apollo has attempted to resolve some of the issues, but whenever on the phone or at my home, Mario has been borderline confrontational, which I find uncomfortable as a consumer.Since I was experiencing service issues early on, I had asked Antonio at the day of install for a service manual, which he agreed to provide. I have not to date seen a factory service manual for my unit. It does not even have a brand emblem on it.1. Mario at Apollo told me the installation would take 6-8 hours and be done in a day.Apollo's technicians, up to 5 at my house at once, worked about 15 hours over two days to install the ducted mini-split system.2. Mario at Apollo stated the unit would be installed on a concrete pad about 40 inches wide.Unit 5 ft high was installed on a 18x24 plastic pad. I raised issue with this aspect as the unit was tippy. After contesting this, Apollo sent a masonry contractor out to pour a pad below the unit.3. Unit short cycles on and off constantly throughout the day. I purchased a variable speed unit and expect it to vary in fan speed.During the several minutes I have been writing this review, unit has turned on and off twice.I brought up this issue on phone conversations with Mario and Antonio. Apollo sent Kim out to service my unit on 12/7. After spending two hours at my home, Kim stated that he did not know why the unit was running on high and off, and that Apollo would be in touch with next steps.Mario called me on the phone and attempt to convince me that the variable speed air handler I paid for was a variable speed compressor, and that I could not hear it changing. After I did not accept this explanation, I asked if Apollo would either hire a service tech or if we could get another company out.During the month of December, I would follow up 4 times to move the issue along and try to get Apollo to commit to having a technician come out and fix our unit.Here's to hoping my HVAC saga comes to an end soon, and that my cautionary tale helps consumers find another company who will deliver what they promise without having to chase them.My HVAC unit has turned on and off three times during the writing of this review. I will update this review after my 1/4/23 appointment.

After posting my initial review, Scott, the owner of the company took the time to call me to discuss my posting and to apologize for his company not responding to my concerns. I appreciated that he called me and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied with my interaction with his company. After our discussion he had his plumbing manager, Jonathan, call me and we discussed my concerns about the pricing. He indicated that since I was in disagreement with the charges that he would rebate the total bill, even though I would agree to pay for the technician’s time! My thanks to this company for going above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was a satisfied customer!

Zach Hartman saved my day! I needed a toilet repair and he got here right away. I was really impressed with his great communication and professionalism. The work that he did was clean and surprisingly fast! I'm always going to refer Apollo to all my friends and family because of him!

The drain tech, Tyler Males, showed up promptly, was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He advised me on the options available to decide on a course of action. He completed the job quickly. I would use the service again in the future as needed.

I had a stressful situation with water pouring out of my bathtub faucet nonstop even when the handle was in the off position. We ended up shutting the whole water off in our house to stop the water running. I chose Apollo because they were the most helpful and responsive over the phone. The next day, Nick called us before coming to our home and came at the promised time frame. He did an excellent job repairing our bathtub faucet and getting the water running in our house again. Nick explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He's very experienced, knowledgeable and is really good at what he does. I will use Apollo next time if I have any water or plumbing issues again.

Tristan was my technician - he came out on a Sunday, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed by Tuesday morning. Tristan was so kind and knowledgeable and walked me through everything he did. I will absolutely use Apollo again and I will request Tristan every time. Thank you all for your awesome service and quick response. I should add that my furnace couldn’t be fixed on Sunday because a part needed to be ordered but to ensure my Dad and I didn’t go without heat Tristan left me two space heaters that kept us perfectly warm until the repair was done. Not long ago we had Apollo fix a broken pipe in our home, and the plumber did an excellent job. We could not have been more pleased. Today we had a clogged drain problem repaired by Apollo, and again I am very impressed with their service. The service man from Apollo provided clear explanations and did an excellent job. We have used Apollo in the past for plumbing sevices and were glad to find out that they also offer HVAC services. Called them up and they were able to schedule us for an appointment the same day. We called just to have a leaky bathtub faucet fixed and wound up with a new trim on the faucet (the other one was not 'fixable' for want of a proper explanation). Another plumbing company had told me previously that he could not fix the faucet leak because of the trim - but it's fixed now and works great. Also had the 5 year old water heater drained for the first time which removed a lot of ugly gray/black water, and had a new toilet installed which I was planning to do soon anyway.Two gentlemen arrived for the appointment. When more parts were needed for the faucet, one went to pick them up, but a few times he was given wrong parts causing more trips back snd forth. Long story a bit shorter - Rob Freestone remained here working on other issues and finally had to make yet another trip to pick up parts for the faucet installation after the other person needed to leave. Rob did a fantastic job. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Sorry I don't know the other person's name, but he was also very busy making trips back and forth.I also purchased a membership with Apollo to keep on track with what needs to be done in the future. Very pleased with Apollo Plumbing.

