Jeff Baker came to our house to give us a quote on a water softening system. He was on time and he was knowledgeable. More importantly he was kind. He was patient with the questions my wife, Monique and I had for him. If the next person is lucky enough to be scheduled with Jeff, it will feel like a visit with a friend. Monique and I are looking forward to next week when the system will be installed!Update.We just got our water softener and reverse osmosis system installed. Adam Rohn could not have been more professional. He answered most of our questions before we ask them. And he was very polite, did a great job on his installation. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Parker and sons and their team of professionals.

The knowledge and expertise were appearant from the first phone call contact. I was almost immediately helped and Brandon even checked in the following day (highly unusual) to ensure everything went as planned. I was very impressed and couldn't be happier with the cost or service.

We called Integrity Plumbing and talked to Mel. Never ever have we had someone working on our plumbing who was as genuine a person and professional as he and his staff were. Our water had to be shut off and they made sure the job was done correctly and timely. I give Integrity Plumbing our highest recommendations!

have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

Over the past 4 years our businesses have paid over 25,000 - 30,000 in services and repairs to Penguin Air and up until this point I have always recommended them and rated them highly on here. We agreed to do their preventative maintenance that they kept pushing on us at each visit. What they didn't say is that you are required to schedule the appointment in order for the work to get done. And regardless if they do it, they will still charge you! I noticed our credit card was charged the other day yet there is no record of any work being done. It is basically just a way for them to get money from you and retain business. I do not recommend this mainteance option and I would suggest only calling them when something is wrong or actually needs to be done. They will charge your card without doing the work if you are on this plan and they will blame it on you if it doesn't happen by saying you have to schedule it. Well if I haven't scheduled it why are you charging me? So I called to scheduled it and the guy told me he could get someone out to get our ACs ready for the summer. I said Ok when can you get someone out. His responses August 31-September 1st. I remind you this is to get the unit ready for summer. What a joke! Also other appointments take priority over the preventative maintenance too. So long story short, stay away from agreeing to do this because it won't happen if you don't schedule it but they will still charge you for it! Only call when you have an emergency because maybe then you will be a priority regardless of how much money you spend!

Elemental Plumbers did an amazing job! I had heard really good service from some friends and decided to give them a call for a few plumbing issues I was having around the house. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it. I appreciated the honesty and him taking the time to explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it.

I love Donley.....Everytime I call them they provide fast professional service and THEY ALWAYS SAVE MY DAY ??? We run over 20 stores and everyday if it one thing or the other that needs repair its nice to have a company like Donley that comes to our rescue !!!! Their techs are always on time and communicate what needs to be done and their prices are fair for excellent job and excellent customer service they provide. Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Excellent service. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and my options for repairs. Price was much more reasonable than a company used two years ago for the same issue.
