Best Water Slab Leak in Phoenix AZ

Josh came out in the middle of the night on a Sunday! Was out to my house in 30mins. Had an issue where both the tub and the toilets weren't draining. After trying a few things he was able to get everything going. Seriously a life saver. Friendly and courteous the entire time. Definitely recommend these guys if you need a plumber especially at odd hours.

A piece of jewelry fell in the sink and I panicked. I called Pink Plumbing and the gentleman on the phone helped me over the phone. He told me step-by-step on how to disassemble the plastic pipe. Diamondback plumbing is an outstanding company. Not only do their plumbers know what they are doing they are the best in the business. My GOD! I was blown away at how they are patient and fix the issues correctly, but the staff in the office are amazing as well. They have great personalities, smell awesome and I would trust them with my children.They make sure all the issues are addressed, and I love them more than my wife, They never drop the ball and if there is a scheduling issue, they will contact you immediately. Hired Simba through the Thumbtack app for a Reverse Osmosis system install under my kitchen sink (bought the system myself). They were very quick to respond and provide an estimate, then scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Service technician arrived early and finished quickly. System looks good and works great. Would definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Maintenance tech Nicolas conducted annual maintenance check on our Navien water heater. Highly impressed with him. Very knowledgeable. Very personable & friendly. Took time to answer my questions, and explained the importance of correct water pressure in the system. Very professional. I recommend giving him a raise. Also, very impressed by phone staff when requesting maintenance check.

We were apprehensive using a company we were unfamiliar with. Joe J. with Deer Valley Plumbing arrived on time and immediately began his analysis after listening to our concerns with our plumbing issue. He then explained exactly what was needed, offered pricing and upon our approval began the repairs. He was done in a timely manner, explained, in detail, exactly what he did, completed a "double check" to make sure there were no unseen problems and we must say he really exceeded our expectations.