Devin continued with his great communication even when our clogged drain made him take additional steps to fix the issue. Jordan was my technician...he was training Cameron. They were awesome 👍! Very professional. Came in with masks on.. which I appreciate as an RN! Jordan explained everything and everything was yes ma'am! Jordan gave me options and included me in everything that was happening. Unfortunately it was a root ball clogging the pipe! They wound up having to work from 11 am until about 8 pm! Jordan got other technicians (Wayne) out in a timely manner to help with the complicated situation. In the end he was able to clear 85% of the root blockage! Jordan took the time to explain everything to my dad on the phone when things were getting complicated and more expensive! I totally trusted Jordan's opinion on what was the best route to go. He was very professional and knowledgeable and respectful!

Nick Simon and Joseph Garbuzov came by today to work on our water heater and furnace. They were both friendly and professional, and both helped me understand which fixes were time-sensitive and which ones could wait. Nice and easy; recommended.

I had 2 HVAC system installed and was disappointment in the quality of the some of the work. Not everything was sealed , and the electrician took the easy way out of installing another electrical line , even though the tech from Apollo suggested it a different way, so it wouldn't look as bad. .

I'm not going to down rate this company. We chose not to have them make the repairs we needed. I suspect they'd do a good job if we'd decided to hire them.We purchased a 70s home with wall hung toilets which are unusual to say the least in a home. One of the toilets leaked into the wall and into the ceiling of the floor below. Being unfamiliar with this style of toilet, we called someone to take a look. We couldn't see where the leak was coming from. My husband wanted the toilet taken off the wall and put back together with new gaskets etc. out of an abundance of caution. We had another of these toilets that needed the tank guts redone. It was functioning, but those parts on any toilet over time get iffy and you get that partial flush thing going on because the seal isn't sitting correctly or something. This isn't hard to do yourself but my husband loves working on toilets about as much as fixing sprinklers *grin*The company is very professional by phone. Their tech called and showed up on time. We were texted a picture of the person coming and their contact info. It's very nice.Our reservation was that the quote was just short of $3k to do this work. That felt excessive and we declined to proceed. I'll let the reader decide what they think but the parts required to do the work aren't terribly expensive so this had to be mostly labor. I'll freely admit that perhaps we are just ignorant of plumbing costs these days, it's been a long time since we had a need to call someone... but ouch? that's a lot of money. We'll find out by paying for another estimate from someone else.

Apollo sent over Jonathan to fix my leaking toilet, who was wonderful to have and laid out my options in a way that was easily understood. OUR HOUSE WAS A PLUMBING NIGHTMARE! Kid's Toilet wouldn't fill. Our Kitchen Sink Faucet was falling apart and the faucet in my bathroom had the pressure of 90 year old man!NICK came in and saved the day! He was able to complete all the work in no time. Doing dishes Friday morning our drains finally gave up. They had been acting slow for awhile, but finally wouldn't drain. A quick google search showed Apollo Drains first up with the most reviews. We gave them a call thinking they would be atleast a week out, but they were available that afternoon! Fantastic! When Tyler showed up he had already done a bit of research on our house and was prepared and had options for what our house most likely needed. We were able to come to an agreement on the drain cleaning services to be performed (1 year warranty!) and off he went to work. Our house probably hadn't had it's drains cleaned in the 70+ years it has been alive. We were very pleased to have our drains working and VERY pleased they were able to help us the same day. We would recommend them for your plumbing needs!

We had a main sewer line blockage on the Sunday night before July 4th. The toilet was backing up into the bathtub and the kitchen sink was not draining at all. We were able to get an emergency visit that night. They were fast and efficient, and were able to accommodate our urgent need for help. The plumber was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He described what he needed to do and why. He had to remove our toilet to cleared our sewer line. He photographed the entire process and emailed all the photos to us. It was a horrible situation that ended up being quite an easy process to fix. I greatly appreciate Apollo and the service they offered us. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and neighbors.

