Apointment scheduled easily, service was scheduled for between 2 and 5pm, the crew arrived just after 2. Started and finished and were gone before I knew it.

Jason found and quickly repaired our leak in our yard in extremely hot temperature.

Repaired a flange on the toilet, but upon reinstall the float broke. Tech probably grabbed it to tighten the water supply line. Anyway, that broke, then the rep just walked away from the job. Walked in a day later to a flooded house. Be sure to stay on top of your technician. He will leave you a flood if you you do not monitor him. Tried to get me to pay another 130 trip fee to fix the flood as well. Note to plumber: if you hear or see a leak, at least have the courtesy to turn off the water and tell me. Toilet was hissing! And don't say you just lift the toilet, I saw a pic w the tank cover off.

I had a great experience with Custom plumbing of Arizona. I had an issue with my sewer line which was causing back ups within my home. The orangeburg piping that was used on my home which was constructed in the 1960's had partially collapsed. I was told this is a common issue with older homes. I had bids from numerous other companies and decided to go with Custom Plumbing due to them having the lowest bid and also due to them having a great track record from other reviewers. They were able to use a trenchless technology which allowed them to replace my sewer line without tearing up my backyard landscaping which saved me quite a bit of money!

On time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Hot and cold water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be replaced in the middle of the night. Parker and Sons were the only ones that made themselves available, I called ten companies. Job was done professionally and efficiently.

Such an outstanding experience with Springs plumbing specially with Alan, fantastic and professional person. They provided us their time scheduled and met up their words on that time frame! Timely, professional, found and resolved the problem quickly. When it comes to the smell of gas and concerns about health and well-being, it’s great to know that A prompt, honest, and capable technician could be dispatched and manage a resolution as quickly as James did. I would use Pruitt’s again.

The pipes were relined, called repiping, excellent work, very considerate to me, and all necessary damage was repaired completely. I totally recommend Peerless Piping.
