This company was our rainbow after the storm. We needed help after several issues with our home. We recently had issues with another contractor and lost hope with contractors, but Tyler and his business are not like the others.

We called early one morning and he was at our door step in less than an hour. We explained to him that we had a time line to complete the project (1 week) and Tyler and his company made it happen. After all the other issues we had finances were tight, but TSM offered many different options to complete the job. Any questions or concerns we had TSM answered and answered instantaneously. We are more than pleased with the customer service, time it took to complete the project and the how it turned out.

TSM came out a couple days later and and the work done in 5 hours may even less! We were shocked and the neighbors we in awe at there pace. Have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. It was a BIG PLUS that they were the best bid we got! We WILL be referring TSM to anyone that needs a new roof.

RENCO Roofing was wonderful to work with! Scheduling a timely appointment was simple. Jari expertly assessed our situation (which in the end was a simple fix) and solved the problem for us without charge. Thank you, Jari and Renco Roofing!

We needed our patio roof redone because it was old and had a few leaks throughout. Had a few companies come out and give us an estimate. Jesse was very professional and explained everything well. The crew had the old patio roof removed and the new one installed in a few hours. Craig followed up with us and went over what was done. The office staff is awesome and everyone was very professional. Would definitely recommend!

They were very responsive, professional, worked with us on timeline based on HOA approval, and very competitive pricing, can't say enough about using them other than you won't be sorry!

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

They found and fixed a leak in my roof. They were very up front on what needed to be done and charged me a fair amount for the work that was done.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

Very unprofessional company I would not use them.I was just run off the road by one of their drivers and upon callingThey really did not care..Obviously ... spoke with Dean he was trying to be polite but unhelpful , then traffic supervisor hung up on me because he was rude and interrupting me, I'll get his name later. If you read other reviews you will see other people had problems with their drivers cutting them off on the road and being rude. until I speak to the owners of this company about their driving policy I will continue to let people know about this company and the way they act and treat people. It is very clear the only thing they care about is a rolling billboard sign, not the safety of people. I know if I own the company and I had drivers for me cutting people off on the road they would not be working there much longer I wouldn't be defending them in any way when you work for a company you represent that company especially when you're wearing their logo and driving there logo. No the incident occurred a few months ago and all the information was given to Dean and he knew exactly who the driver was but I'm sure that's been swept under the carpet. Take it up with Dean I tried to respond to your comments but I couldn't so I just added to my review. I do appreciate you reaching out as the owner and asking this information I wish you were as attentive a few months ago I had the information. Turned out almost 1,300 people so am I review on your company just one person didn't do business with you out of that 1300 my job is done. I honestly didn't like the way I was being spoken to by your employees besides the lousy driving

NO CALL BACK to set appointment. After 5 days, they still never called to schedule or do an estimate. Seems like they don't want business.

We have used them for two repairs now. Happy with the quality of work. At times feels like they are a bit slow to communicate but it may be because they are a smaller company. Other than that we recommend them to all who ask us.

My husband called Nextgen for his mother’s roof. They responded quickly with a quote. They kept my husband informed of the progress throughout the job and did a fabulous job. My husband is pleased and has piece of mind knowing his mom has a good roof over her head. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Called and left my name and number twice with the office girl who said she would pass my information to someone and never received a call back.

I work for this company in the production area as a tile setter... I think the company takes very good care of their employees... I would recommend anyone looking for a job to apply here...
