Best Valve Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Save your money and do not call this place. They do not even deserve 1 star. They charged 99.00 dollars to come out and wanted to charge another 1400.00 for a shut off valve replacement and outside faucet. We called faucet doctor and they did the entire job for 229.00. Do not let this company scam you!!!!!! We work hard for our money and companies like this do not deserve to be in business! The manager called us after the review. He apologized and gave us a refund of 99.00.

Mackenzie Cajudoy was very professional and very friendly. He was honest and did not try to sell me on something that I did not need. I have a system that has 3 flappers and thermostats and it was obvious the one to the great room was not working as it would take hours to cool down if we cooked but the other zones were working just fine. He looked and saw it was not working and said it needed replaced. However, he took the extra step and double checked my flapper that was not working to make sure he would get the correct part and found that I did not need the whole system that is was just a loose wire. He fixed the wire and it is now working. He saved me and my family $1,000, and that is huge weight off of us. Thank you Mackenzie for being so honest as you could have just replaced it when it really was a simple fix. Awesome technician.

I contacted Mikel from George Brazil Services because I needed a new air conditioner and heater. He scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and conducted an assessment of my needs and quoted me a price (which didn't change when final payment was made). After a search, the quoted price was not only competitive, but a little cheaper than the quotes I got elsewhere. On 12/11/2013, Peter D., Roberto Q., and Steve D. arrived to install a York 2.5 ton horizontal heat pump split 13 seer, a new thermostat and air exchange vent. They arrived on time, were very friendly and immediately got to work. They conducted themselves very professionally and completed the work in the time I was told it would take. Upon completion of the work they made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat and reviewed all the paperwork. I was very pleased with the services provided and have no complaints.

They replaced our water heater which had just gone out of warranty. I've never known of a water heater failing in less than 10 years but ours did. The new one is the same brand. Hopefully that wasn't a mistake. We'll see... The repair guy was very polite, professional, quick and the installation looks and operates great.

Fantastic service by great people

I recently had a water heater go out in the late afternoon. I called a competitor and paid their $125 after hours rate only to have them show up and not be able to repair my 3 year old water heater that I had purchased from Home Depot and self installed. I spoke with Tom at Water Heaters Only at 830 am the next morning. By 930 am his tech Trevor arrived with a new water heater. 90 minutes later he had replaced the old water heater, water supply lines, gas valve and gas supply line, and hauled away the old water heater. All for less than I had been quoted on the phone. Trevor was awesome! I highly recommend Water Heaters Only.
