This crew is truly professional. I am extremely pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. Their technician, Josh, kept me up to date with every detail. I don't live in the area and Josh had to go out and find a specific part in the area for my shower and once he found it, it was replaced right away. He offered solid, cogent, professional advice from a distance and he and Robbins were very flexible. They also installed a new water softener system for us. I will definitely be using these guys if I need plumbing services in the future and will certainly recommend them to anyone asking me for a good plumbing service. Well done Robbins and Josh!

toilet still flushes very slowly, not much help.

My mother and I had a very positive experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. First, when I called to set up the appointment I called during after hours and was prepared to just leave a message for the morning but they had a live answering service there answering calls and getting my details to provide to the office when they opened in the morning. Approximately 30 minutes later the on-call technician reached out to me to be sure that the issue would be ok to wait until the morning. I was incredibly impressed!

The technician was able to come the next morning and he was incredibly forthcoming and considerate. Our technician, Alex, covered his shoes in booties so grout from the last job would not get on our carpet. He clearly explained everything to us and would even quote us the prices of any services before performing them. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did what needed to be done to take care of all of our needs in a timely and incredibly costly manner. We will definitely be recommending Moon Valley to all of our friends and family!

Do NOT use this company. I called them out to replace a gaslamp regulator. Southwest Gas and I both told them that it was the regulator. They replaced something else, charged me and then said they need to order a part (the regulator I originally asked them to fix). It has been a couple of months and it is still not fixed.

I have used Option One a few times. They have always come through for me and been very considerate of whatever situation I faced.

Great guy!! Was in the house for 5 mins and assessed the problem. Could have done what other did and just router out the pipes, instead found that the problem was inside the drain and not the pipes. Best $55 I ever spent.

We had some plumbing issues with the sum pump. The plumbers came out out with uniforms and acted very professionally. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate and fix the issue on the same day. The manager is very reasonable and willing to listen. I really appreciate their service!

Tzvi replaced my kitchen faucet with professionalism. He found out that the shut off valves for the faucet were non operational but it was no problem for Tzvi, he replaced those as well. I found his work to be exceptional, clean, very clean actually, and fairly priced. I trust Tzvi with my home and will be using him exclusively for my plumbing needs.

We had their tech come yesterday to clear a clogged drain and there was a problem most likely due to our 50 year old pipes and miscommunication and I suspect stress of overwork and a mistake was made and the drain was still clogged

but when I got a hold of the supervisor Rene he came out immediately on a Sunday and resolved the problem,cleared the drain and did not charge us and even reimbursed us for the plug we had to buy for the damaged part

So we would heartily recommend them

If you have some problem, (sometimes things do happen) just get a hold of the supervisor as they will quickly ,efficiently and professionally resolve the problem
