A pipe in kitchen clogged, water not draining down from the sink & then dripping out of dish washer.Ryan S came on time and promptly took care of the mess. He was professional, easy to work with. I paid $69. I think it was very reasonable for what Ryan did.

Had an idea what I needed done and called to get a quote. Spoke to one of their plumbers who was great about discussing what my issue was and confirming what needed to be done, and its lack of Immediate Urgency, just not to let it go to long.
Called the home builder who sent a plumber out. They were almost twice (78% more). A third quote was closer....
Called them back and they responded quickly, showed up on time with the correct parts (had both possibilities with them).
Friendly, efficient, reasonable service and a job well done!!!
ALSO sent a friend to them, and after discussing her issue, they actually told her that a plumber was NOT necessary and told her what to do!

I worked with Cisco, who was friendly and informative throughout the process of having my tankless water heater descaled. He walked me through what he would do and showed me the process along the way.They are definitely looking to suggest products to you. This part of the visit felt pushy. They also really want to upsell you into an annual subscription for descaling your water unit, which felt weird to put a subscription model around.Further, as Cisco left he dumped the vinegar solution he used to descale our water heater into the street and it left a white residue behind that we had to clean up as he drove off. Careless. Took several washes and scrubbings of the street to get that white residue to come up.

After connecting wiring that had come undone, service technician Remington noticed a slight bulge at rim of boot on base of tank which indicates water leakage. Quite a good catch as the water could only be seen when light directly reflected on top edge of boot. Pin hole leak not big enough yet to cause visible leakage onto floor.

Mark and crew were thorough fast and professional . We had a under slab sewer leak and it was a crappy job lol. They explained everything and worked as a team. This was not a easy fix and they did the job right. ! We were very impressed that Mark does estimates and actually did our plumbing as well.
