Best Water Heater Repair Tankless Water Heater in Phoenix AZ

I initially called on a Saturday and Craig came out the next day! He took a look at the work and recommended a follow up visit to have a camera inspection done on my sewer line. Craig and Jessie promptly showed up at the scheduled time to do the camera inspection. I also mentioned that I had a leaking hose bib and they were able to replace it the same day. Finding good contractors is hard but Craig and Jessie proved that I can count on Custom Plumbing and from here on out, Custom Plumbing will be my go-to plumber.

Called for appointment to have water softener looked at Techs checked it out no issues and gave advise. Talked about our water heater which was 21 years old and decided to go with a Tankless water heater and have 3 house bibs replaced. Received the bid 2 hours later and scheduled 3 days out. The Techs were fantastic! The 1st call cost $179 and when done was under $5,000 we have hot water quickly throughout 5200 sq ft home. They also have a Service program for maintaining Tankless (Flush out mineral deposits) and change water filters which we will sign up for. Quality and Communication is what you can expect from this company.

Arrived early, diagnosed and fixed two problems, worked quickly and with good cheer.

Yesterday we discovered our bathroom sink was leaking, and about 24 hours later David from Deer Valley Plumbing was finishing up repairing it. They’re friendly, professional, prompt (we were given a four hour window for the quote, he arrived within the first 20 minutes), communicative, and very competent.

We had a very difficult plumbing problem. It involved backed up toilets and showers due to root damage in our sewage system. Cody was the tech specialist that came and used his skills to detect the exact location of the problem and solved it. It was intense at times as we feared there may not be a perfect outcome, but they were able to complete the work. The yard was dug up with much hard work The yard was left just perfect and our house has better sewage than it has ever had. The best part was that we were kept informed each step of the way. Champion Plumbing replaced our entire pipes (from the old orangeburg to new) - we waited to post a review to give the full scoop and happy to say, we have had no issues at all - everything runs so smoothly!



Additionally, they helped connect an old gas line so we could use a gas stove and offered a MUCH better price than the other big company plumbers we got quotes from.



We gave five stars because we prioritize the quality of the work done over promptness. Occasionally, the crew was late or it was difficult to get a response on a tedious issue (separate project details needed for permit), but EVERY time they delivered solid work and resolved the issues.



We appreciate having a company that we can trust with the more foundational projects of the home, because, let's be honest, no one wants backed up pipes ?

The guy they sent to my house was trying to rip me off by charging me extra money, saying he needed to saw open my wall to fix problem I called my home warranty the problem was covered it was just a valve which he replaced easily by removing the shower knobs I'll make sure I never call these guys again.

Matt and Jordan were the service team to repair the leak under the kitchen sink. Very professional in appearance and mannerisms! We used Plumbers of Maricopa before and will continue to do so! Great job guys!

I am very pleased with Laszlos Plumbing services. Zoltan has completed several plumbing jobs: replacing water faucet on the exterior wall, moving fridge water box to a different location (this required cutting out a large area of the wall and drilling through the studs). He worked quickly and really thoroughly in both times. I also value that Zoltan works very tidy and leaves the place even cleaner than it was before starting the job.
