I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times over the last 14 years for my business and until this last experience have been happy with their employees and work. Just over 5 months ago I had to replace my commercial water heater. Diamondback Plumbing installed a new commercial grade water heater for just over $4700.00, but 2 days after installation the heater started to tilt so they came back out and with a little help from a hammer or wrench the water heater was sitting upright on the base( holes were made in the base for the legs to stick through, and there was dents on the side of the heater. I was assured that this would be ok and if not, I had a warranty. So last weekend March 23rd, 2019 the water heater started to leak, I called Diamondback and they sent someone out on Tuesday and told me that the tank did have leaks and that it would be replaced under warranty. Good news I thought, but after few heated telephone conversations going back and forth trying to find out when new heater will be installed. Apparently they were fighting with the manufacture, they hadn’t installed a commercial grade water heater back in October, they finally installed new heater on Friday. Saturday morning, I noticed that the hot water connector was leaking so again I had the pleasure of a telephone conversation with a representative from Diamondback Plumbing telling me that they would come out and fix the leak with new connectors but at a cost to me. I was taken back by this as I would have thought when they installed the heater on Friday, they would have replaced the connectors just like they did when they initially installed the heater 5 months ago. After several minutes of discussion, I reluctantly agreed just to pay for the parts ($78) and Diamondback Plumbing wouldn’t charge any labor. Well on completion of replacing the connect the invoice was presented with labor charge of $90 of course I was angry and confused just a couple of hours earlier we had agreed on no labor charge. The technician gave me some story that he had been to my business 3 time for this job will no pay and he had to go to north Phoenix to pick up the part which I thought should be standard on his truck.If Diamondback Plumbing had done the job right in the first place, then these return visits/issues/stress would not have happened.Very poor customer service with Diamondback Plumbing

Travis was great. He was on time, professional in every sense of the word, friendly and a great plumber. We have used Accent plumbing for years and they have always exceeded our expectations and Travis was no different.

Anthony did a fantastic job with our water heater installation today. Pleasant, respectful of our home and property and easy to work with. He got the job done even with some of the space constraints in our garage, which I greatly appreciate. I'd definitely recommend these folks and Anthony in particular.

We had a leaking water heater at 10pm last night and a hour later our tech was here. We had Christian and he was professional and polite especially since it was so late. He replaced our water heater at midnight because it was all rusted out. Thank goodness for emergency calls. I recommend Christian and this company

It's rare to find plumbers that you can trust, let alone someone who will take time out of their day to help a complete stranger that finds their number online. I'm not in Arizona, but if I were I would have these guys on speed dial.

They were on time and fixed what they could and advised me on what the other issues are!! I will definitely call them again.

Such a great experience with this company for the second time and so glad it was him.one of the nicest workers to come to our home. He was on time, worked quickly but was kind to both of us ( and the dig) in the time he was here. This time it wasn't a major repair but more than to older women could handle on our own. They did not find and did not fix all the leaks. I found a area that appeared freshing damp. there was another smaller leak at the kitchen sink drain pipe, that was along side the one they fixed.. Unbelievable!! ? ¹

Some questionable experience/skill from Jason.



Lester was skilled, made a tool on the fly with rubber coupler, hose claps and drain pipe to grip and remove bonnet to access shower cartridge.



Keep in mind I have home warranty service that I could have used. RR was the first company I call to get a second opinion. Knowing I had to pay out of pocket. Don explained this well, so I decided to hire RR.



First visit, When looking for the leak Jason made two deep puncher in the exterior wall at the two drain access area.

Quick Restore was the mitigation company.. With cabinet removed We had an idea of where the leak was coming visually through a open portion of the drywall on Friday 12/2, but we couldn't remove or access walls until Wednesday 12/7 due to the lack of asbestos testing that was never needed for homes built after the 1980s??



When fixing the drain, Jason made two cuts to remove the damage drain pipe. The two cuts involved cutting through into the exterior/interior moisture barrier, wall and stucco outside.. and Asking a home owner for tools left me questioning his experience and the nessesity to damage the moisture barrier and outside stucco wall.

Maybe a hand rope chainsaw could have been used?

We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. Thank you Matt, Jordan, and Chris!
