Zach was on time and very pleasant to work with. He was very thorough when he inspected the electrical system for a rewiring bid. He spent over two hours checking out the electrical panels and outlets.I am confident that he was thorough. He talked with me throughout the process and was very personable.

We had a main sewer line blockage with water backing up into the house. They came out to take a look and diagnosed the problem and quoted us $2800 to fix. Got a second opinion and the fix was $300 and everything now works perfect. Not impressed that had we proceeded the cost would have been an extra $2500.

Springs Plumbing installed some outdoor faucets for me. Their price was reasonable and their work was clean and swift. I had to delay their arrival and they did their best to accommodate me. I would use them again.

Andrew was great. I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.

My plumber, Adam, was great to work with. He was very good at keeping in contact with me do that I knew just when to expect him. This side showered me to prepare in advance so that he could complete the job as easily and quickly as possible.



He worked in a professional manner and communicated very well with my home warranty company so that I got the best solution, not a temporary band-aid quick fix. He asked my opinion about every option that I had to modify my plumbing for a water heater replacement. He got my aged heater up and running long enough to make it to the planned replacement, so I was never without hot water.



The customer experience with the office is a different story. They are pleasant and friendly, but they seem to be understaffed. I called them multiple times and was always placed on an extended hold. Then, you can never get back to the person that you were last speaking to and have to explain your situation anew each time you call. They need to hire more dispatchers so that they can answer your call in a timely fashion and be able to have the customer continue a discussion with the same agent.

I called at 8:30 at at night and rather than try to sell me on a service call, Walt walked me through what I was doing!!! He may end up here tomorrow anyway but I so appreciate his willingness to help!

The team arrived on time, I gave them 5 projects that I'd saved up for a while, leaking faucets, corroded shut-off valves, corroded diverters, and a leaking shower handle. They wore booties, kept everything clean, and did a solid repair job. GB is not the cheapest, but they do consistently good work that I feel confident about. Same company also installed our AC units. After 10 years of doing business with them, I have not been disappointed.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Quinton was out guy today and was absolutely fantastic. Very kind, polite and professional. Would ask for him by name in the future.

American Discount Plumbing came within 24 hours of my initial call. I received my quote over the phone and the owner stuck to the quoted price did which included some extra work at a minimal charge. Nu Flow went above and beyond with their services. Exceptional customer service. I received quotes from multiple plumbing companies, Nu Flow was not the least expensive but I felt the most comfortable with their company and communication. Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
