Very friendly, and easy to schedule repairs with. However, that’s the end of positive experience. After scheduling an appointment for a leaking kitchen sink, at a rental property of mine. I never heard back from them in regards to repairs. A few days had past and I felt I should inquire about the repairs. I was told the notes said a technician had called about repairs, however I had not received a call, voicemail, email, etc. At that time they were unable to provide the estimate of repairs, and would have to call back. Several days later I received a call back, I was quoted I believe $385 for repairs. Technician noted that the sink drain needed to be replaced and the garbage disposal “looked like” it needed to be replaced. I thought that was weird, but authorized the repair anyway. They then informed me they would be unable to do the repairs because there was a member of the tenant rental family that was on covid quarantine. Fair enough, and I would have never asked for a technician to go there had I known about the quarantine. This leads me to complete my own repair, when my tenants completed their quarantine. Come to find out my problem was legitimately fixed by a $25 dollar drain. No disposal, etc. This run around cost me $111 for there technician to miscommunicate and guess at a repair.

I had Apache install a warranty replaced instant hot water heater that had parts covered but not labor. Another plumber quoted me $2400 for the labor alone. Obviously I got a second opinion from Apache. They did it for over 8 times less.

I called Deer Valley Plumbing to give me an estimate for a broken water line between my house and street. I agreed to a $75 trip fee, I was told they would diagnose and give an estimate. They arrived, looked around (did no digging, used no technology to locate leak) and told me it would cost $1700 to fix, which included $1100 to dig.
Furthermore, the tech told me he would be replacing the line from the break to the riser with Pex or PVC, but he wrote the invoice initially showing 30' of copper, when the repair would be less than 10'... (he said he did so out of laziness in lieu of line iteming the labor/digging on the estimate properly).
I asked why he used the most expensive material to price out that portion if he wasn't planning to use copper in the first place, and he told me they all cost the same..... which is kind of funny. Copper is by far the most expensive material of the three. I asked him about this, which is when he re-wrote the estimate to show $1100 in labor for digging. He made a comment that "I was making him do it the right way"...... my thought is, shouldn't you do it the right way to begin with?
I hired someone from Takl to dig out the water line, cost $150. I then called Moon Valley Plumbing, who came out and fixed the problem for $235.
All told I spent $385 to fix this issue (not including the $75 I threw away on Deer Valley Plumbing's "estimate").
Deer Valley Plumbing, if you subtract the $1100 they wanted just to dig, wanted $600 to fix the leak. I spent less than that to dig AND fix the leak at the end of the day.
Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I wasted $75 on this company, don't do the same.

I have reached out to Peerless Plumbing several times in the past due to my profession. I have always been impressed with this company. First and foremost, they provide a solution to old plumbing that is beginning to fail. They offer an alternative of epoxy coating coating versus digging up your drains and replacing them. Trust me, this is a big deal if you are ever in this situation.
They have always been professional and timely when I have called. Their pricing is more than fair. Just recently, I called them out to perform a scope of my plumbing lines. They were unable to perform the scope due a blockage and other factors outside of their control. I could not believe there was not a charge. I understand some people could be shocked by this statement. You would think that if they did not perform the scope then they should not charge but I'm here to tell you that is not the case. I have seen other companies not be able to perform the scope and still charge the client because they had to come to the property and that cost money.
This is a stand up company that will advise you in a way that is best for your interest. I personally have found companies like this to be harder and harder to find. Fantastic company and at least give them a chance to earn your business. I know you will not be disappointed.

While vacationing in Phoenix, my grandma's plumbing went awry. They started with Adrian then Jared and were met with Dave. Nothing but professional excellence! They were so accommodating and informative every step of the way. Jared and Matt did all of the hard labor and cleanup which was not an easy task! We couldn't be more appreciative of the work this company has done! Thank you so much for treating a massive job flawlessly and for taking care of my grandparents!!!
