Tom was GREAT as was the company. Had leak in water heater. Mahoney was authorized to replace ours and it was all done in 4 hours start to finish. Personable, knowledgeable, worked fast, and we have HOT water. Will call Mahoney next time I need a plumber.Arthur

I worked with Moon Valley Plumbing (Service Tech: Alex Crocker) on two occasions. Emergency plumbing issues are never our best moments. Emotions are running high and fear is looming. Moon Valley was the assigned company via City of Phoenix Warranty services. From the scheduling person to the follow person and everyone in between; I would recommend Moon Valley. I have a home warranty and am familiar with the process of assigned warranty business. I am aware that they don't net as much revenue and therefore don't be shocked if you don't get above and beyond service. Moon Valley Plumbing treated me and my family like we were customers for life. From the immediate scheduling (entered the request before 8am), to realistic time setting, expectation setting, meeting/exceeding expectations, personable, friendly, information providing and solution based professionals they make plumbing trauma an almost enjoyable experience. Being in the service industry; when people can make a tough situation not so tough; to the point that you are almost glad that it happened because you learned something and dealt with kind, professional people...THAT IS A FIVE STAR organization!

Custom Cooling and Plumbing is top notch! Moments after placing a request for plumbing service with the dispatcher my technician called to let me know he was en route. Billy arrived and was extremely profressional, courteous, and helpful. He helped to rectify my problems immediately and ensured I felt comfortable with the solution before leaving. We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple "bundles" to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations.
