I am giving 1 star because 1 month later we have a leaky faucet after they installed. They are charging us full price to fix. Buyer beware, this company does NOT support or WARRANTY service if you use anything but their parts. Otherwise they will blame on the part (even when its not) and not even consider partial refund. I might as well try anther plumber. They say its standard for the industry however other plumbers offer better and they didn't tell me this until a month later when asking for an inspection. 5 star loss for 0 communication. Their service is NOT cheap either and they usually don't give you quote you unless you pull it out of them.

Dre was excellent from start to finish. Had him change out all my faucets in the house and angle stops. Did the work in a day and a half and was working the whole time. Really professional and went above and beyond to get my request completed when he ran into glitches along the way. Would certainly call Custom Plumbing again !!

Roger and Daniel of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing just completed a complete re-piping of my house, to replace polybutylene piping from 1995, and updated my tankless water heater.They were excellent in their quality of work, in answering any questions I had, in retro-fitting and routing the most of the new lines in places that can be covered with drywall and the remainder in inconspicuous locations that blend in.They cleaned up after themselves as well.And, they did it at a price that beat other big name plumbers in the valley.I would recommend them highly.

The service provided to me was exceptional. Chip was attentive to our needs and explained each step thoroughly. He provided us with a breakdown on the cost giving us the value of the work to be completed. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and at ease with each step of the process. Plumbing issues can easily bring on extraordinary amount of anxiety, however Chip was there every step of the way ensuring us of the quality or work with also offering additional options to fit our budget. They are definitely my go to plumbing company from now on.

They seemed professional while scheduling, but their whole deal is upsell, upsell, upsell. They diagnosed the problem quickly and charged $400 for this. But spent most of their time trying to get me to replace my entire electrical system for $6K. They even made me watch some video. Worse than a used car dealership. THEN, I found they added a $200 Silver Membership to my invoice secretly... took me 2 tiers of customer service to remove it. So while from a technical standpoint they were fine, you have to say NO to them constantly and then check your invoice! They tried to scare me into replacing smoke detectors too... shameless!

Mario our service tech was thoughtful, and consistent and solved all of our issues with a sump pump and a slow drain.I would recommend him to everyone.

When my parents had a tub faucet fail, their neighbor suggested calling American Discount Plumbing. Paul came the same day and installed a cartridge to fix their issue. When I saw how he treated my parents, his number went in my phone as the person to call. So when my hot water heater went out, Paul came to get us back on track affordably, even coming after 7 p.m. to finish the project. We are grateful.

Prompt and courteous service; done right the first time.

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

Excellent experience with this plumbing service; they scheduled an appointment and came to inspect my sink within hours of my call. Plummer arrived quickly and repaired my sink within 30 minutes. Furthermore, their pricing was very reasonable (they even had a coupon available.) I would recommend it!

Freddy came 75 miles to hydrojet our extra long waste water drain. Major drains were backing up and we could use no water. He came early afternoon and stayed 6 hours until he had the entire drain system completely clear. He used his state of the art equipment: cameras, lines, high pressure jets etc. to clean out 8 years of egg shells, on which so much sludge hung up. When they tell you not to ever put eggshells in the disposal. Don't. The other thing that was so revealing was that the disposal simply does not grind things up to very small bits. We are believers now. Freddy stayed till after 8 p.m. - moved other appointments around just to ensure that our pipe was absolutely cleared. Many a plumber would have given us the green light well before, as the line was unpacked sufficiently that water could flowed - for awhile. But, would be hampered again in no time with even just a few areas of eggshell deposits. He, is most conscientious and we appreciate him so much.

Clogged toilet small job. Sheldon used an auger and toilet was clear is less then 5 mins. Super nice young man and charged me a more than fair price. I'm super grateful for this company. Used them before for a slab leak. Owner Mark is a supreme professional with utmost integrity making this a very reliable company in my experience and opinion. Their customer service is superior and they genuinely care about their customers. I wont go anywhere else!
