Dillon came by within a couple hours of phoning in my clogged sink issue to Angie's Page. Custom Plumbing contacted me and notified me of their drain special + free camera inspection. I managed to get my sink clear of the issue within an hour of prep+snake work, and managed to learn about various types of pipe as well. Would definitely recommended these guys so far!

Called on a Sunday to clear out main house trap. Was pleasantly surprised to learn it would only be $47, even on a weekend (our cleanout trap is easily accessible from outside the house). They followed up promptly by phone to confirm the appointment and Isaac showed up at the scheduled time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and there was no hard sell for other services. He cleared the trap and was on his way within 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again if/when the need arises.

We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

I had Zippity Split ccome out for concerns with a sewage line. I was smelling sewage and also experiencing some buildup. The technician was fast to the house and very professional. He explained what the problem actually was, fixed that, and gave me pointers on how to avoid it happening again. I will use their service anytime I need plumbing again!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
