Best Sewer Camera Inspection in Phoenix AZ

After finding a leaking pipe in our wall we looked up plumbers in our area for help and found Maloney Plumbing on Google. Our entire experience from start to finish was excellent, our technician Omar arrived within 15 minutes of our initial call and was able to repair our leaking pipe quickly and efficiently. STAY AWAY. Honestly could have burned the house down. Was called to redo the water supply line to the house. The plumber came out and while he was doing the work started a fire on the side of the house and made a huge hole in the side of the house because of the fire. Offered to take $50 off the bill for repairing the side of the house, are you kidding me. Wow! Should have done the work for free and paid to repair the damage. That shows no accountability and talk about sweeping it under the rug. What if he didnt catch it in time, the house is on fire. He is NOT a fireman, so how he can he tell he completely put it out. The only reason he got away with it is because we weren't home and had a friend over to deal with the plumber while we were out. So, I call corporate to talk to the manager, of course he isn't in. I leave a message to call back, and has he? It's been weeks with no call. Guess I'll either take the to the ROC or court.

I had a hose bib start leaking, and then found out my house's water shutoff valve did not operate fully when trying to slow the leak. I called Champion and they came out in a hurry to find my leak, replace the leaking hose bib, replace my water shutoff valve with a higher-reliability quarter-turn valve instead of the needle-valve it had, and also recommended and installed a whole-house pressure regulator to prevent future damage caused by the more frequent and severe pressure spikes that have been coming from the municipal water supply in Gilbert lately. They showed up fast, and on-time, were extremely courteous and completed a great-looking repair/upgrade all for about the same cost as other companies wanted just to come out and take a look "in a couple weeks when we can find someone with free time in your area". Absolute A++ for Champion's customer service and workmanship on this job!

This company was assigned to me through a home warranty...I received a phone call quickly to get scheduled, tech arrived a bit early & he was very efficient. I would be happy to have them again for a service call.

I have reached out to Peerless Plumbing several times in the past due to my profession. I have always been impressed with this company. First and foremost, they provide a solution to old plumbing that is beginning to fail. They offer an alternative of epoxy coating coating versus digging up your drains and replacing them. Trust me, this is a big deal if you are ever in this situation.



They have always been professional and timely when I have called. Their pricing is more than fair. Just recently, I called them out to perform a scope of my plumbing lines. They were unable to perform the scope due a blockage and other factors outside of their control. I could not believe there was not a charge. I understand some people could be shocked by this statement. You would think that if they did not perform the scope then they should not charge but I'm here to tell you that is not the case. I have seen other companies not be able to perform the scope and still charge the client because they had to come to the property and that cost money.



This is a stand up company that will advise you in a way that is best for your interest. I personally have found companies like this to be harder and harder to find. Fantastic company and at least give them a chance to earn your business. I know you will not be disappointed.

We were more than pleased with Hero Home services and Albert a very knowledgeable young man who seems to know this business in and out and I believe puts his heart and soul into it and wants to do the best job he can for every customer! He is very accommodating He's very caring we found him to be a very respectable young man that I would recommend to anyone to come in their home to do a job for-My friend's home was older than some he did not want to injure any pipes and explain details very clearly that a free camera inspection would be necessary to make sure that they did not injure any pipes! Then he explained the situation of piping underneath the ground from the result of the camera-he would not do any unnecessary work and I have heard only great things about the work that this company has done and would hire him in a New York minute to do anything in my home-Don't hesitate to check out Hero Home Services plumbing and ask for Albert-!!
