Best Water Heater Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Scheduler was pretty rude. :/ Decided against going with them.

Ben and Nate were great to work with. They explained things clearly. Were hard working. Followed through with everything they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves. And even adjusted my final bill where appropriate to make it as affordable as possible because we all know plumbing is not cheap. We had a water heater installed. Two toilets and an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Hope to use them in the future to install a propane line for a gas stove.

The crew was so hard working and pleasant! Highly recommend!

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

After some scheduling issues the plumber that showed up, Levi, did a very good job. He was very neat and efficient. My only complaint is the scheduling issues. Twice I was told that someone would be there and both times I was called several hours after I had been waiting to say that it would be another day.

We had a wonderful experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. They were courteous and on time. The job was done to the highest professional level and pricing was very reasonable. At the end they were thorough and doubled check to make sure everything was right and cleaned up after themselves. We recommend Moon Valley to anyone looking to get plumbing work done from a family owned company!

My friend reffered Custom Plumbing of AZ. Glad she did too. I had a septic tank problem. Other companies kept telling me it was my sewer lines. James told me exactly what was wrong. I'm giving it 2 stars, because at the end of the day, they did fine work, and got my tenants back up and running with hot water. But $4,000 for a 50 gallon gas water heater is highway robbery. My normal plumber was unavailable at the time, and tenant family of 8 needed hot water ASAP, so I was left without too many options.

We were so pleased with how fast Deer Valley Plumbing was able to get out and replace our old hot water heater. The technicians, Remington and Wolf, were personable and professional and had the job done in a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

Nate was on time and pleasant. He finished sooner than I thought he would.

Back in May my tankless heater needed repairs. All parts were supplied under warranty by the manufacturer. Pruitts was hired to exchange all the parts provided. After they were at my home I had hot water and assumed the job was done.

Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, my unit starts leaking water and throwing the same error codes. I contacted the manufacturer to see if it was all still under warranty. Part of their determination is to take photos of the unit. After they compared my old photos to my new photos they noticed the parts were never exchanged. They still had the old date stamp on them, so unfortunately it is no longer covered under warranty.

So I contacted Pruitts to help make this situation right and allowed them to do their own investigation. Upon doing so, they called me and said I was lying about the parts being provided to the tech to do his job.

Im speechless. I now have nothing under warranty because they did not replace the parts provided and I am stuck with a completely destroyed unit in need of replacing (thousands of dollars in repairs). Do not trust them! They are dishonest from top to bottom.

All I can say is wow!!! I called Tzvi from Asa plumbing and told him that I had multiple plumbers look at my busted water heater who told me that they had to do more work on the installation then they would like and they would have to charge me an arm and a leg for it,Tzvi came down and replaced my water heater with no issue at all! When I came home after work I looked over the installation over and saw what a spectacular job he did! The flu pipe was pitched perfectly and he cleaned up after himself,it looked as if he was never there!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

I am very happy with my decision to call Rooter Ranger. I could not get my kitchen sink to drain no matter what I tried, and Casey came out within an hour of my call and provided outstanding service. In fact, after discovering the clog was so bad that not even snaking could clear it, he spent several hours diligently redoing what was obviously not done well by another plumber in the not-too-distant past. I was shown with a camera the pipes before and after the cleaning (something the other plumber did not do) and now am confident that I don't have to live in fear of my sink backing up. Casey and this company as a whole take integrity very personally, and I am very grateful for the excellent service provided. I would not hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again.



And I would like to say a special thank you to Casey. Casey, you worked really hard to get those pipes squeaky clean. You could have just showed me some clean spots with the camera and called it a day and I would have never known the difference. But you are too honorable for that. You worked until every inch of that pipe was clean, even though it was one of the worst buildups you've ever seen. Thank you for doing the kind of job that you would want somebody to do for you. You're the best!

We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. We had plugged drains in the kitchen. Zoltan was out the next morning within the committed time frame and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. He wore gloves and a mask the entire time. I would highly recommend Laszlo Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
