I was in the process of purchasing an older home and completion of inspections is a time sensitive matter which Hero completely understood. I spoke with them and they were able to get someone out there the same day and the inspection report w/video was provided the next day.

Maritza was so kind, followed up throughout and answered all of my questions, was in communication with me providing updates on anything outstanding and provided overall excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the speed that they were able to turn around the inspection or the customer service.

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Your service rep, Ronny, was fantastic. He was personable and capable. He fixed our clogged drain within minutes and was extremely polite and professional. I utilized Bumble Bee to fix my kitchen faucet. Javier was the specialist who provided my service and he was amazing! First off, he was very professional from the moment he stepped into my home. He was knowledgeable about the products needed to fix my faucet, very understanding of me wanting to keep my Delta faucet (and not purchase a new one). He went above and beyond to contact Delta, ordered the parts needed and will be returning to continue the job once my parts arrive! All smiles the entire visit! I extremely impressed!
