I was so very impressed with our technician, Shade! The pilot light went out on out hot water heater on a Saturday night. Not only was the entire staff at Benjamin Franklin very responsive, but Shade was professional, competent and went above and beyond. He not only got our heater started, but also taught us how to do this in the future and gave us excellent advice for how to prevent this problem and when to replace our water heater. It is a rare find to have service that is responsive, professional, informative and genuinely interested in our well being!Also, I never post reviews but felt compelled as I have had so many negative experiences in the past.

Apache Plumbing is great. They are fast, friendly, and do not try to scare you into replacing things you do not need. Fixed my leak on my shower valve line, because the previous plumber didn't strap down my tub spout inside the wall. Best prices.

Walt provides on time delivery, high quality customer service, with a wonderful attitude. Not only did he complete his job in a timely manner, he took time out of his day to instruct us on how to shut the water off in the case of a leak to prevent flooding. I have used them in the past when a pipe burst and my house flooded and they were fine, however, I will never use again. This past visit I spent over $100 for the (not friendly) guy to come out, he fixed nothing and did not address all issues presented.
