I was given a referral for Moon Valley Plumbing by two friends of mine and they were right! Alex was assigned to our shower installation in a mobile home. He was prompt, super helpful and did a fantastic job, all for a great price! I highly recommend this company and especially Alex!!

Repairman from Benjamin Franklin was nice and friendly. He came out for a scheduled maintenance on my 4 year old water heater! Water was drained and replaced. The anode rod was replaced as it was clearly corroded and confirmed with my brother-in-law who is a Plummer via FaceTime. However before the repairman left, he showed me that my water pressure regulator was reading 100 psi and that my regulator was going bad. I chose not to replace as it would have cost about $600. I called my water company and they will be out tomorrow to check on it and adjust the water pressure! I will see what they say whether it needs to be replaced! I am wondering why the repairman did not offer to adjust it! We will see what Epcor, my water Company, says tomorrow!Follow Up:Water company confirmed water regulator was shot! Confirmed 100 psi! Asked for recommendation on a local plumber! Local plumber called to replace -Cost to replace - $250 QUITE A DIFFERENCE FROM $600.Will never use Benjamin Franklin again!GO LOCAL!!

Was having problems with my RO system and happened call when they were running a special. They not only fixed the problem but gave me some great tip to improve the system. Very happy either their service.

Miranda came out with his prenant girlfriend to fix a leaking toilet. I told him that I thought the leak came from where the bolts connected the tank to the bowl. Miranda worked on that area for quit a while and said that he had fixed the problem. I paid him. He left. After a few hours it was leaking again. I called him and he came back late the next day. He said that it wan't the bolt but a different problem and that he fixed it. He wanted to bill me again because he said that this wasn't warranty because the first time he had "fixed" what I believed to be the problem and not the actual problem. I told him that I wasn't the plumber and that he spent time fixing a problem that didn't exist. He should have found the problem no matter what I thought it was. He got angry and left. The end result..IT STILL LEAKS..HE NEVER GOT IT RIGHT AFTER 2+ HOURS. NOT A VERY GOOD PLUMBER.

Had an issue at first but it was quickly resolved and repaired. After calling for service, They were at my house within an hour. Problem solved. Can't beat the price.

We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. James and Josh were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!!

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.
