Best Water Heater Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We had a water heater go out on us last year. Colin came out to save us. He did not try to over sell us. He put up with a lot of questions and did not pressure us with anything. We liked him so much we asked him to return to fix another problem and then another. Request him every time. He’s personable and patient and never judges us. We are grateful to have someone we trust with our plumbing issues. Plumbing is not cheap but we know the work is done well. If we had any problems, it was fixed asap.

I was able to have them at my house first thing Monday morning for a leaking pipe. The guys were very professional, courteous and followed Covid-19 protocol. Fast, friendly, service, I will definitely use them again.

Work done on site was excellent, Jerry was pleasant and worked efficiently. My frustration was several incidents of poor communication between office and plumbers doing the service. Potential to be 5 star but until communication improves I give it 3 stars.

Chris was great! He cleared out my rusty old drain at a fair price, in a friendly & professional manner. I've gone through lots of plumbers but I've now found one I'll be using for all future needs.

I'd like to thank Moon Valley Plumbing for their help today with a clogged kitchen sink. I called in the morning, was told it would be tomorrow and I could get on the cancellation listing for today if something popped up. It popped up and they were here this afternoon to help. Alex arrived and we discussed the issues and some previous repairs/cleaning we had done last year. He made several suggestions and we went with his best assessment and plan to clear the drain. We agreed on a price, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Alex offered a few other "preventative maintenance" items to help prevent future problems. Thanks Alex for the quick work of a stubborn problem.

The last year or so has been a very challenging time for our family. In Nov 2019, our 7-year-old son was diagnosed with Leukemia. Months later, as a nation, we were hit with COVID-19, which drastically impacted my wife's industry, "Hospitality and Event Management", as well as many others. After assessing the issue, they were very prompt and professional in offering us both long-term and short-term options that would best fit our budget.Given the issues mentioned at the beginning of this post, disposable cash on hand is a luxury we don't really have at the moment, so we opted to move forward with the lower cost temporary solution and scheduled the work to be completed the following day. The next morning when Ignasio and Edward arrived, they let us know that the Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. leadership team had been made aware of our recent life challenges and offered to implement the permanent solution at no cost to us.Ignasio and Edward's kind and incredibly generous news warmed our hearts and brought tears to our eyes. Prompt and courteous. Fixed the problem in a few minutes. My husband struggled for hours and failed to do the job. This is why we have professionals.

Prompt service, nice repair guy, but the labor price I was quoted was $400 for a 30-minute project, plus the retail cost for parts. I fixed it myself, with no plumbing knowledge in, you guessed it: 25 minutes. That’s about $800 an hour plus the $49 dispatch fee plus parts. No thanks.

Tyler Clark was the tech...on time and professional. Diagnosed problem promptly...reviewed options for correcting problem. Explained situation clearly and reviewed my options clearly. Tyler is professional and friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend.

These guy were amazing, no fault of theirs they had to come back the next morning. Because i did no have a cleanout they had to go up on the roof to fix the issue. They even removed a dead animal from the roof!. The techs were the best ever, I will use no other than Champion pluming!

I had one guard before and they sent this company to replace my water heater in 2016 they told me it was a brand new water heater.My water heater already messed up flooded my bathroom and my kids room and it’s supposed to have a 6 year warranty, I called another plumbing company and they checked the water heater and they advised that water heater isn’t new it was from 2013, before even checking the water heater the tech said oh you have a old water heater I said no this is new just got it 3 years he said it’s not one of the new water heaters I will check the serial number and yup he was right I was an old water heater and now these people will not do anything about it! Very upset because I paid for a brand new water heater that didn’t even last. DO NOT recommend this company at all.

Jacob was very friendly and optimistic of the outcome. Prices are great from unclogging drain to repairs involving breaking the concrete and trenching. No need to bother comparing to other companies.

I made a great choice in calling Plumbers of Maricopa. Their website has a Chat box which was so helpful for it allowed me to reach out before their office opened and communicate with Chris and share with him my situation. Upon their office opening, Chris called and scheduled a time to come out and review the issue. Chris was prompt, professional, polite, efficient, kind and cost was very reasonable.
