Alex and Aaron came over for a non emergency job within just a few hours of my call the day after thanksgiving. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked quick but with quality and had us all taken care of same day! They made sure there were no leaks before they left and ensured we were satisfied with the work. I have a solar assisted water heater, apparently very rare even in Arizona. Most plumbers will not touch them. Option One took care of it even getting me the tank on warranty. Only challenge was they had to come back a couple times to fix heater element wiring and then replace a tank thermal sensor. They did these at no charge and with no complaints.

Awesome service!! Even threw in some extra work on some initially unnoticed issues for free. About $400 cheaper for the same work vs Stirling Plumbing. They did all the work in one day, literally, 8AM to 8PM plus two hours the next day, while Stirling just did two things in the two hour time slot. The bathroom leak appeared to have bee happening for some time (had all the emergency valves replaced and not just the leaking one because none of them worked) and he helped get hooked up with the mold people and helped him make the initial insurance interactions a breeze
