Always a great company to work with! The staff has done extensive work for me at my home and results are what keep bringing me back.

We wanted a whole backyard makeover... new walls around pool equipment, gazebo structure, improvements to the pool, new grass, sprinklers, lamp posts, etc. Not only did LSL help communicate and guide us through this process, they came in on budget and on time, too. The results still get ooohhh and ahhhhs from my friends that come to visit and the yard (some 5 years after construction on the back yard was done) still holds up REALLY well, unlike so many I did it myself projects tend to do.
I have been able to ask the staff for advice and small follow-ups here and there over the years and have hired them on numerous times to upgrade this, and install new that. It's always done with a friendly smile and capable crew.

The latest project was for some pavers in the front yard. The HOA rejected the proposal at first - seeking more information. The communication between LSL and myself was easy, drama free, and successfully completed in short order. The work done was - as expected - on time, clean, professional, and on budget.

These guys are not the cheapest, less expensive guys in town, but they provide an amazing value. In the numerous projects I have had them run for me, I have never heard drama or observed missed time frames like so many contractors do. I never hear Well so-and-so's truck wouldn't start, so we had to move your job to next week... kind of stuff. Always heard We will be there tomorrow at 7am.... and you can almost set your watch!

These guys are MY guys... so please don't hire them.... I want them all to myself!

The service was excellent. I was kept informed on the status of the work being performed at all times. The planning, installation, and clean-up of the work was performed professionally. The service was very good and performed at a fair price.

In March 2919, after looking at 5 bids, my wife & I selected MasterAZscapes to redo our backyard. With Troy, Darrell & Jesus leading the way they not only “re-did” our backyard they transformed it! I was extremely happy with the work that Outside Living Concepts did for me. I had significant repair to an existing patio slab, extension of the patio, addition of a built-in BBQ/bar and replacement of a putting green. There were some delays due to supply chain issues, but I was always made aware of them with an estimated timeframe for completion of the project. My designer, Reid Havens, was fantastic to work with - very easy-going, professional and most important to me, responsive. The crew was fabulous and worked very hard; they did a thorough clean-up after each phase of the project and were respectful of me and my neighbors. Since my project was completed 3 months ago, I have spent many enjoyable hours on my patio and putting green - it is my happy place! I would recommend Reid and Outdoor Living Concepts to anyone who needs a landscaping project done.

BOTV was simply excellent. I reached out for a quote in October. They immediately contacted me and Louis came out and measured everything out and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. I made 25% payment. They started in mid-March. Pool was the first one that got done. Although no work was done for a few months due to supply chain shortages for marterials, after shotcrete, plumbing etc were placed, the backyard got done within weeks. I got the backyard of dreams in 4 months which is simply unbelievable given the delays. They were extremely communicative and professional. I even got a complimentary cleaning service of the pool for 4 weeks. I highly recommend them for all your backyard work. Can’t believe my eyes when I look at my backyard.

I hired Matt to do hardscape around pool 3 yrs ago. He did a decent job. Took longer than expected but ok job. In the weeks after,, I saw some cracking in travertine and a part broke off, that needed repair. When we called no-one got back to us. We decided to deal with it. Then fast-forward to three years later we decide to call them to get a quote for our front yard...all new landscape. Matt comes out and is agreeable and seemingly professional, even agrees to also fix the travertine left broken from his original job. Apologizing about it. Says he will send the bid for new front yard project and set up date next week to fix old travertine problem. He never sent bid or fixed anything. We texted him and he said he will be out in a couple days, but of course never came. We tried getting in touch again but no luck. Wasted my time! This company is totally unprofessional and can't be counted on. I would not ever use them again. I did end up using another company that did a great job (and also had to hire them to fix Venetian's orig problem).
