Although he was responsive, the quote was very high and he backed out and cancelled on us (with foul language and snarky response) because we needed him to fill out an online form for our home warranty so that we could be reimbursed. Very unprofessional. Wasted our time and our tenants are still without hot water. sigh, starting over.

Wow, such amazing service. Sutherland installed a new water heater for us about three years ago. On Friday, it started making a funny humming/vibrating noise. We called them and they contacted us right back and continued to text with my husband about when they might be able to come out. Today (Monday), my husband contacted them again to see if anyone could pop by because the noise was getting to us. Ti, the owner, made time to swing by and found the problem wasn't the water heater, but our doorbell malfunctioning and sending a noise through the water heater's copper tubing. He fixed in in a minute. Was literally in our home less than five minutes. We are so thankful and continue to be fans of Sutherland.

Appointment was made over the phone with a live person that spoke perfect English. 10 minutes before they arrived I received a text indicating they were just 10min away. Johnny arrived and got right to work. Evaluating the situation and reviewing the faucet we had to replaced. On the phone an estimate of 1hr was given to me with the rates. Johnny prepped the area to work. Kept his tools close by as he worked. Showed me the things I should keep and things I can dispose. 54min later (6min ahead of estimated time) he was finished. Charged my credit card the estimated rate and all were happy especially my wife

We own a duplex, and Bob has helped us over the years with hooking up new faucets, garbage disposals, and replacing old drain pipes with new ones that aren't filled with 50 years of sludge and rust. Today he came out with one day's notice to replace one of our water heaters which was 16 years old. Lo-and-behold, the other unit's water heater began to leak while he was here. Unbelievable! It turned out to have been leaking inside for years and filled with rust. So he ended up replacing both for us. Yes, it was an expensive day for us, but, hey, they are good for years now. His work is professional, and he takes a great deal of pride in doing it well. We highly recommend Bob and Nichols Plumbing.

I called Apollo on a Saturday afternoon after communicating with a plumber who solved problems for me in the past. I talked to Austin at first, who asked me all the seemingly pertinent questions about my issue. Besides his thoroughness, he was cordial and friendly. Tyler came out Monday morning and after going over my options, was finished working on my problem after about an hour. Tyler was friendly and honest, and took the time to explaiin in detail, any questions i may have had. These guys seemed professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied with the work and highly recommend Apollo.

They found 2nd floor tub drain leak that made plaster fall off 1st floor ceiling. Replaced tub drain and piping. Replaced sheetrock that had been cut away to find the leak. Replastered ceiling area of original leak.

It couldn't have gone better. We got an appt much sooner than other plumbers. They were thorough, expert and professional in every way. We didn't expect the replastering but they did a beautiful job and included it in the quoted price. Sheetrocking was perfect too. We will certainly use Nick and his team for all future plumbing needs.

Just moved out here and my rental had an issue. They were quick and friendly and most of all they were reasonably priced.

I just had Josh T. install a laundry sink in our garage and he did a great job. He was professional and efficient. I’d recommend Rowe plumbing and drain and Josh personally as a plumber. I will use Rowe Plumbing again if we ever have a need.

Was crossing the street in Salem today and their truck didn't even slow down while I was halfway across the street. I would never hire them for a job.

We have relied on Crouchley to help maintain our aging plumbing in our older home for close to 20 years now, and have always found them to be kind, professional, highly competent and fair. Most recently, we needed their help fixing a leaky shower faucet that was getting worse each day. They were booked up for a couple of weeks when I called, as were others when I look around. I asked if we could be put on a cancellation list and, as luck would have it, Roger had a cancellation in the field within a day and he was able to come and fix it a week before our scheduled appointment. These folks are dedicated, friendly, know what they're doing, and in it for the long haul.

Thomas was great! It was a simple issue, but I hadn't been able to figure it out myself. He was able to get our hot water working again and also gave us a helpful quote for what it would cost to replace the hot water heater if and when the need for that comes. Thanks Thomas and the rest of the team at Cornel's Plumbing for the quick service call when we had no hot water. You guys are great!

Patrick was great. Came on time, very professional. Aside from finding and fixing the leak in the wall, he even discovered a problem with sub-par work from another plumber that had been done on my water heater (overflow tank had been connected with a galvanized pipe, while the outflow pipe was copper with a brass connection --very bad, led to electrolytic corrosion after only 4 years and ruined the tank).

I talked with Home depot professional install at 10:12 am on 5-2-2020 and was given a quote over the phone with the model of the gas water heater they would put in and explained the process. I received a call exactly 1 hr later from the installer saying that he was on his way. The installer was here at 11:30 went over the job for replacing the water heater to ensure that there would not be any complications and that the quote is correct, and the quote was right on. I did have to replace the expansion tank and that was extra but i expected it. At 3:00 he was cleaned up and pulling away. Excellent job, thank you

I hired Einstein to fix my leaking dishwasher. They did a great job. Fast, efficient, and polite. I would hire them again!

We scheduled them to come out and find a leak in our basement that we assumed was involving our washer. At first the service was fine, the plumber was friendly but happened to misdiagnose the problem. The flooding continued so we called them to come back.For the follow-up appointment, They completely missed their appointment without giving a courtesy call, and called us 2 hours after the window that was given. We set up an appointment for the following Monday, a week later. The day of I called to cancel because of an emergency and there was no record of my appointment. The man on the phone proceeded to tell me it was not their fault that they didn't contact us and for not showing up, or that they had no record of our appointment ... and instead of trying to make it right he just hung up on me.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
