I highly recommend Maloney Plumbing. They were quick to schedule my repair and were extremely professional about following COVID safety protocol. Omar Carillo arrived on time, communicated my options and costs for my kitchen faucet and angle stop replacements. He was super fast, detail minded, neat and kind. I will definitely contact Maloney Plumbing for my future plumbing needs . I’m glad to have found a small, locally owned company.

Great service and accurate diagnosis. Steve who answers the service calls will have you laughing, he's very kind and you can tell the genuineness when talking to him. I was able to get same day service from Ryan and the recommendation was spot on. I will definitely use them again.

Very rude when it came to down to customer service.

Needed a plumber quick to clear a kitchen sink drain and called DiamondBack. They sent someone out within a few hours and had me fixed up quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks guys and gals.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Our AC went out when it was over 100 degrees outside in Arizona. We were working with another company that came over and partially diagnosed the issue, then were a no show when they said they would come out again and do the repairs. They kept rescheduling us and not showing up. After this went on for a while I called Parker & Sons and explained what was happening and that we had an elderly person at home to whom this heat was detrimental. Edgar from Parker & Sons, came out the same night, and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. We had a collapsed duct, blown motor and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Since it was evening time, on a Friday before a long weekend when he came out, he let me know the motor would not be available until Tuesday. When Tuesday rolled around Edgar was at my house, as promised, and had my AC up and running. I will never use another company for anything related to my HVAC. Parker & Sons is the best! The staff and technicians behaved very professionally and I felt valued as a customer.

Option One came to our house the same day we called for service. Our kitchen sink was backing up.Robert was our tech. He was professional and friendly. We were given great service and since we’re in an older home, we were advised to follow up with preventative maintenance on a yearly basis. We’ll be calling them again when it’s time for maintenance and referring them to our friends and family

Hero home services saved my Day! My a/c stopped cooling in the middle of the day! So i called hero home services for the first time and they were great! Service was incredible! Quick and efficient, they had my a/c up and running back in no time! Marlon was very mature and extremely helpful! He was kind, efficient and got straight to the point! Great worker!! Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
