.Mike went above and beyond my request. O will be replaced ing current garage cabinets and I requested Mike replace my current older water heater. I asked him to let me know when the old one is removed and I would tear out the floor of the current cabinet and he could place the new water heater on the garage floor. Mike went ahead and tore out the old cabinet and placed the new unit in the open space on the garage floor. Mike did not need to do all that work but did and it was very appreciated ten out of five stars for Mike
