Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Moon Valley Pluming came out quickly for a check up on a new building we moved into and fixed multiple issues from a bad water heater to a ceased disposal. Travis and his team are professional and do quality work. within an hour of discovering our water heater was bad (which was hanging 12 feet in the air), they had a lift out and had it swapped in no time. I highly recommend Moon Valley Pluming and will now be calling them out to my residence.

We received service from Tzvi with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and he was excellent. He was friendly, put booties on, and explained everything so well. We will continue to use Benjamin Franklin because the customer service and knowledge base was super!

Michelle got me on the schedule right away and I received multiple updates on technician and time: text and email. Michelle called to move up technician visit. Technician, Troy, did an outstanding job of telling me cause and fixing toilet issue. Troy had all the tools to check for leaks without unnecessary removal of another toilet. Discussed water softener cleaning as well. Very thorough. Troy wore boot covers and left the spaces cleaner than when he arrived.

We needed a plumber right away at our house. Don Jr. came within minutes of us calling. He was awesome! He was quick, professional, and friendly. He was informative, explaining which tool was best to use going forward, and letting us know about a potential issue that we need to address very soon before it gets worse without trying to pressure us into spending more money. I would definitely use them again, especially Don Jr., and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber!

Option One Plumbing performed outstandingly. I had been having an issue with a drain for a few weeks, dragging my feet and insisting to my wife I could fix it. I finally broke down and called Option One expecting to pay an arm and a leg and have a considerable wait period. On the contrary, the Option One scheduler I spoke with was empathetic and provided top notch customer service and told me a technician would be out that day. When the technician, Derrik Shans, arrived, he was charasmatic, knowledgeable, and efficient. He immiediately diagnosed the problem after listening to me about the issue and what I had already tried. He solved the problem within the hour and best of all, the cost was extremely affordable. If you need any kind of service, Option One is the only way to go.

We have noticed a hot spot on the floor and we are worried about the slab leaking and give Smiley pluming a call and he showed up the same day and after he carefully inspected it and I was told their were no leaks, just caused by the recirculation pump running 24/7 and he explained how to set the timer for it so it runs only when we need it.

He is does the job professionally and he is also friendly and I highly recommend him.
