Called and my call was answered by a real person who was so nice and helpful. Got an appointment the same day. Service tech was on time and fixed my problem in speedy time. He was nice, friendly and respectful as well as being a genius! And the cost was very low. I would absolutely recommend them and I will use them whenever I need them for future issues.

Call Moon Valley and ask for Alex! He’s so great! I had an unknown large water leak in the middle of the night and called Moon Valley due to 24 hr emergency service. Alex was my service guy and was AMAZING! He was very responsive, friendly, super knowledgeable and explained things to me so I understood. Alex called me back within a short time after leaving a message with the answering service to discuss what was happening. Alex showed up timely and began investigating the problem. Alex was extremely thorough, helpful, and professional. He checked every possible reason for the water leak - checked in the attic multiple times, my walls for water damage, outside water lines, and irrigation system. After troubleshooting, Alex found the culprit in the sprinkler line and was able to resolve the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was fair and reasonable, even with emergency service required. I definitely recommended Moon Valley and Alex to help with any plumbing needs! Great service all around from their customer service taking note of my personal needs as well as professional for plumbing as I am a new home owner.. There is a lot to figure out and understand in regards to plumbing in a home above and beyond repairs reaching into maintenance and prevention of plumbing issues that was also provided, along with recommendations for alternative home contracting needs being that I'm new to the area as well. I specifically worked with Wyatt that generated this review.. I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

I have used Cobra Plumbing for commercial and residential services for almost 4 years. They always respond quickly and arrive in a timely manner. The do excellent work every time and go above and beyond.

I called rooter ranger and I was connected quickly with a customer service rep that was very courteous and let me know that they would have someone out in approximately 2 hours even though it's a Friday night. I said great. Adrian showed up in about an hour. He was courteous as well and went straight to diagnoising my leaky pipe connected to my tub. He quickly found the issue and without trying to tell me plumbing horror stories to jack the price up he told me it was a very minor issue and explained to me what the problem was. He sealed up the leak and didn't charge me since he didn't have to take apart anything or replace anything. He let me know what the cost would be if the pipe replacement had to occur which frankly was more than reasonable. A company with integrity, expertise, and professionalism is unfortunately an exceedingly rare thing, however rooter ranger is one of those companies. I very highly recommend rooter ranger for your plumbing needs. Thank you again Adrian.

Paul is fair priced and very efficient. He does quality work and is an excellent guy.

Hired Charity Plumbing to install a Moen water detection device. They were recommended by Moen. The plumber installed the device incorrectly. I know this because I sent a picture to Moen for verification. Also I questioned the charge for parts. He had to go get some pieces of copper pipe and fittings. I sent a picture of my piping, why wouldn’t he have common materials on his truck?
I have emailed once and called several times. No response.
I would not recommend this company for anything

Just saw their truck number 95 going 25 below the speed limit in rush hour traffic cause he was texting then they didn't pick up when I called.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!