After I was out of electricity for 5 days during our snow storm, when it was over I had some terrible food in my refrigerator. I put it down the disposal. Not the thing to do. I called Apollo and customer service was amazing at getting someone immediately out to my place to un clog the disposal.Tyler was very professional. Delightful young man from Apollo who came to unplug my kitchen sink. I was hosting guests for a week at my house, so getting the sink unplugged was a major issue.The technician was smart, knew what he was doing, and had the necessary equipment. He fixed the problem in a short time with a long-reaching snake..I was stunned by the bill (which he reviewed with me in advance) but I assume that's what a plumbing fix costs these days.Ladies: bring up your kids to be plumbers.

Zach did a great job fixing a clogged drain when it was backing up into my other shower. He was fast and super professional. It's been a while since the fix and we have has no reoccurring issues.

They charged doubled the price for a simple faucet installation(the guy just randomly put a price) and also charged me for future installations(definitely not a small amount) . Now they are acting like thieves and not at all responding for the refund. It’s been more than 3 months. I don’t know how this company has so many reviews! Very very disappointed and no value for customers. If in plumbing crisis, please do not go to these guys.

I communicated that I had a laundry list of things that needed to be done. Tristan came in and provided the estimate. Tristan was very quick at replying back whenever I had questions. I called Apollo Plumbing because of a previous positive history working with them in the property management business. I needed to check on the function of our private sewer line, because the City was in the process of upgrading the public line.Stacey took my call, and answered a number of questions for me. She was able to expedite an appointment because the sewer work was going to start soon. She was polite and patient with my questions.Cameron was the technician who performed the camera scope work on our drain line. He showed up on time, and was also patient with a long list of questions I had. We went through the entire scope video, and he was able to point out trouble areas, including a large root ball in the middle of our line. He explained several solutions, and he arranged for quotes to be developed for repairs. While it was unfortunate that our system was not in better condition, the sewer line was approximately 75 years old, and we assumed the scope report would reveal a less than perfect system.We appreciated the thoroughness of their work, and now must decide which way to go on further repairs. Today I had my furnace tuned up by Brandon Chin. Brandon was so nice and just as courteous and professional as Tyler. I am so pleased with Apollo, their employees and work. I had 2 drains cleaned by a very nice man named Tyler Males. This man made sure he explained the procedure, cleared the drains and made sure to ask if I had any questions. At first erik did not succeed, but persisted and cleared the bathtub drain of a mass of hair, probably from previous owner of the condo— very much, appreciate his persistence and completing requested service, even though it took longer than expected!

Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. After calling roughly 20 businesses to schedule emergency service, only to be told it was at least 3 weeks before someone could get out, we were able to schedule the next day with Apollo Drain & Rooter Service. Not only did we get get quick turn around, they arrived earlier (with a prior phone call) and performed the work quickly. I cannot thank them enough for getting us through the heat and getting our system back and working properly. We will need to replace our AC unit in the fall and they have earned our trust and business.

I work for an apartment complex and had to make an emergency call for someone to come out. Eric came and explained everything he was doing and why. This was amazing for someone who has not done allot of plumbing work. Had Brian out for some bathtub repair, then when he finished that task it was discovered the main faucets to the tub were bad and he was able to finish that job too. The first estimate was very reasonable but the second added expense was a little high but we needed it done and in the end we we're very satisfied with Brian and his fine work.

Devin was very polite and a delight to work with. He was thorough, careful, cleaned up completely, and went above and beyond to help me with our situation. He explained our options and even went under our home to inspect our drains. He wore booties over his shoes and protected our home while working. He also provided a product to maintain our drains to prevent future backup of sludge in our pipes. Apollo sent Devin out the same day and he communicated with me when he was on his way. Had a leaking drain in the house so I booked with a company recommended by a friend. They were supposed to be on site between 9 and 12. Tyler is very informative about drain lines and and how to prevent future plumbing problems. He also talk about other services that his company do. Dan Brinser and several other Apollo technicians helped us out with a toilet clog that turned out to be a main sewer line blockage. I really appreciate their thorough explanations of what is wrong, what it will take to fix it, what the options are, and so on.

