They charge $65 to come out and overprice their quotes. They wanted to charge over $650 to install $40 worth of parts on a job that would have taken under 2 hours

Alan was dedicated, hard-working and took care of every detail of our plumbing project. Even when things took hours longer than expected due to several unforeseen issues with our building, he and his team worked diligently well into the evening to ensure that everything was completed to a high standard. They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.

I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.

Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

The gentleman that assisted me was kind, effective professional and helpful and would highly recommend him anytime.

This is the second time I have used Peerless to assist with one of my investment properties. I had water backing up in my washer drain and needed a them to help find out what the issue was. Christian came out promptly and discovered the issue with a sewer scope/camera. He was extremely helpful in assisting me and the contractor determine both the problem and fix. I am so grateful I have these guys in my rolodex!

The complete worst experience ever dealing with this company. Do not use their services. They are very rude and condescending!
