I’m a little late leaving this review, but I had Daniel to my house last week on 5/13 to install a Pressure Vacuum Breaker. Daniel was awesome! I had another plumbing company come out and give me a quote but not only was Ben Franklin much cheaper, but Daniel just seemed to be much more comfortable and knowledgeable with doing the job. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin to any friend or family, specifically I would recommend Daniel. Great work!

Scheduling, dispatch, and technicians were all very good, responsive and timely.

Only issue was that there was no mention of labor cost, no $ totals on initial estimates, only on the final invoice.

If you want honest plumbers call Hero Home Services Clean and professional team of happy people. I had a clogged toilet tried everything even rented a snake from Home Depot and these guys came and rescued me. There are no hidden fees it was actually $59 to unclog my toilet. Thank you Guys you Rock!!!

Exceptional service from Charity Plumbing! My 24 year old water heater was long overdue for replacement and an accident waiting to happen. Special thanks to the owner Jim and the entire team for going out of their way to install my new heater quickly. I came home at 12:40 am after an evening shift at work and found 2 of water throughout my house. I got online and tried a 24/7 plumber who never called me back. After an hour of waiting for the callback, I clicked on the Sunny Plumber website and a chat window popped up. I explained the situation and within minutes a customer person called me on the phone and said she could have a technician at my place within an hour. Mathew from Sunny Plumber showed up within the hour and figured the problem out pretty quickly, a plastic emergency shut off valve on my guest bath toilet. He explained and showed me that all my shut off valves were the same plastic type push on/off valves. He gave me a what seemed like a reasonable price to resolve the broken one that had filled my house with water and gave me a quote to change them all out at a lower rate if I wanted to but didn't have to. Since I had the resources I agreed. Mathew did a great job, he was friendly, professional, and really put me at ease about the situation. While this is all going on I was waiting for an emergency restoration call back from both Service-master and Serv-pro. Serv-pro called and couldn't respond with assistance until later in the morning, Service-master didn't call back until later that day. Mathew told me they worked with a company called Eco-dry and they could be here within an hour, so I had him contact them and they arrived within an hour to assess the situation and develop a plan of mitigation for the mess created by the flood of water, from a small plastic shut off valve, on a guest bathroom toilet... Check your valves people, and if they're plastic replace them with a chrome valve and stainless steel hoses!

Jackie took my phone call about 8am, by noon, I had a new water heater installed very professionally, and the old heater taken away!!! Ricardo was very thorough with his work and made sure I understood everything.
