Was a great visit quick and easy repair!

Nate handled several issues for us expertly and took the time to explain everything he had done and ensured that everything was neat and tidy when he was finished. The fix to the sink, the toilet, the installation of a new RO system, and diagnosis of the issues with the water softener and sewer cleanout (i.e., the builder didn't put one in) were handled very well. We are very satisfied with Robins Plumbing.

Chris did a good job installing a new water heaters in my home in Glendale. I liked the attitude displayed on the job which is not what you always get from the plumber.

I would not hesitate calling Pink Plumbing and Sewer to get the job done. Was done timely, accurately and as promised. Everyone was happy.

I researched Angie's list and Custom Plumbing was listed. Upon making my appointment I was satisfied with the quick response. However, when flushing my hot water heater they only drained it and refilled. No cleaning or allowing water to run through it to ensure build up was removed. Then they presented a paper requesting a signature to complete repairs of 1700. My opinion is the techs should first know how to complete a flush before asking for more business. Will not be doing business with them again.

I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I was absolutely ecstatic since it was sweltering in the house at 95° !!!Jonathan arrived & took care of the issue in a very short time. He was very polite, professional, & thorough. I would recommend him as a tech & Parker & Sons as a service provider for your A/C and any other electrical or plumbing repair needs. I reiterate, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service they provided. Kudos ?

Customer service at the next level!!! Called yesterday and they were here the next morning. The lady who called me to set up the appointment was very friendly. Excellent experience with this plumbing service; they scheduled an appointment and came to inspect my sink within hours of my call. Plummer arrived quickly and repaired my sink within 30 minutes. Furthermore, their pricing was very reasonable (they even had a coupon available.) I would recommend it!

Justin was amazing! Very professional And informative, he wasnt pushy and listened to my concerns about my plumbing situation and gave me different options. I'm still figuring out my finances but as soon as I have everything squared away I will be making an appt with justin .

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

On Sunday, I noticed my water heater leaking and no hot water. I called for service and was actually called back that day, making an appt. for the next day. On Monday, March 23, 2015, Don came out to see what was wrong and it was determined I needed a new water heater. I inundated Don with questions during the install and he professionally answered all my questions. He was done quickly and efficiently and even shook my hand when he left.
