I recently had a plumbing issue. This company went above and beyond my expectations. They kept in contact with me while I was on will call. Updated me when a spot became available and even gave me an accurate ETA. Anthony was our Plumber, he was very knowledgeable and respectful. He was willing to answer all my questions I had for future projects. Thanks again!

We've had 3 very positive experiences with Belsito Plumbing. We found them on Yelp where they were rated very highly. Twice, they fixed an upstairs leak that we thought would be very costly, but ended up only being minor repairs. We called them again when my mom had a blocked sink that couldn't be fixed by our own amateur roto repair. On all 3 occasions they were professional, friendly and did good work. We will definitely use them in the future.

Had a tub drain problem at a rental property for a couple of years. I suspected the drain having a restriction in the trap which could be something from children playing in the tub. Called Reddi service & a service tech named Marco. He called me after researching the problem, I told him about my suspicions and sure enough he found a child's toy in the trap. He spent some serious time cleaning this trap out. Good job Marco.

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

Very happy with our experience! Our kitchen sink backed up on New Years Eve, I was hesitant to call anyone due to the holiday, plus it was already after 5pm. We called a couple of places. The first company was going to charge $125 just to come out, plus the cost of the service. The second company said it would be $400, plus service charges due to them being in their Holiday hours. We took a chance and called a third company, Rooter Ranger, they only charged us for the actual services performed. Ron came to the house, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went as far as explaining the workings of the plumbing connected to our kitchen. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger and Ron for their/his expertise and great customer service. We will definitely call Rooter Ranger again in the future, if needed. Thank you Ron for the wonderful experience!

Do not use these plumbers. They couldn't fix my simple drain problem. THE WORST 49.95 I have ever spent. They only got the main line to drain slowly, the first time and I asked they continue to snake it since it was clearly not fully resolved. They had only spent about 10minutes working on the issue and were only in a hurry to get out of there. They tried to upsell me and pressure me into camera's and water hoses and more drain cleaning that was completely unnecessary. They ONLY give you a 2 week guarantee for a reason. because 17 days after they had barely fixed my issue, it came back to haunt me, and of course, when I called, the girl offered no help except to speak to the tech, who, of course, never called. So, I called another plumber to come out for $60 and they fixed the issue, thoroughly. No upsell, no pressure, a job well done. I just hope nobody else has to have the same bad experience and cause massive headaches over this.

Our entire experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing was superb! The call to setup an appointment was professional and easy. We were able to get a next day appointment for someone to come and cap a gas line. They kept me posted throughout the day and they called 30 minutes prior to showing up as promised. Our tech Ken was very knowledgeable and professional. We were so comfortable that we also had him service our water heater and replaced our washing machine valves. We even received a follow up call 1/2 hr after Ken left to make sure we were happy with the services. I will not hesitate to refer my family and friends to Bumble Bee Plumbing. ** They also sent an email with short bio and picture of our technician. As a customer I greatly appreciated the professionalism and thought they put into this email. They care about customer service. A+ rating from us!

The service was good once they got here - no complaints about that. But they were scheduled between 1 & 3 p.m., and did not arrive, nor did they call. Around 3:30, we called the office, which called the crew, & called us back. The crew would be here in half an hour. Then they called & said it would be tomorrow. Then they called back & said they would be here by 5, which they were & completed the job.
But it would have been nice if we had been kept informed of the delays & could rely on the information.

(Leak and water heater emergency repair) Terrill and Nate went above and beyond to fix this repair in the fastest, most proficient and professional way possible! They did everything they said they would do, showed up when they said they were going to, and all with a smile and amazing customer service! They were kind and friendly and made this process completely stress for me and the residents at our property. I work with contactors and venders on a daily basis and it is very hard to find anyone that can compare to these gentlemen and to Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics.
