Chris did a good job installing a new water heaters in my home in Glendale. I liked the attitude displayed on the job which is not what you always get from the plumber.

Updated 1-27-21Just had my annual tankless WH service and whole house inspection. Anthony did a great job. He took care of a few minor issues in addition to the WH and explained everything along the way. Could not be more pleased.I recently used Ben Franklin to service my water heater. The plumber Haim was working with another plumber that day and both were extremely polite, professional, and efficient. They also took the time to thoroughly explain everything. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I will definitely use them again when I need plumbing help!

Franz is a seasoned veteran and knows what he's doing. It was a difficult repair in that the pinhole pipe leak was nearly in the cement slab. He chisled out just enough slab to make the repair without jackhammering the entire floor. Well done!

I just had the best experience. Rodney scoped and fixed my drains and hydrojet my lines and got my a chem for my system. My house was built in 1951 and has the old cast iron piping. This guy found my issue and fixed it. I finally have great working plumbing after fighting with multiple companies and so much money spent from snake rentals and other companies that could never fix my drainage issues. Rodney is the man. Best service experience ever.
