I called this company a couple times to schedule somebody to come out and give me an estimate on doing service. I needed to have all my plumbing replaced and I was pulling everything for them. Three months goes by and I never received my estimate, quote, or a phone call. The very first time they messed up the appointment and the second time they show up the guy doesn’t do any measurements, he just walks around the house looks at all my stuff and then tells me he’s gonna give me l an estimate by the Weeknd. I call up to find out what’s going on and they say oh it looks like he still working on it. Also the reviews that they are doing our employee and other driven reviews that are not quality reviews be cautious

I had submitted a request to my warranty company on 1/30/2021. I got a text that Moon Valley would come out on 1/31/2021. The tech called me that night (1/30/2020) and said he would “try” to be out there when they said they would. Okay. Didn’t hear from him or anyone else on 1/31/2021. It’s the weekend I get it. I call on 2/1/2021 (Monday) to see what is going on and talk to someone who had to research it and call me back. I called to follow up because I would like to get my day started despite the water leaking out of my front yard on to the street all weekend. I talked to Chris. She was curt and appeared to act like I was an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service on that call. I’m already frustrated no one followed up with me. Then I get to talk to someone who acts like I grew a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Nope. Not cool.



I understand warranty work pays low and isn’t a high ticket item but then don’t sign up to do it. I’ve now wasted almost 48 hours with water coming from my yard with a company who doesn’t care...

This is the Best Plumbing Company in Az by far. The customer service is exemplary in the technicians are all very knowledgeable as well as helpful.

UPDATE: Juan returned to install a new handle needed, in addition to the new cartridge. All is fine now!

Hired Simba through the Thumbtack app for a Reverse Osmosis system install under my kitchen sink (bought the system myself). They were very quick to respond and provide an estimate, then scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Service technician arrived early and finished quickly. System looks good and works great. Would definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about what a great company Deer Valley Plumbing is. My water heater failed while it was still under warranty, and I needed a new one installed, but because I have a direct vent water heater, the company that my home warranty sent out told me I needed to pay $1000 out of pocket for modifications that were needed to install the new water heater. They wouldn't listen to me when I told them I paid several hundred dollars to make those modifications when I had the previous water heater installed 4 years earlier. Then two other plumbing companies agreed that I had to make the modifications and pay for extra parts. Thankfully, a rep at the supply company told me to call Deer Valley Plumbing, and I am so happy I did. They were able to determine from photographs that I did not need the modifications, and they quoted me a price that was half of what the other companies had estimated. And they said they could have the water heater installed the next day. Don, the technician, was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to install the water heater in less than an hour (I had been told it was a 4 to 5 hour job by another plumbing company trying to justify their expensive pricing). Thank you to Deer Valley Plumbing for a job done well and quickly and for a fair price! If you are looking for an HONEST and professional plumbing company, call Deer Valley Plumbing and ask for Don. He's an excellent technician.

Sammy showed up on time, in fact a little early! We showed him where we knew the problem was and he snaked it like we asked. Very prompt, very knowledgeable and very friendly. . . great job!!

Very nice people! They were quick to respond, and extremely affordable! They were recommended by a friend because they were extremely honest when other companies were not. I wish I was able to use them to fix the problem but my HOA was contracted with a different company. I highly recommend!!

Tzvi was great! He showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly. He turned a stressful situation, into a stress free situation.

Walt really saved my bacon when I came home after 8pm to find my water heater leaking. He came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, explained the options, and took out the old heater late into the night. He worked around my schedule to install the new heater, and thoroughly explained every step and how to perform regular maintenance going forward. Highly recommend for a thorough, experienced, and friendly experience.

They are great! Came right out and took care of us.

Super responsive late on a Saturday night for our plumbing emergency. Gave us advise and helped get the main line shut down. Considerate, helpful and honest!

i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.
