Our tech, Jesse, is great at explaining the diagnosis as well as what he does to correct it.They always take care to keep their work area clean, and I'm never left with a mess after it's completed. I know anytime I have a plumbing issue, which happens with older houses, they will get it fix in a timely manner.

While drilling concrete to perform termite work, one of my technicians punctured a water line that was improperly installed. Not only did Steve from Robins Plumbing respond quickly and take care of the issue, but he discovered another leak beneath the slab. Not with any technical equipment mind you (which they have), but with pure experience. Because of the quick response, we were able to complete the job ontime. Also, my customer was happy he was able to discover the other leak before costly damage was done to the home. I am totally impressed with Steve and Robins Plumbing. I would highly recommend them!

I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. Had a new shower installed by Pacific Bath. Charles was sent to do the plumbing. He is extremely professional, detail oriented, and very efficient. Later I discovered a leak, likely caused by the demo crew. Absolutely not the plumber's fault. Charles came back and fixed the problem quickly. It was a bit pricey, but at least I know it was done correctly.

We had such a good experience from the first time we contacted Simba Plumbing. We got a quote over the phone and it was less than HALF of what the competition wanted! Travis was very awesome at install checking in during the day and installing within the time frame estimated. Will only use them!

Quick and experienced service

This company is by far the worse we have ever now. They did not finish the job. And still charge ur 9700.00 They left holes in our cement closing our walls. Didn't even try to contact the insurance company we had come out of pocket for everything. They're one of the biggest liars with ever run across by. They lie and tell you they're gonna get hold of your insurance company and help you out but they don't do it they do the job then they bill you and then leave you hanging. You want some s***** a** work done on your house and go ahead and use this company. Want to waste your money.

They literally go above and beyond. They sent a text letting us know exactly when they were coming and who was coming with a photo. Showed up on time (literally same day as we have them no notice) did an amazing job with the repair and coiled the hose outside that was a mess when they arrived. I wish I could give mor than a 5 star review because they deserve it. So professional it was shocking as I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a very long time.

These guys are phenomenal. They replumbed our whole house at an affordable rate and didn't fight us on the camera Inspection. Others wanted to charge us extra just time do the inspection and give us a proper quote.



Lewis and Jason kept me updated the whole time and communicated changes and options as to what was most affordable and/or easier.

I would refer them over and over!

Tzvi Asa came 2 hours earlier. He looked over the problem and decided he could repair rather than replace the flushometer. Tzvi cleaned up and since he is a tall young man I asked if he would replace 2 return air filters. With no hesitation he did. Beside being a good service person he is good man. He was recommended and I will thank my friend.

Have used Quail plumbing numerous times and both family and friends have been happy with quality and value.

One of my customers mentioned she was struggling to come up with the money she needed to pay Xxxxxx Xxxxxx again. The again spurred me to recommend Quail. She contacted them. They performed a comprehensive inspection and saved her 100%. Not a typo! She did not need ANYTHING!



I did not mention the company because it does not matter. If you need (or think you need) a plumber CALL QUAIL!



BTW - Ignore the map. They've helped me across Maricopa County, even once at O'dark:30. Just call 'em.

Tony did a great job installing my water shut off valves. He was very professional. He takes pride in the job he is doing. I would use Tony and Rooter Ranger again for any plumbing services.