Our furnace stopped working Thursday night. I called Apollo, in addition to 3 other well-known companies, Friday morning. I actually spoke with a friendly young lady rather than having to leave a message and wait hours for a return call. One company still hasn't called back after 36 hours. Brandon arrived first thing Saturday morning and Mario arrived 2 hours later to discuss options and to give various estimates. A new furnace will be installed Wednesday morning. Right before Christmas. Not only were they responsive but also friendly, professional and they took their time to present options. We appreciate Mario and Brandon and anticipate our installers will be equally knowledgeable and very easy to work with. It truly is a joy to work with people who have a great deal of pride in their company. And pride in their workmanship. Thank you to the young lady who answered my phone call as well. We had a kitchen sink that was backing up constantly and couldn’t clear out ourselves. Called up Apollo and they were able to come by next day and clear that line out fast. Apollo saved our Thanksgiving! Our heater quit working right before the holiday and we made many calls to get it fixed. Apollo was the quickest and best customer service we found. They truly cared to get our heater back on so our family including 3 kids didn't have to go without heat in the cold and in time to host Thanksgiving.. I called Apollo customer service for an urgent service. We needed someone to fix our water heater as soon as possible as we had our airbnb guests checkin later this afternoon. A customer service said the technician could be there between 2-4pm which already help me out reducing my stress as I called a couple companies but no one could stop by today. Michael was our technician. Michael came within an hour. He found a problem and got it fixed. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great customer service. From start to finish the experience was great. The receptionist booked our job for a same day afternoon time slot. However our Drain Specialist, Eric B. called back within 10 minutes to say he was on the way. Eric was able to clear the line without a restoration crew needing to be called.

I had scheduled with D& F Plumbing and had a horrible experience. D&F wasn't able to do complete the job but still charged me.So at that point we spoke with Akahsa and Savannah @ Apollo. They were able to get someone out to me quickly and were kind and professional.Rob was our tech that came out to our house. He was on time, professional and was able to install our new garbage disposal even though that wasn't why we called. It was very nice to be able to have everything done in one visit.

We had a serious clog in the pipe running from the kitchen. Apollo sent Tyler Males to us, and what a blessing that was. He knew just what to do, and used a jet to get the sludge out. I would definitely recommend Apollo heating and air conditioning. My AC unit went out this summer, so I got 5 bids to replace both my AC and furnace. Apollo’s pricing was right in the middle, but Mario seemed more knowledgeable and a little more professional than the 2 cheaper bids. Antonio came out and instructed his crew, which consisted of Aaron, Cedrick and Dennis on the work. The 3 man crew (plus Antonio) knocked it outta the park. I appreciate their attitudes, willingness to work with me and their drive to get the 2 day job done in 1 day. They explained everything to me and showed me how to work everything. Super friendly and professional. This is the second time I have utilized Apollo’s services. The first time was for a water heater and this time was for a furnace. Both times the service was excellent. Will use them again in the future.

We had a strange smell coming from our ducts when using the AC. Sarah at Apollo got Joseph out to our house in a couple of hours. Joseph was professional and treated our house with respect (good about wearing footies) and he was very informative. We pay for the service subscription with Apollo and it’s totally worth it if you’re a home owner.

The plumber was thorough in analyzing and diagnosing the problem. He took pictures before and after. Was careful with our property and did good cleanup afterwards.The cost was a bit of a shocker, but the hole was already made in our ceiling and so it felt best to proceed with the job.

Too expensive and I’m embarrassed that I paid as much as I did for an under the kitchen sink repair. I didn’t get a breakdown of parts and labor charges. I’m glad it’s done so I don’t have to have a bucket under the sink to catch water. Next time I need a plumber I will not choose Apollo and do more research. My bad I’m not doing more research.

