Our techs today were Ivan & Rod, who was just starting the apprenticeship program. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional & took the time to actually listen to the problem we were experiencing. They flushed the system out & replaced our wall valve & supply line. I was very glad that it was not an under the house pipe issue!They even came back with a Korky part that my hubby had just bought yesterday & had wanted to keep...thanks so much guys!Parker & Sons has helped us several times...everybody from the office employees to the techs that come out are always kind, professional & 100% customer focused. After connecting wiring that had come undone, service technician Remington noticed a slight bulge at rim of boot on base of tank which indicates water leakage. Quite a good catch as the water could only be seen when light directly reflected on top edge of boot. Pin hole leak not big enough yet to cause visible leakage onto floor.

Great guy!! Was in the house for 5 mins and assessed the problem. Could have done what other did and just router out the pipes, instead found that the problem was inside the drain and not the pipes. Best $55 I ever spent.

Really great experience! My AC was not working and I consulted a bunch of different companies before setting on Penguin Air and Plumbing. Loved it. Jimmy was great. He helped us out with exactly what we wanted, waited around patiently for us to make up our minds, didn't pressure us to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars, and was very respectful. Definitely request him.

PLEASE PLEASE, stay far away from the Shady Plumber. We had a small leak in a shower that we tried fixing ourselves, and had trouble getting everything to fit back together perfectly. Sunny came and told us that our hard water had rotted a hole through the valve which he showed me, and quoted $1,400 to replace the entire valve, plus the cost of a subcontractor to come and rip the tile out of our shower. The tech was on the phone with his boss discussing the project, and I heard him say, 'no I can talk, the homeowner is in his office and can't hear me.' Obviously they were scheming about how to come up with a more expensive project. His boss came and also said we immediately need a new hot water heater ($1,733). They also ran a cam through the sewer and quoted $15,000 needed to replace our entire sewer line.

I got a 2nd opinion, and the other plumber said that there is nothing wrong with the shower valve, just an old piece of spring stuck back there which is why it wouldn't fit. He fixed it in a half hour for a small service charge and DIDN'T have to rip apart our bathroom. The 2nd opinion stated we could probably use a new hot water heater but it's certainly not as dire as Sunny described (Quote $1,000 to replace, compared to $1,733 by Sunny for the exact same replacement). I will be having the other plumbers check out the sewer as well, as I'm sure Sunny was gouging and exaggerating there as well.

After Sunny left, the rep began calling me every 20 minutes trying to get me to commit to the work they quoted to begin - they wanted to start digging up the sewer that same afternoon! Very high pressure, clearly working on commission, and legitimately making up repairs that don't need to be done. They had my wife scared to death about our plumbing situation, and she had been there alone certainly would have been duped into just signing away on all their ridiculous work and quotes.

They run on a script and do NOT stop. They were talking about water softeners, which I agree may be necessary for our home and I was interested in hearing. He started with details on the lowest level and worked his way up. After getting halfway through his description of the 2nd level unit, my wife tried to stop him, saying I think that's enough, we would only want the cheaper version. He said, Ok, but I'll just continue and tell you all the others. They are like programmed robots trying to suck you dry. DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS, SHOP LOCAL, and ALWAYS GET A 2ND QUOTE!

Replaced my hose bibs outside. All of them. The guy was good and was pretty quick too. Nice guy

We recently bought a house in Paradise Valley . Chaz Robert company did the install of the A/C unit with the previous owner. 2 weeks ago the east wing ac went down. Chaz Robert came after few days claiming it was not urgent. The tech said that the grounding was defective . We have been without a/c for 10 days .This company is not accountable and I will not recommend.

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

I don't normally write these things, but these people are THE BEST.
This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in AZ.
They are honest and fast, you don't find that very often.
