This company is a bunch of crooks. They charge way to much and do crappy work. Trying to get them back is impossible after you pay them.

Unfortunately I have to contact the ROC. Don't waste your time. There are so many other creditable plumbers out there.

We called Robin's plumbing and were helped by Autumn and Damon.The whole process was very easy. Booking was smooth and they were flexibile with rescheduling due to me being sick. Once they were able to get in they did a great job diagnosing the issue with our tub and connecting us with the appropriate resources due to the extent of our plumbing issues.Autumn and Damon did a great job educating us on the issue, explaining our options, and reassuring us that it would be ok! I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

Had a problem on Sunday 12/29/19. I was repeatedly lied to by the ‘call center’ who takes the information. Told me it will be “Two hours for a technician to arrive”. My original call was at 11:07am and he arrived at 4:30pm. I understand delays; I do not understand lying to new customers! I sat waiting over 5 hours for the tech to show. Then he was here a few hours and did fix the problem, but he made two mistakes. 1.) charged the wrong amount on my card and it took 9 days, a phone call and an email to get the adjustment, and 2.) The plastic parts and debris not cleaned up and left in my shower was like stepping on Legos when I used my shower the next 2 times!! Not cool and definitely not professional. I do NOT recommend Rooter Hero, and will let others know of my negative experience.

I have used Pruitt's plumbing twice, excellent service both times, first one was a broken pipe in my shower wall James repaired it with minimal tile removal and I also replace all my fixtures And Fossett's for reasonable price.

The 2nd time was a leaking water heater electric, Matt showed up on time removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one and all new fittings within A few hours. The price was right and and from the first phone call they kept me informed of when they would arrive and called again ten minutes before they arrived.

Tzvi was very good on communicating his arrival time. Once he arrived he asked what the problem was and got straight to work. He was quick to find the issue and alleviate it. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff was courteous onsite after two hours, however not the quickest response. They did well at removing blockage but their prices where higher than the industry standards when it came to sewer line repairs.I would advise to get a second quote before continuing with work. It would seem that techs make their own prices.