I could NOT be happier with the service I have received this far from Apollo Drain! I needed to have some pipes scoped before buying new toilets so I called Apollo based on their excellent reviews. I spoke with Abby who was awesome and provided excellent service setting up my account. She was wonderfully kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered every question I had. The techs were scheduled to come out two days after the phone call (wow so fast!) at 8am.The techs arrived promptly this morning wearing appropriate PPE and we incredibly professional and kind. They answered all of my questions before they began working, made sure I was aware of the expected cost, and then started working. When they finished scoping they showed me where they scoped, and informed me a film would be provided with my invoice. We were wrapping up when the tech mentioned that, since we are getting new toilets, Apollo could order and install the toilets for me. I was pleasantly surprised they could offer so many services so I asked to have a rep follow up with me with a bid. I’m expecting a call from them today or tomorrow and I received my finalized paperwork and invoice within an hour of the techs leaving.All around it was such a pleasant experience and I will be recommending Apollo to anyone who asks.

I called Apollo to have a standard Home Depot sink installed, a few bolts and a p-trap. They quoted over $1,300 and tried to sell me products and warranties. I should have known it was a scam because they charge a $75 service call fee. I will never call or recommend this company to anyone.

Jamie was on time, understanding and incredibly patient. Our plumbing issue turned out to be way more than we thought but Jamie stuck with us until everything was in working order. I really can't thank him enough. Wonderful dispatchers too, super helpful. We'll be back

Devin was informative about his findings and didn't add anything that wasn't necessary.Update: I have had Apollo out to perform 3 different services: hydro-jetting the sewer line to the city main with subsequent cured in place pipe (CIPP) installation, and a re-pipe of my entire home. From scheduling, third party financing, and all the team members that came out to my place, everyone was helpful and didn't sell me anything they felt I didn't need. I do have a recommendation for additional work, but on the advice of the team, I will perform other pressing fixes to my new to me 113 year old house. Thank you Apollo!

I had a leak from my water heater and it was flooding my house and leaking down into my neighbors unit. I called Apollo and they sent out Justus. He handled the issue with urgent care. He assessed the situation and left to get the part. He was very fast, professional, and polite. I would recommend him. I am a new homeowner and my house has a few plumbing issues. Luckily, Apollo has been a great vendor to help educate me about how my water lines and drain lines should operate.This week, Eric was dispatched to my house for a clogged show tub drain. He arrived on time and explained all my options. He successfully cleared my tub drain for a bargain price.While he was here, I explained that my laundry drain was backing up water. He correctly diagnosed the problem was actually coming from my kitchen drain and offer two options for clearing. He completed jetting of my kitchen drain that solved my laundry room backup issue. He did a great job and explained how to replace the batteries since my new faucet includes a motion sensor to turn on and off (so cool). The kitchen faucet works great!Two weeks ago, Apollo completed a cured in-place pipe repair to eliminate root intrusion. This was completed while I was out of town and they communicated with me throughout the entire process. They share before and after sewer scope recordings. It was simple and cleared my sewer drain without any digging, very convenient and effective!I plan to continue using Apollo for all my heating, cooling, plumbing and drain needs! Very pleased with their services.

Rocky was great to work with today. He had a few issues with my bathtub faucet but managed to get it to stop dripping. There was an extra piece in it that he had never come across before. We had a snow storm a few days before Christmas - Our daughter, her family and 2 kitties were coming to stay with us for Christmas. And of course our guest bathroom sink decided to have a problem! Wow! Great service. I had had some work done from another plumber who shall remain nameless (ok, it was Rescue Rooter/Jack Howk plumbing) and they were TERRIBLE. They did several thousand dollars worth of work and when I called a week later to say that a leak was drenching my deck and it was coming from a pipe adjacent to where they had done all the work - they said they'd send someone over within two hours but they didn't! They waited until 6pm and called and said they couldn't send anyone. I was really stuck! Apollo Plumbing was recommended to me by my neighbor. They came over right away and gave me 3 choices of how to fix the problem. No pressure at all. I chose one of the less expensive options and he fixed it within 30 minutes! Fast, professional, and responsive! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Drain technician, Dan Brinser, came to our home yesterday and did an outstanding job on a clogged sewer line that had us very frustrated. He was extremely thorough showing us throughout the process where the camera was even marking off outside where the root problem was in our line and then proceeding to clear it with a cable and blades in a couple locations with a very satisfying whoosh when he drew back the cable with a root ball attached. Thank you very much Dan for your assistance yesterday and to Emily the dispatcher as well for getting us coordinated so quickly!

