After a timely response and analysis of an unknown plumbing leak source, Moon Valley Plumbing was able to determined the problem and the most cost effective way to repair. Mo, the plumber who performed the work explained everything he wanted to do, and executed flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Moon Valley to anyone looking for professional work at a fair price.

I was very displeased with the last 2 plumbers I had used. I met Franz while he was on another job on Shea and obtained his card as I knew my water heater needed replacing. I was very pleased with the service I received, Franz explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was polite, professional and left no mess.

We have had Eric here for two different plumbing problems and have found him to be very efficient and pleasant as well. I was most impressed with his honesty. He had to return when a leak developed and immediately stated that his company would replace at no cost the toilet tank; the seal had been too tightly adjusted. We also found Max , the scheduler, quite kind and accommodating. Deer Valley is my number one plumbing company.

I needed to change the kitchen Facet, and my Home Insurance send Mr. Zolten Laszlos, from Laszlo's Plumbing, to do the work.

This is an older house, and the kitchen faucet had been there for many year, so it was not an easy job, but Mr.Zolten did a fantastic job! After he was done, he cleaned the area where he worked, leaving it cleaner than it was before he started to work.

Mr. Zolten did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I wish everyone would be as good, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeble as Mr. Zolten.

If you want to have somethig done right, the first time, call Mr. Zolten Laszlos, and you will be extremely pleased with his work!

Jean Paul gave us a good service he is the best

The service call related to a broken kitchen faucet in my home. They fixed the problem with minimal cost in a very effective manner.

James and his partner ( didn’t get his name , but he looked like Jerry Garcia from Grateful Dead so I called him Rock Star!)- were AWESOME. First, they showed up right away, assessed the situation - clogged pipes caused by the super high mineral content in our water here. Solved that, and educated me on saltless water softeners!! We have a salt one at our other house - and the idea of a saltless one was the perfect solution for this home, which we rent out. They quoted me on that - I was so impressed with their honesty, knowledge and fair prices!! I decided that day to install one - from a clogged drain to an install - and they were able to schedule it THAT DAY. I have tried sooo many plumbers - all the “ big ones”- who are outrageously expensive - and did not do a great job, had to return to fix mistakes etc. FINALLY FOUND A PLUMBER I CAN TRUST!! James and rock star from All Hours Plumbing are the best !!!!!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

Had an issue with our hot water heater, Edwards Plumbing was able to show up same day, on time, and get our water heater back in full operation at the price quoted. Very nice to come across an honest plumber who sticks by their word and their work, I plan on using them again and already scheduled a 2nd job.

Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too. I highly recommend making them your go-to if you're in North Phx. Thanks Tutko!
