Working with Goettl has been a first-rate 5-star experience from start to finish. We have been in the area for decades and have used several different companies for plumbing and for HVAC work over the years. Goettl is in a different class altogether.

The job was significant - replacing both the water heater and the HVAC heat pump. The initial visit by Adam was extremely informative and helpful. He reviewed the job, took photos, consulted with his colleagues, and came back with options, explaining the costs and benefits of each one. He never tried to pressure the sale and did not push the most expensive options. His approach built our confidence in the company.

The confidence was borne out in the installation. We needed the job done quickly and they completed it the day after the quote! Amazing. They had what we selected in stock and they sent three crews to get it done. Christian and Chad were there throughout and were very professional.

Amazingly they came back the next day to make sure the job site was immaculate (they had finished after dark) and to review the system with us. The cost was exactly as quoted, the process was very smooth and all six of the crew were professional and true gentlemen.

I do not write reviews very often but this is well deserved. Goettl is setting a new and higher standard for plumbing and heating for Arizona. They are probably not the lowest price but with quality work and equipment they are likely the most economical over time. Plus, you can't put a price on the confidence that comes with working with true professional. It was worth every penny and we will definitely use them again.

My air conditioning stopped cooling earlier this month so I called my Home Warranty company. They sent out Chris at Alien A/C. He did an inspection like no other company that has done check ups on my A/C. He advised the unit was over 30 years old and it was on it's last leg. He was here over hour checking wiring and components and showing me the problems. I elected to buy a new unit, since it was 115 degrees. He had it installed within 2 days. They had my new unit up and running within 3 hours. Cleaned up all the mess and gave me a box of filters for this type of unit. I can't say enough about this company. Integrity, honesty, prompt, friendly and a family company. I will always call them for any air conditioning or heating problems. Thank you guys, you're the best!!!!!!

We had our water heater pop and called Ace home services and they had a technician sent out that day. The tech Tyler W. was very helpful and informative. Tyler made sure the leak was flowing out of the house and checked the adjacent room for water damage. We will have the old one removed and a new one installed within a week. We kept the leaky water heater so we can still have hot water.

Hands down some of the best techs in the valley. Cody was such a pleasure to have come out and do our services. I’ve been with you guys for years and trust no one else with my needs. Cody went way above and beyond and looked up my warranty for me which is not even with you guys to make sure everything was affordable as possible. Ryan and his team of installers did an excellent job on new equipment for my home. I highly recommend his service. Knowledge and honesty are hard to find in the HVAC industry here in Arizona.

Shaun is a fantastic repairman and representative for Howard Air. He checked all systems, answered numerous questions, changed the filters and clarified much information. I wish everyone understood what the word 'customer service' means like Shaun does. He is knowledgeable, cs oriented, kind, pleasant, and hard working.

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

Scott has been great to work with and has solved many issues at my home. He was able to fix a years-long AC problem and also installed a new water heater quickly when my old one died. He's professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

I truly felt the advice I was given as a homeowner was authentic and reliable due to their industry knowledge of heating and cooling systems. I will definitely be using their services for any future needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

William is great! I have had him at my home over the past  few years and he clearly explains what the problem is, ways to fix it and what to do to avoid him coming back out.

Very professional and helpful and when we ran into a small hiccup they remedied it quickly and even went beyond and fixed a few other electrical problems that were around the house. They did all of this while also installing two units that are working great, would recommend this company to anyone.

Definitely the right call with Phoenix HVAC for preventative maintenance and comprehensive overview of what to replace and when. He educated me about my aged HVAC system, answered my questions and I am saving up now for when the time comes for a replacement. Recommended!

Last year we purchased a commercial swamp cooler from Premier Industries. Our front kitchen has never been cooler! We just installed another one for our back kitchen yesterday.

Excellent Customer Service!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