Our AC died on a weekend when temps were over a hundred degrees. Our usual HVAC service was looking at 4-6 work days for an appointment and they never did get back to me. I called other services and some of them would not even take someone who was not a regular customer during the heat wave. I called Apollo on Sunday and they called back early on Monday and scheduled a tech for a 2 hour window the same day. Antonio arrived promptly at the beginning of the window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed repairs. He waited to be sure the unit was working well before he left. He was very polite and pleasant and professional while answering our many questions. We will definitely use this service again.

Apollo schedule an appointment for us same day to come out and fix a clogged laundry drain. They were professional and friendly. The tech, Justus was incredible kind and very transparent about what he was doing or going to do. He was happy to answer any questions I had. Both my bathroom sink and bathtub were totally clogged. I called them on a Saturday morning. Got a real person on the phone who quoted me reasonable prices based on what they probably had to do to clear the clog. The service man came out a few hours later the same day. He said probably the two drain lines were blocked where they came together and if he cleared it, I'd only be charged for one drain. And that's what happened. He did the job within an hour and also gave me a senior discount. While he was here, he answered some questions and made recommendations for how I can maintain my drains so they are less likely to clog in the future. He also told me I have a weak sink gasket and recommended I get it replaced. The service was totally worth the money! I will call this company again if I have problems. The only thing is that they charged my credit card and said I'd receive an email in 5 minutes of the charge but it's been 2 hours and I still haven't received it.

It's Dec 20th 2021 I knew this would be a challenge so close to Christmas. A Pipe in ceiling broke and water pouring down in laundry room flooding the walls and floor and water behind in the garage. been pouring since the night before I guess. Had to shut off water up by the road for the night and next day, no showers, no flush, no dishwasher, no laundry. And to flush we had to go back up to the road to turn on water just enough to let the back tank fill and back out to the road to shut off the water again. Oy..Called our plumber but they were short staffed due to Covid protocol. Called several companies and no response , frustrating ... 3 of these companies were recommended, so by chance my husband called Apollo , they said they would try to send some one out the next day, no time frame set, and out popped Don, the man who saved the day. great guy, got right to it, had to leave to get parts, came back and tackled it. Don Fixed it . He had to go up into the rafters to get to the pipes that come from the washer and water heater.We had to replace with new foam covers for pipes, pulled out the wet insulation, letting it dry out , bought new insulation . One of their technicians name Brandon came out to do the diagnosis. He was fast and efficient on figuring out the problem. Provided video evidence of the issues and explained what the problem was. Was able to fix it then and there and was out in an hour. We now have a warm house for the winter again! Not only that he wore shoe covers in the house. Very glad because we had just gotten our carpets replaced that week and it was rainy!!!Office wise, Amanda was great help and so pleasant to speak to. If you’re going to be spending a chunk of money, spend it somewhere good! Would recommend this company for their great staff and service.

I have experienced poor communication from Apollo customer service. I was quoted $300 - 350 to repair a frost-free bib on an external hose line when the technician arrived. The tech didn't have the correct part with them, so they had to drive to a supplier. When they returned and fixed my bib, (which only needed to be screwed on by the way, no soldering), the final bill was $650; way over my quote and astronomical compared to the average price to fix the same issue that I researched. Contractor acquaintances and friends who have had the same work done were shocked to hear how high the cost of the bill was compared to the work done. I've been trying to reach management but have been given the run-around for several days now. Every day I am told I will receive a call from a manager, and have not a call, which is very frustrating. The problem boils down to the tech claiming that they couldn't find the part number due to the tag being removed from the hardware and had to drive across town for a part. There were identical bibs on my home, as well as the home next to me that had tags that the tech could have used. Had I known that I needed a part number, I could have gladly researched it so that the tech could have had it on hand when they arrived at my home, and I could have avoided an extra $300 on my bill. Due to the failure of communication on Apollo's behalf, I was forced to pay for the time it took for the tech to drive to find the appropriate part, which is unacceptable. Make sure this doesn't happen to you!***EDIT*** I was contacted by the manager at Apollo and they were able to adjust my bill to the original quote, which was very much appreciated.

Tristan was great. Prompt, professional, and informative. The project cost less then I was expecting. My furnace went out, Tristan got it taken care of for me even tho therer were difficulties accessing the furnace itself. Very happy with the results. I'll continue to use Apollo.

