I had to replace my Jacuzzi tub spigot. This require tile to be cut to permit my plumber to access it. Alan cut the tile neatly and after the plumber finished, he installed new tile cut perfectly to fit and sealed with caulking. This thoughtful touch will enable any future repair/replacements to be easily & less expensively made. Additionally, Alan replaced some 30 year old hallway floor tile grouting and installed silicon seal to close a gap between indoor tile flooring and the frames for 2 of my outdoor door frames.

He was a pleasure to deal with, did excellent work and cleaned up after himself!

We used urban customs for tile flooring installation 4 years ago in two of our spare bedrooms and contacted them again when we had a water leak and had to get the rest of the flooring in our house replaced. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and remembered us and what our tile looked like from 2018! She also gave us some great advice regarding our kitchen remodel as well. One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.
