We had a leak from our kitchen sink that was leaking into the outside side yard. We were dealing with another company for 10 days without resolution. Aaron came over early the next day and was able to identify and fix the pipe promptly. He was very helpful and did a great jobs. We will definitely be using Diamondback for all our plumbing needs.

I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. James & Max Came to My Home Because I needed a Good Disposer for Septic Mild Use. James Recommended a Great Brand and Installed It along with an extender to my water heater giving hot water faster and longer. he also flushed my heater he and Max installed a shower head and checked my water pressure and repaired a loose pipe under my sink. They were on time wore foot booties knew what they were doing! The price was good and they were so pleasant. Michelle in the office is delightful and knowledgeable. Charged us $1,900 for a simple jet wash that we later learned should have cost between $300 and $500. Caveat emptor and all that, sure, but also, how about not being shady and taking advantage of people? And that's exactly what they do—people with plumbing emergencies have to act quickly, and they're banking on getting to you first and telling you whatever you need to hear to close your business. The business model is to send a driver to your house who is not authorized to do anything but call a supervisor. The supervisor comes out and up-sells you services, and then up-charges you for them. The driver doesn't get paid unless they sell you services. I know, because a driver told me so and, from talking to him, I suspect that he is also being taken advantage of by this company. We used them a couple times actually. Every time, the new guys tell us the old guys don't work there anymore. This would be a great story for local investigative news.

All Hours Plumbing came out to our house 9/25/2022 to repair the emergency drain on our washing machine after it came unseated, resulting in some water leaking through the floor. The technician was great, responded immediately and replaced/ sealed the new drain. After the tech left, I later tested the seal that night by pouring a small amount of water in the drain pan and the water leaked through the same path once more. I called the company back and the tech said he would be out the next morning at 10am sharp to reseal the drain and or do some additional work we discussed.

This is where the 1 star review comes in, the tech never showed up, zero communication text, call etc. When attempting to call either the Google company number or tech we had communicated previously with, I received a prompt that the number had call restrictions and is unable to complete my call (The Company appeared to have blocked both our numbers). Mind you these were the same numbers we were regularly communicating on the prior two days. Even stranger, I called each number back from a separate phone and it went through no problem.

Managed to speak with Ashley at the -2615 number and she offered no explanation and said she would look into it. Had to call her back hours later to find out she had spoken with the tech and he stated I refused water service, issued me a refund and told me to find another plumber. I never refused any service, never asked for a refund and instead was under the impression i would be paying them for additional work as the tech and I discussed.

Overall bad experience, unprofessional, poor communication. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in the valley to choose from. To the owner, please don't bother responding to this review, the opportunity to make the situation right has since passed.

9/29/2022 Update in response to owners reply:
The initial replacement of the drain was completed as recommended by the tech, no problem that was great, happily paid. I did not demand anything of the tech the following day, simply called the tech the same night (recorded calls will verify this to be true) and noted it was still leaking after a small test and he mentioned he could come out the next day and reseal or we could opt for the outfitting of a different drain and fasten it to the floor from underneath.

9/27/2022, the tech confirmed that he would be out at 10am on 9/28/2022 to replace the drain and fasten to the floor (new job, agreed to pay for this). I never demanded anything, asked for a refund, nor refused to pay for any service; only asked if there was any flexibility on pricing for the additional work. I don’t appreciate the accusation that I am defaming anyone, get your information straight.

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!
