Best Water Supply Line in Phoenix AZ

Words can't describe how satisfied I was with service! Definitely the best plumbing company! Couple of months ago sink was leaking so I contacted Custom Cooling &Plumbing. Not only that appointment is scheduled as soon as possible, but they sent KYLE ......the best plumber I ever met and believe me.....So many worked on it, but no one couldn't do the job properly. Kyle needed just minute-two, looked under the sink, went to get part and before I knew ...... all done. He is very professional, very friendly and above all, very knowledgeable. After awhile I had "kitchen remodeling company" working and they left with no water pressure from sink faucet. After one phone call KYLE came same day and once again demonstrated professionalism and knowledge. It has been several months now and there is no leak which was weekly issue before Kyle came. I would definitely recommend Custom Cooling & Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Thanks again for your service!

I had a reoccurring problem with backed up plumbing for a couple of months. Two companies came out before Simba Plumbing and were not able to fix the issue. Stefan used his camera and was able to detect that we had roots in our main line. He replaced the pipe and we haven't had any issues since. Really appreciate his hard work. Highly recommend.

Javier was very professional and made good recommendations for my water heater.

Noticed my 30 year old Water Heater was leaking and saw major rust around the bottom of the unit. Called NXTLVL they were able to schedule me same day, Alex was at my house in less than 2 hours. Got a great quote, new Water Heater was installed in a couple of hours. Everything was explained and Alex cleaned everything up. This company hands down is the best! Had an issue and got Absolutely screwed by another company by over $500. They didn't fix the problem and had Chad come out and he actually listened to me and didn't try to sell me something. He showed me what the problem was and explained why it was happening. He explained what he was doing to fix it and showed me what to expect in the next few days. here i am a week later and my issues are fixed only wish i would have called them the first go around.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

I Jeremy contacted the Youngtown az office to see about a new water heater. very friendly. Got a confirmation of appt 04/15/19. The installer Trevor even called to let know he was on the way and about an hour out. Trevor was very professional and courteous. The work done looks great. Thank You

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

Chris and Tom did a outstanding job for us yesterday morning. They installed a Halo water conditioning system, fixed a leaking hose bib, replaced a garbage disposal, and installed a new kitchen faucet.