We have been customers of Apollo Plumbing for over 20 years. Their representative, Tyler Males, offered me three types of drain cleaning service from least effective to most effective and from least expensive to most expensive. I saw no alternative but to chose the most effective and most expensive service. It came with a one year warranty. Tyler seemed authoritative as he explained how the problem had developed and how we could avoid it in the future.

Bryan H and Kyle B replaced our water heater and did a wonderful job. Bryan was very informative and helpful and had great answers to our questions. The whole experience was positive.

I hired Apollo to provide a second opinion on my sewer line that was identified as failing as part of a buyer’s home inspection. Apollo was able to meet my schedule and provide a detailed summary of their findings the same day, which was critical to my response to the buyer. All in all I am very happy with their level of service and would absolutely hire them again.

On Sunday night I had a sewer clog back lots of water onto the floor. It was awful, and so so stressful to deal with. Not only did we have a lot of dirty water to clean up, but we then had no water for ME to clean up afterwards. Even though we contacted so many plumbing companies, not one would take the time to come out on an emergency call until mid week. I wanted to cry. Only Apollo made time for us and helped get the clog cleared just enough for us to use the shower and clean off. They spent hours here doing what they could as the city had to do the rest with a jet to the sewer line. Cameron was kind, helpful, and empathetic to our situation. I am so grateful for him and Apollo for helping us so much and for being so professional. I am keeping their number and plan to use their services for any plumbing or HVAC needs.

Buying a new home and asked for Cammeron Cooper because of all his great services. He found the clean out that had been buried and was very quick and thorough with his sewer scope, he had to pull the toilet but did so efficiently and made sure the toilet was put back properly.

Antonio & Victor from Apollo Drain came out to troubleshoot an A/C issue a week ago as part of their HVAC services. They thoroughly walked me through the issue and why it occurred. I have heard of Apollo for years but my dad's company just made parts for Apollo and so when we had a toilet issue, we decided to try them out. Eric was our technician and we could not have asked for anyone better! Called in advance, worked with our schedule (coming out after hours) and was very friendly and kind to talk with. Eric was professional but also in no way condescending or rude. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had it fixed and left all in less than an hour! The cost was very fair, almost too cheap for how awesome Eric was! If we have problems again, there is no doubt we will call Apollo and request Eric!

We had been dealing with slow drains in our guest and master bathrooms pretty much ever since we bought our house 8-1/2 years ago. We called out different plumbers and they would clean out the drains and put some drain opener down the drains which worked for a while, but then the problem would come back. I listen to IHeart Radio and heard Apollo's ad and knew this was who i needed to hire. Tyler came out and I told him I wanted more done then just cleaning the drains a little and pouring drain opener into the drains so Tyler said he could jet the drains, which would clean the pipes out really good and remove all the sludge buildup so we had Tyler jet the drains. Tyler explained everything he was going to do and even showed me how to remove and clean out the sink traps. Once Tyler was done, our drains flow seamlessly like they never had before. I will always call Apollo for any of our plumbing or heating needs.Tyler was great to work with and he even brought our recycling can up from the curb since it had been trash and recycling day when he was here. I would recommend Apollo to anyone needing a plumber.

