We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! We will recommend Pink Plumbing & Lou and Adam to everyone and they will be our go to plumbers from now on!! Thank you for the tremendous above and beyond service Lou and Adam!!

Our Technician showed up 15 mins before scheduled appointment. He said the water heater looked like it might have to be replaced but said he needed to inspect and test a few things before we make that decision. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced and checked and found that it was still under warranty. He ran back to the shop and brought back a beautiful new RUDD water heater and hooked her up and like in an hour we were enjoying hot water. Tony (I hope that was his name)was not only a great Tech, he is a personable guy and a professional. Diamondback Plumbing is lucky to have him. This is the 2nd time I had DB Plumbing at my home. The 1st call was to clean out a septic thingy. pipe , drain whatever and that Tech was just as great. And by the way the Tech showed at our home within an hour of my call.

Called Custom Cooling & Plumbing and they sent someone out immediately. Mr. Billy O’Keefe, their Tech was beyond professional, he was also extremely ethical! When I requested some additional work he stopped me and explained that it wasn’t necessary, basically saving us many dollars because of his honesty. Don’t meet many individuals like this and would strongly suggest calling Custom and asking for Billy. The workers that installed my toilet were very nice and friendly to work with. I had the toilet so what I needed was to have it installed for me. I am very unset with the price to do that. It was more than I think is a fair price. Before the discounts it would have cost me $403.99. The materials they supplied was the supply line and valve the rest of the bill was labor to 2 men. They gave me a discount of $50.00 because I had to wait 2 days after the scheduled original date, and a Military discount of $17.70. So the total was $336.29. That may be fair to someone but I must be out of touch with now days pricing and I was a contractor and built custom homes.

I would highly recommend going with someone else. We reached out for an inspection prior to purchasing a home. He was extremely rushed the entire time and repeatedly asked if he was done and could leave while I was asking questions. He looked at a shower drain that was blocked and confirmed with absolute confidence that the only issue was hair build up. It was actually completely full of grout and cement that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to resolve after moving in. Go with someone that takes their time in reviewing your issues and provides quality customer service.

Diagnose water pressure issue. 2nd opinion.

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

Came home from a work trip to a broken air conditioner with it 107 outside. Called and within 2 hours they were at the house to fix it. So thorough and professional. Thanks Craig Jr.!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
