My tankless water heater was leaking so I called Maloney. I can’t say enough about the entire process. Our tech Jesse was very professional and even helped get my parts warranted. Don’t hesitate to call, these guys are legit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR $$$ THEY SHOW UP LATE AND DO NOT COMPLETE THE WORK. HORRIBLE

Belsito did a great job saving our Thanksgiving holiday. They were prompt, reliable and got our plumbing issue fixed as quickly as they could.

I had 3 plumbers out to address my non functioning Delta faucets. None had a clue what to do. Lou with Pink came out and had the faucets (4 of them) all working again in under an hour. This group is awesome.

Moon valley plumbing came out to my property today to fix a broken shower diverter. The technician Cole was very friendly and personable. Their prices are fair and they do great work. Glad I found you guys! Thank you so much!

UPDATE: 2 weeks later, I was issued a refund. Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but they DID, in the end, refund.I called Custom Plumbing to help with a main line drain issue. The person I spoke to, Brad, told me that I wouldn't be charged unless they fixed the problem.The technician came out, wasn't able to fix it, and demanded that I still give him the check even though it wasn't resolved.Brad called me and assured me that they wouldn't cash the check unless they were able to resolve the issue.Fast forward a week later, they cash the check. I called them and was told that Brad is the office manager and is unavailable. He hasn't returned my calls and I have no information on why they charged me when they promised they wouldn't.I'm am VERY dissatisfied.

Recently used this business to install a new kitchen faucet. The technician,Charles M was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He also installed a through the counter garbage disposal switch. He work was great. He knew just what he was doing and got the job done in record time. Great company. I would definitely no hesitate to use them for future work and their prices we’re very reasonable.

I recently needed to upgrade my water heater and after reaching out to several companies I opted to use Simba Plumbing because the owner (Stefan) was polite, responsive and came highly recommended. Stefan arrived at my house ahead of schedule and completed the installation promptly while also taking the time to educate me on a few items to ensure I had a good understanding of the water heater that was being installed. Stefan went above and beyond during my scheduled appointment and I plan on using his services for all future plumbing needs.

I have used them several times. They are always great. Very professional and job done right each time. I will definitely use them for future jobs

I was very pleased with Jimmy, the service technician. He explained everything and was very professional, and answered all of my questions. We had several faucets and toilets that needed rebuilding or replacing at our parish. Now everything works like new!

I gave 3 stars due to cost. $450.00 to my opinion was too much just to have a shower valve installed. I had opened up the drywall for easy access and all that was needed was for the technician to make 3 solder joints. I'm 75 years old but I wished I had done it myself. The actual work was done fine but the technician had a table for various charges and that is what was he used for the charge.

These guys are phenomenal. They replumbed our whole house at an affordable rate and didn't fight us on the camera Inspection. Others wanted to charge us extra just time do the inspection and give us a proper quote.



Lewis and Jason kept me updated the whole time and communicated changes and options as to what was most affordable and/or easier.

I would refer them over and over!

They exceed expectations every time I need them!

Peerless relined our cast iron sewer lines. They were great people to work with on this project. The guys were very polite and professional. They worked hard and were always there to answer any questions we had. They stayed late to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Peerless Plumbing.

Textbook bait-and-switch



Long story but here it goes:



I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked Scottsdale Plumbing. He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).



I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.



The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.

Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.

Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)

So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.



I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.



Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.



Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.



This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...



At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is Karen. She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied No, then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered No. (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.



After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say Karen didn't like this and was offended.



She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.



Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

From the very first phone call to Rapid Rooter about my leaking soft water system, up to the new system installation, everything was professional and timely. Chad took some serious time explaining to me why the system was leaking, how I had a seriously undersized system installed by the previous homeowner, and the benefits of soft water and filtration. Our plumber Chris was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and did a nice, clean, professional install. Rapid Rooter is a top-notch company that installs quality soft water and filtration systems. We will for sure be using Chad and his company again for other plumbing services down the road.