I'm posting on behalf of my grandmother, who had a clogged drain in her bathroom sink. $956, I'm not making this up!Yesterday Apollo gave me an quote of $956 to replace a leaky elbow on 1/2 inch pvc waterline. It was in my crawl space but easily accessible with stand-up headroom at the leak. Why so much I asked, it's $5 worth of parts and no doubt will take you less than an hour. He replied that it was their flat rate for replacing the elbow. I paid the $75 min estimate fee and said no thanks.I bought 2ft of 1/2 pfc, an elbow, and 2 couplings for $5 at H. Depot. Late on Friday night a pressure arrestor just blew out and left our basement WET! We shut off the water, the water heater, and the electric to the water heater. Talked to Savannah and Cara and May and got excellent customer service from them. They confirmed our confidence in Apollo who we had used for previous sewer line repair. Jonathan R was scheduled for 1st thing Monday morning and we were very grateful to see him. He called ahead to say he was coming and arrived right on time. He was very helpful in listening to the problem and walking around the basement to see the set up and then he was very educational in explaining what happened and what the possible fixes were. We opted to take out the arrestor box because it was in an area here we no longer have a washer/dryer. Jon capped those lines and then rehung several pex lines that were dangling and needed support. Jon checked the whole system for leaks and checked the water pressure. We signed up for the Apollo Comfort Club for Plumbing and hope Jon will be our plumber forever. We were panicked when we called Apollo! We have never needed to call a plumber but water was coming out of the walls as well as a plugged drain in two bathrooms. The reviews are the reason I called. The plumber arrived and WOW, we are soo impressed with Danny and his skills!! He fixed the issue, explained what happened, the cause and how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. All of that in less than one hour. If the rest of the crew is half as good as he is, I'm even more impressed! Would I recommend Apollo Drain & Rooter Service? LOVE this company. Eric Buckner came to my home to clean out our mainline. Im a woman and was home alone with my two kids and was nervous to have a stranger in the house. When he knocked on my door he introduced himself and was so kind and professional there was no room to feel nervous or worried. Before he even arrived I received a text with his photo so I’d know who to let in the house. He joked around with my kids and gave them coloring books as well. Each time he’d have to leave the house he’d knock again before re entering so I’d always have a heads up. Called around 7:30am. Got a 8-12 appointment wind. Sean called about 40 minutes before arriving at around 10. Our kitchen and laundry room drains were clogged. He cabled and mini jetted the lines, and everything is working great now. Sean was professional, careful, and everything was clean when he was done. We have used Apollo drain before, and if we need this kind of service again they'll be who we call.

The work: I discovered a water leak in the main pipe that serves the house. The line was under pressure of course and the leak was putting out a lot of water. It was Friday afternoon about 3:00 pm. I called the company to see if I could get a technician to come and possibly stop or repair the leak. I wasn't on hold long when the operator came back on and informed me that as soon as he finished the job he was working on he would be at our place to help with the problem. Once again it was Nick Simon who came to our rescue. He was willing to drive all the way from Beaverton to West Linn, arriving about 5:00 pm on a hot Friday afternoon, and was able to repair the leak.

Rob, the plumber was on time, efficient and took his time to explain the situation . All I needed was the aerators in both sinks cleaned out. I was so glad it wasn’t costly repair. A big thank you to Apollo for scheduling an appointment that worked for me!

I had my entire plumbing system replaced from the meter. Nick came out and did a stellar job. He put in long hours to get me back up and running. The quality of his work was really great. He took the time to educate me on the differences of my new PEX pipe system and I felt that he was very knowledgeable. We ran into a few problems along the way and he maintained a very positive can do attitude. I could not be more pleased. On the final day of installation Tom And Kyle came out to finish up. Tom was also very knowledgeable and great to work with. Tom and Kyle worked in the crawl space all day connecting pipes and insulating the lines with no complaints. Adam has performed admiral work on our property each time, he ends up solving what we worried was an unsolvable long time mystery. It has helped us to prioritize our property and our budget. He is pleasant, on time and professional. And he always cleans up very well from his work. My residents love that. Jason Fischer and his apprentice Brendin troubleshooted a drain and faucet. They discovered the nature of the problem and outlined the steps that would be needed to solve it, from the least to most invasive. When we decided to try the least invasive solution first they confirmed the appointment with the drain technician and filed a report so that if pipes do need to be redone, they would know where to locate the issue and how much it would cost. We will definitely be using Apollo for future plumbing projects!

I was very impressed with how responsive and professional the company was from start to finish. In addition to figuring out what my issue was (a communications company had put a line right through the middle of my sewer pipe) they took very clear video to show what the problem was. They were also super helpful when I called their office to ask some clarifying questions after the fact. Some companies don’t care about the customer once they’ve been paid, but this company is obviously all about customer service. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again (although I hope I don’t have to of course!)

Eli and Chad were great and explained everything. The basement flooding and drain backing up turned out to be serious; the underground pipe is damaged and needs to be replaced. This is already scheduled. Both Eli and Chad were extremely nice and made a bad time less bad.Later: The work has been completed. Landon and Josh did a great job replacing my sewer line. All the people I dealt with at Apollo Plumbing were extremely kind and a pleasure to work with.

No complaints with the workmanship and professionalism. Good experience overall. Only down side was I paid $2600 to fix a simple leak and my neighbor who had the exact same thing happen less than a month ago paid $1100 to have another company do the work.
